  1. I would say you could likely see trouble for shooting a coyote in defense of a pet or property. I don't condone a lie of any kind, BUT, it's just the easiest to say; I was in fear for my life. In theory that should nip it in the bud.
  2. Well, I'd ask him to leave too as stingy as he is with that bottle. Share and share alike:p
  3. Erik88, where did you get that pic of Ohshoot?
  4. ^^^Yup, he's^^^ the tech guy for fact and for certain!!!!!
  5. Start open carrying and tool your holster to say Arrodíllese y ore!
  6. Awesome! So A/A is our Airman DRM, if I can judge you by your avatar, you can be in charge of off road transportation, and since the roads will be cluttered with cars, junk and bodies, offroad may be the only option. I'll handle ammo reloading/casting chores. If we can score a dozier for Gunnutt I bet he can clear a path for DRM. What's everyone else's specialty. Some leadership would be a good thing. It's certainly not my specialty. I'm a good little indian, I'd rather be a Brave than a Chief.
  7. Oh Holy Cow!!!!! We got ourselves a pilot! NOW we're REALLY getting somewhere! Hey A/A when can you pick me up?
  8. Numbers keep increasing and we might have to start our own chapter.
  9. I'll let you know if I ever start feeling bad.

    Android!!

Wow, am I the only person in the world that looks for a cell phone....that's just a phone? God knows the guys at Best Buy got a good laugh when I told them I wanted a phone with no features. Buttons 0-9, #,* , on and off, and a volume control. Nothing else. My eyes are bad enough without squinting to see and fumbling with buttons the size of ball powder granules. I got a Nokia AT&T flip phone and it has too much crap on it. I dunno how you guys ENJOY using the Droid. My wife is an iPhone nut and keeps trying to get me to get one or use on of her old ones. I'm 34, crabby as heck, years old and I don't wanna have to LEARN to use a friggin telephone. *sigh*
  11. ...and in such a situation, I vote we stick our neck out for the little chinese lady in the food court. I loves me some General Tso!
  12. TLRMADE, how's it going? We're up to four! That could get loud should we find ourselves together in Cool Springs Galleria! No better place to fight zombies than the mall!
  13. Man I used to love fishin' fer small jaw. Used to catch crawfish in the creek and take them to Dale Hollow. A man could get his shoulder dislocated doing that! Your girl did very well, certainly something to be proud of.
  14. Mike, you're right of course, it's all dirty. BUT, (just for example)Fire a couple hundred rounds of Hornady TAP through a clean AR and an equal amount of Russian made (take your pick) stuff. There's a noticeable difference. When I bought my first XD9 in 2002-2003 (can't remember) The only thing I shot was Wolf. It looked like doodoo after a 4 or 5 hundred round day at the range. It still gets nasty after a day of shooting, but it's noticeably less.
  15. Big fan of watching fights. As far actually training and wanting to use my own fists.....hey, that's why I got into guns. Since we're talking about MMA, am I the only one who thinks there may be something supernaturally involved with Anderson Silva? No man should be able to be that calm and relaxed....I would even say happy to have another extremely skilled fighter taking swings at him. He does everything wrong, and he doesn't loose. I see him with his mouth open and his hands at his sides. Those are the two leading contributors to unconsciousness in a fight. Ridiculous. But I love it!
  16. Gunnutt, that puts you roughly 60 clicks SE, until 840 opens up. Distance won't change much but rate of travel will!!!! Anyone else?
  17. I kinda take it for granted (working in a tire shop) that most everyone else has to scrounge for lead.
  18. Good to know Gunnutt, I got a big handful 9 pellet 12g buck with your name on it! Just loaded some more tonight.
  19. Quality is actually a side effect, fringe benefit if you will. I started loading 9x19 strictly for the economy of it. At just under $60/K there's not a manufacturer out there that can compete. ...But that is all a bit off topic.
  20. †Amen†!!!! I've never seen any steel cased stuff shoot HALF as accurate, reliable, or clean as what I load; And no matter how cheap they make it, I can load it cheaper.
  21. Yikes, I'm only 88 miles. I didn't even know there was one in Alabama. You know what though, there's no "Safe Place" on the planet. There's a threat of some kind EVERYWHERE.
  22. I don't know codes and such, but we keep about 40 gallons or so in jerry cans. Biggest hassle is rotating it. The best thing you could do is get one of those tanks they use on job sites for diesel and set it on a trailer so you can move it. (WTSHTF, you'll probably wanna move it!) AND fill your cars up on it regularly to keep fresh fuel in it all the time. It would be expensive to start up, but no difference to maintain if you manage money well. I like the construction site tanks because they use a spin on filter to keep any debris out of your system.
  23. What was your favorite pass time? Building and repairing or shooting the hell out of them?
  24. I had a '98 model. I lament selling for certain. You got a heck of a good bike IMO.
