Back when I was an Army SEAL sniper I used a matching numbers SKS to take down an enemy sniper at a thousand yards. He was driving a '71 shortbed. Strange coincidence huh? *sorry, can't tell you any more about it, it's classified.

August 6, 1945 I was a fertilizer salesman, Hiroshima Japan. Sharing a bamboo duplex with diesel fuel distributor. Stacking fifty pound bags of ammonium nitrate, up to my ass in diesel fumes, geisha girls and all the tempura shrimp you could eat. That night we was on our way to Tokyo to see some sumo wrestling matches when I looked up in the rear view mirror of the Toyota and seen a great big flash. I said Damn mookie! Did you leave the stove on?!?!?

Next operation is gonna be an Addadiktome.

Aww just bear with 'em folks! They've got the perfect solution. All your data on one chip. No more lost cards. One small little chip conveniently implants in your hand or forehead, at no cost to you! Won't it be great? No more having to actually pay for whst you want with silly cash. Lol!

I LOVE those pies from Sam's. I like to cut a circular piece out of the middle, heat it and ice cream.

Why reduce the weight of the carrier? I've always used and M16 carrier for the ADDED weight. Any weight adjustment in the recoil system can be done at the buffer. More BS gimmicks.

One of the few commies I respected. Who wouldn't LOVE to have a run like this man? Might be one of the ONLY men on earth respected by such a diverse number of peoples. From gun nuts, to Jews, to Freedom lovers everywhere…..terrorists, ragheads and any number of african vermin. We all respected the man and his work.

Free Speech In America - 2013 Edition
Caster replied to Garufa's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Free religion for the atheist. Free speech for the dumb. Free press for the illiterate. Free to assemble for the lame. Free to petition the gov for redress of grievances for those who like to waste time. -
For two legged creatures it really depends on how proficient you are with said rifle. Obviously for deer, the limit is dictated by a desire for a clean and humane kill. HYPOTHETICALLY speaking, a clean kill is less important when you're shooting at something you have no respect for. Taking that into account, most people would be surprised how little it takes to get penetration.

Big words from an alcoholic crackhead man whore. Somehow I don't see Phil taking to heart the words of a hedonistic drug addict.
-
Phil? About MONEY? Wow. My house is as nice as his. He can afford a house nicer than ANY of ours. ANY OF US! Phil cares very little for money. Phil doesn't even have nice guns for crying out loud. A millionaire using a H&R single shot? An old browning a5? The man could easily contract Holland & Holland for a shotgun that cost more than any of our homes and not miss the money. I may be proved wrong, but I believe Phil is one of the few in the world who is a walker, not a talker. The man definitely walks the walk.

Lord and Master for 100 years? :bs: It's caption should be that of the AR15 with "antiquated boat anchor" added to it. Specialty Hand Removal device? I'm even more confused by that backward notion.

Honda is the only way to go. Period. Having said that, a generator is a very poor choice for SHTF power. It's noisy and non renewable. How will you feed it? If you want a better solution to SHTF power, start studying up on solar.

The planes weren't flying. He was carrying them through the air, no pilots with engine off.

Absolute truth. I made over a dozen mold mallets from oak, hickory, ash (an old ball bat) and a peice of locust. None lasted long. I turned a mallet from bodock on a metal lathe and have been using it for three years with very little wear.

That is one of the hardest woods you will ever deal with.

I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't even know how big this has gotten. When you wretch at the thought of social media and spend much of your time roaming the forest in search of juicy morsels worth the price of bullet and the butter to sauté it in, you don't leave yourself much time to take the opinions of the world. Phil Robertson is the embodiment of being in the world but not OF the world.
-
I hope the Robertsons are not contractually liable for future seasons. I like the show, but I would really like to see the whole family give the whole country the finger. (Not that they would actually, more figuratively.)

I once got in an argument with a woman over just that. People who ram tolerance down your throat are the most INTOLERANT people on earth.

Good god y'all!!!!!!!!!! For the love of god stay away from car batteries!!! If I could scream at you through the screen I would. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SMELT LEAD FROM A BATTERY! First off, you'll get little to nothing. Second, should you get a faint whiff of the gases it produces.....you die. Do I really need to say it again?
-
Hmm. Makes reflect ingots for my Lyman lead furnace. I have a corn cob shape cornbread pan I was planning to use for an ingot mold. ....next you visit mom, swing by. You can have it.

No one listens. ...until they see you shooting five times as much at the range.
