    Tsunami in Japan

Well, like I said, maybe he knows something. Debris is not something you can really defeat, but depending on where you are in the desert, I don't think debris will be near as bad as populated Japan. I'm not a big believer of fate, but yeah, when a wall of water and cars and buildings is headed your way....tell the person sitting next to you how nice it was to know them.
  3. No thanks Vontar. Slayer sucks. It's Tony Araya's fault I missed my opportunity to see Megadeth. I had tickets in hand, and he starts crying about his back and cancels. HELLO! It's nashville, there's plenty of musicians to fill in for you! Get him a chair to sing from. Anyway. I know what you meant vontar. Christians with a spine do sound scary in this age of feel good hippies. I'd love to see the reaction the left would give if a Washington or Jefferson could be resurrected and placed in power. They were God fearing men too. They also had no qualms about taking care of lazy degenerates.

    Tsunami in Japan

Years ago I read about in one of those , out of publication now, survival magazines; About a guy who lived in a large house boat set on huge wood beams..........out in the desert area of the western US. At the time it seemed to be lunacy, but maybe he knew something???????? Granted, it would take some seriously powerful engines to guide it, and that's all you could ever do is just guide it, but still!
  5. Be fair a reread my post. I said numbers. This country's mess isn't all his fault. There's a whole host of goons who's hands are dirtier than his ever will be.
  6. Somebody get him some white house numbers.
  7. Back when I played COD alot, my copy of call of duty 2 got scratched up real bad. You have nothing to lose if the disc isn't working.... I used my neighbor's dewalt variable speed car polisher. Using a little dab of 3M Fill and Glaze, I buffed it out until it was smooth, then used Crystal Pink car polish and that sucker looked like new. Worked perfect till I sold my xbox and quit playing.
  8. I wonder if Keltec would negotiate me owning one in trade for my starboard side testicle?

    Clip or magazine?

Oh now that's just the dumbest thing I ever heard. Guns don't kill people. Bullets, now bullets kill people. Of course I should give credence to the art of bludgeoning. In that instance I suppose a gun could kill someone, but that wouldn't be part of the inherent design. Unless of course you move from bludgeoning damage to piercing damage, like that of a bayonet. BUT, is it really the gun that kills during a bayonet strike, or would the guilty party be the designers of the bayonet? After all a bayonet is merely an attachment TO a gun, not a gun in and of itself. The gun could then only be an accessory to the actual object that made the kill. Speaking of bayonets, if you ever decide to eat the BBQ rib plate at the local gas station/BBQ joint here in town, you won't need one. I had that for supper last night and they just slide off the bone. Sauce was decent, but a touch too much flavor from the wood smoke came through in it. I think a bit a brown sugar would help that, as long as the brown sugar hasn't solidified into a granite block. Pisses me off when my brown sugar solidifies. Makes things exponentially more difficult. I've even had to use a hammer to break it up. It was a framing hammer from Lowes. You know Kobalt tools there at Lowes, there pretty decent tools. The wife got me big set for our anniversary in '08. That was our 6th anniversary. We've been married 9 years this year. Dang, where does the time go?

    New pocket rocket...

    Yikes.
  13. Alright, we're working up quite the skilled list of members here!
  14. I suppose. That's directly dependent upon your resolve, ability and wallet though!
  15. Right there. I should have mentioned as well, that a wally world bipod should be gone through before using. I had one a year or so ago that had legs different lengths. I had to set the longer one up in my lathe and shorten it about 140 thousandths. That's over an 1/8 inch! I think they are all right provided you know to go through them first.
  16. A note on the bipods from walmart. The Fine Gentleman here on TGO I got my newest Savage from, Had installed a walmart bipod. I noticed the legs, that are adjustable, didn't have any springs in them to automatically retract them and hold them in place. Ergo, you had to twist the locks nuts in place or the legs would slide in and out. I disassembled mine and mod'd a pair of srpings I picked up at TSC to remedy that. Maybe it was a fluke, but if they aren't putting return springs in them anymore, I would only recommend the Walyworld version provided the return springs be installed. Other than that, it's actually quite solid. *Just to be clear, that's the adjustable leg springs, not the heavier springs that hold the legs up or down.
  17. The more I look at this the more I love it. I hope it all comes out good. Think about this. You load all 14 rounds, but treat it as a 7 shot. You have to manually switch from one 7 rnd tube to the next. SO, if you load it full but treat it as a 7 shot, it's business as usual (7 rnds is par for the course on shot guns) THEN, if the zombies ever over run your position, you have 7 more already waiting. OR 7 slugs and 7 buck! Select between the two! How frickin cool is this. This gun is going to be a serious let down failure, I can feel it. Know why? Because I am getting amped up about it and want one. Anything I think is a great idea usually fails. Keep your fingers crossed out there fellow Zombie Hunters!
  18. No dammit, I would have loved to see it.
  19. That and 223. I'm not a big fan of the SU16, but I give them thumbs up for something different all the same. The RFB in 223 taking AR mags would be an easy design for them. Likewise in '39 taking AK mags. I really like the double layer shielding the RFB uses. That's appreciated by anyone who shoots that 308 I'm sure!
  20. Keltec sure seems to be pushing the envelope lately. Good for them.
  21. Swear, I was thinking the same thing!
  22. :DLooks naked without some glass:D Nice. You will enjoy.
