I have a stainless Ruger M77MKII 308 that started out life as a heavy target rifle. 26 inch barrel, ungodly beavertail forearm on a massive laminate stock. I cut the barrel back to 18 inches with a recessed crown, Hogue overmolded stock and a 3-9x50 Leupold. It is extremely accurate and I cannot see one damn difference in accuracy after lobbing off 8 inches of heavy barrel. The weight shifted back and it balances very well now. Not too heavy but not too light. The Hogue stock is pillar bedded and since it was green, I named the rifle Cyan, after the dragon Cyan Bloodbane. Yeah, I'm still a dork and I'll die a dork. Only now I carry a Glock so the jocks quit pickin on me. LOL.

I agree with everything you just said......except the "WE" part. White folk as a race have VERY dirty hands, but I ain't killed anyone, I ain't t subjugated anyone to my tyrannical rule. History stands witness, white men are very proficient at wholesale slaughter. Also, how many non white ammo hoarding preppers have you ever seen? Survivalists? Hunters and those into hardcore bushcraft? This isn't a racial thing (from me) its just statistical fact, the VAST majority of privately owned weapons are owned by whites and a great number of those know how to use them.

I'd say selector switch defense would offset that selective enforcement right nice.

*Tangent Rant* ...though still relevant. Before our founding fathers ever inked a single document, they had a very simple idea. That idea works as long as you stick to it very closely. That idea is: You are free to do ANYTHING you want so long as what you are doing does not infringe on the right of someone else to do what they want. This plays right into state rights and why we MUST defend state rights vehemently. As people populate and spread they will naturally segregate themselves. People tend to live with their own class and kind of people. It's not some racist BS they now try to indoctrinate us with. It's only natural and its by and large a good thing. Well, that makes the separation of different states very handy. If you like a certain lifestyle or certain whatever, live in a state where that thing is legal and welcome. If you hate a certain thing then live in a state where that sort of thing is illegal and frowned upon. DON'T move to a state and demand they conform to YOU. That's BS. The beauty part of the Union being, and what would set us apart from Europe is that you are free to move where ever you darn well please without papers or persecution. The ONLY role the federal government should play in this country is to mediate interstate disputes and protect the union from outside threat. NOTHING else. Piss on this socialist nanny state we have become. I'd give much to see this malignant tumor surgically removed. This system works near perfectly. Why the hell can't people get that in their thick heads!!!?!?!?

If we're gonna get the knife out, we should go ahead and trim this fat laden porterhouse down all the way. Not just the tax credits for marriage and EIC, but all social programs. ALL of them. Now that's a beat I could march to. You'd put EVERYONE in their place in one swing. You'd put the US back on top as supernation juggernaught as our economy would take off again with the burden of carrying the lazy and inept removed from the back of the working. Put charity back in the hands of the private sector where it belongs. Churches and non religious groups would step/could step up and I'd be very inclined to give JUST as much as they steal from me, only difference being I could put my money where "I" want it to go. These annoying little special interest groups would fold because "We the Workign People" could stop funding them. People need to wake the F up and realize freedom ain't free! You wanna be free, you gotta work for it dammit! The very idea of demanding support and special treatment, all the while not contributing (working) is my definition of slothful scum; much in need euthanasia. .....and no, I don't necessarily endorse or support European Union style euthanasia programs.

You know there's a simple way to shut BOTH sides up on the matter. Remove all tax credits for marriage. Say to the masses 'We don't care who you marry, it won't save you any money.' Both sides will be pissed but they will stop the bulk of their bickering amongst themselves. Everything boils down to money. America has proven the principle takes a back seat to cash every time. If NO one got a tax beak for being married, fewer would do so all around. The pot would boil for a little while longer then it would fizzle out and people would move on.

Yes! I don't like mo's but I don't have the right (no one else does either) to tell them what they can and can't do as long as they ain't hurting anyone. If churches oppose it, then oppose it within walls of their synagogue. People have to remember, the very thing that protects their choice of lifestyle, also protects YOURS. Provided no one is being hurt, abused or exploited, people HAVE to be free to live as they choose. I despise whores and lifestyles that support that kind of thing, but the very thing that protects evangelists bible thumping is what protects Larry Flint. True freedom is a very difficult balancing act. Sadly, the scales have been unbalanced in this country for a many, MANY years. It's unclear to me if they ever really were.

I only refrain when charging cases and seating. Brass prep, casting, sizing, pan lubing, blanking or stamping gas checks (yup, I make my own) ill drink if I wanna.

I'd say you are right. It's easy to say what we'd have done sitting behind the screen of our computer but my Toyota FJ would have rolled over a head or two before I got out. Never abandon armor unless they can defeat it.

Instances like this confirm that people in this country have no education or common sense whatsoever. It'll be things like this that could inevitably spark a race war. What black man in his right mind would want that or could possibly be deluded enough to think he'd gain from it? The one thing white men have excelled at throughout history.....wholesale slaughter. If the people of this country were to ever be polarized to the point of an actual race war, what chance would any non white race have? I'd like to see a pie chart with the number of private arms owned relative to the race that owns them.

I understand why you'd be upset. You pay a price for something, you expect what you paid for. ...me, myself...I couldn't complain about it. I hate perfect finishes. They make me less inclined to actually USE something and with a name like Noveske, them suckers are made for hard work, not show boating. I'd have to run it.
