Current LEO's: When did police procedures change for suicides?
Caster replied to E4 No More's topic in General Chat
Bullet...gravity ...meh. -
Yeah, I couldn't figure why a camera man filming an interview was looking away from those being interviewed. Never mind me.
-
I knew that, but I figured it out. The shooter moved in as the camera guy was panning out to film the subject of the discussion. That part makes sense now.

Okay, I have the dumb. I missed the part where he pulled a gun. So, suicide by cop? Mission accomplished. -
I'm still stuck though, if the video in this thread is the shooter, who's filming the interview for the tv station? Cause the camera guy turns to the parking lot and ain't filiming the ladies. Were there another camera operating, the shooter would had to have passed in front of it OR the second camera guy would have been in the shot (not likely).

I didn't wanna post any more than I did, but since you did. If I were the cop, I would tried to explain to the man that he was being inconsiderate and reckless with other people. If you land on a car, you could hurt some mother trying to get home to her kids or some kid might see you and have difficulty processing it. Not only that, some poor guy has to come clean this :poop: up, so why not take this somewhere more secluded and stop grandstanding your decision. Natchez Trace has some very peaceful and serene bridges with more than ample height. With any luck, the coyotes and possums will find you first and save public workers the trouble. -

I don't know why they stop them in the first place. If someone wants to go, who the hell are we to tell them they can't? Although, I will say, doing it on a public highway like that seems more like a cry for attention. People who genuinely just wanna move on to what's next, need not make a spectacle of it. This whole country REALLY needs to set aside what it's working on and take a serious look at the mental health issues we have. They're out of control. -
You are right. I've been called out many times for it. Not so much looking for potential problems, I just don't make eye contact with people. Not sure why, just always been that way.
-
I bet they stop doing that and pay a little more attention. That, or hire a camera assistant for situational awareness.

Something feels hokey about the video. The guy walks up and points his gun and no one notices. I can only assume the weapon wasn't charged and he pulls back to load it. Then he fires multiple times and the gal takes off running. I understand fight or flight adrenaline but most humans will fall especially an injured lady. Not making light or calling bs on a situation where someone obviously died, it just feels off. Either way, sad. Very sad. When do we white folk riot? We're this the other way around.....oh never mind.

I think it's incredibly awesome you have such a sense of humor about it. Kings to you buddy. ....but guys, it's not funny. Don't be making jokes. You realize the man can only hold one boob at a time? That's no laughing matter. :)

My wife and I have this thing where we identify who did what. The mor obscure the character and/or person playing the part, the better. It was funny to see a teenage voldemort on smack. If the show had been on lifetime or hallmark it would have been acceptable. Being a zombie flick, it was quite slow. I guess people love details. I could care less about people's family relations and the tensions involved.

Finally watched it......yawn. I did find the heroine addict teenage Tom Riddle quite humorous.

I do a lot of shooting with my middle finger. ....ohh wait.

Oooooo. Been there done that. I put the decapping pin of a 9mm sizer through my thumb nail once. Had a badazz rhythm going and was rolling...and then. Ouch. Have you ever gone so long at speed that your sizing die is hot to the touch? I've done that a few times and never owned a progressive in my life. Once you learn a few tricks it's amazing how fast you can go. The trick for me is getting my buckets laid out just right to minimize hand movement but keep me from knocking it over. Once I learned to take an unsized case and swap it out of the shell holder with a freshly sized case in one motion I was good. When I'm feeling my oats I can use my right hand on the ram lever and never stop reciprocating. Up down up down. -
Poor Man's OTIS. I like it.
