As to the missing bullet? What do you bet the previous owner shot 200g'ers and dropped ONE bullet, it rolled under the bench never to be found again most of us who load are a bit OCD. No way a man can load 19, 49 or 99 rounds. You just cannot do it. He probably saw that one piece of lonely brass laying there and the temptation was just too much.

That's cool, but I could never have something like that. I'd have half of them tore out of the package and loaded.

Thanx OS. I like that. I dunno, cause I've never shot one but I think I'd like to use a single point sling snugged tight so i can push forward against it. Two hands, a cheek weld & a single point sling should get you locked up tight enough for silhouette size hits at any reasonable yardage.

Duplicolor spray bed liner. The TR250 NOT the spray 'Bed Armor' that crap sux. It comes out too clumpy for a nice even coat.

I've been SERIOUSLY considering a pistol build lately for several reasons. Sounds retarded to build an AR15 pistol with a DMR goal but I think it has its place. Protected by our carry permits, they make for a very compact and formidable truck gun. I'm still in the fence but I'm close to starting one.

Just been too gotdang hot to do much but I managed to get a nice work top made for the front. 3/8" plate. I welded it all the way around...twice. Very solid. A buddy gave me a whole box of 5/32" 7014 welding rods so I turned up the welder to 160 amp and put it to it! spent an hour with a grinder smoothing it out and viola! You should be able to beat anything apart on that! I decided I'd rather have a work top than use a tool box. Workspace is nonexistent on a trail. You could certainly pound out a U joint or something here. Cleaned it all up and smeared a little bed liner over it.

Well, had a read the whole article FIRST.  This thing will take a multitude of magazines including the Pmag.     Dang Ruger,  good work!  It's sad to say but the passing of Ole Bill was the best thing for that company since it started.  They are making some NICE stuff nowadays.  

Please tell me that's a Pmag in there!  That would make it quite desirable.
