  1. ^ This.
  2. Bonkers, I loved those!!!!
  3. To all those school officials:
  4. I have a lot of standard models here too. I feed them year round. What I want to know is; You can buy a squirrel proof bird feeder, but where can I get a bird proof squirrel feeder? Love squirrels, hate the stoopid birds. I've never had a squirrel poop on anything. I wish someone would develop a toxin that only affect starlings and blackbirds. It's a good thing I live in city limits, for my wallet AND my ammo inventory. I swear I'd start a starling Jihad.
  5. I got no problem with that at all. They should go home to their private property to burn it, not a densely populated campus where they are only doing it to get a reaction. Go home and burn a flag, do it in public, and think they should move the horses out of the way. The freedom to do what you like until it infringes upon the rights of others is what we were founded on. You don't torch a people's symbol of glory and valor out in the public. Like I said, they should have just let the mob rule.
  6. These really suck, but I will be getting some good ones soon. What gorgeous little fella. It looked just like the albino ferret I had many years ago.
  7. Yeah pics are the problem. I'll get on the Mac tonight and see if I can clean up one of the iPod photos I took. Sad story, apparently several years ago before I came to this neighborhood, some local douche killed several and fed them to his dogs. I'll feed him to my dog if he eyeballs these!
  8. Just a few minutes ago I saw the coolest thing. There is a pair of albino squirrels in the oak trees across the yard. Beautiful. I got a picture or two but it's like playing a game of where's Waldo. An iPod is not the best choice for wildlife photography. The wife is going to dig out the good camera and we're gonna get some good pics of those little boogers!
  9. The one thing I really hate bout summer; It's too hot to sit over a pot of molten lead. *Sigh* At the least I can still smelt ingots for use in the winter. I just finished up this pile of lead pipe my plumber friend gave me. Usually I have no use for pure lead [in this case, very clean and pure stuff!] but I have started casting a 525g Lyman slug for 12g and pure lead works very well. I've tried a few out on various targets, what a devastating wound these things will make. They cut a perfect hole in paper too with the large flat face, like a wad cutter. On the subject of ingots, I don't know how much trouble you guys go to, but I do a double melt before I get to a final ingot. I smelt it in one pot and get all the crud out stirring and scooping, then pour it in another pot to make large plate like ingots. When all done, I remelt those and flux heavily with paraffin to get any leftover undesireables out, then pour them into a muffin tin. The final muffins are then stacked away for another day. When melted down for casting, I know I only have to do a light flux to remove any dust and whatnot. Maybe it ain't worth effort, I dunno? It sure makes pretty ingots though. That trash can full of pipes yielded about 220lbs of pure lead. I took the picture halfway through cutting it up. I wish there was a better way to cut that stuff up. I use an old pair of pruning shears or a chisel edged hammer and an anvil.
  10. Johnny Walker, Black Label. Drink it warm and you can sing like Brian Johnson!
  11. Whatever turns you on my friend. I don't know why a female can't act like a lady AND be a dead on shot.
  12. It deserves some reward.
  13. Actually, I think it's "The People's Republic of Kalifornia"
  14. Ho, Ho, Ho!!! Chalk one up for shot placement (or luck) Nothing more embarrassing for a dead crook than to be exterminated by the humble .22 LR. I'm assuming it was a 22LR It could have been a FN5.7 or something exotic but if it had have been the media would have inflated that to the max. Somebody buy that lady a new purse and a pair of shoes, she earned 'em!
  15. I got 71% Not bad for a Toyota fan.
  16. For the current generation, I'd say that's par for course.
  17. I wouldn't say it's a bad choice, it certainly isn't, but I'm sold on XD handguns. They work, and they work and they work.
  18. You can wipe your butt on fame and fortune fellas, ^This is wisdom and two decisions he'll never regret. Here's to quiet weekends and fish sandwiches Joe!
  19. No offense to the OP, but these kind of threads can be a nightmare. For $25 you can start loading 45 with one of these from midway. Lee Classic Loader 45 ACP - MidwayUSA If I had to replace my total investment to date, I doubt 5K would cover it...maybe, but I would hate to have to try.
  20. Well, anything mechanical can fail. That was awesome on their part to go the extra mile.
  21. This post is an enigma? Does it work like a dream, or jam? Is that 350 rounds with no malfunctions after the repair? If it needed repair, it didn't work like a dream then did it? Well, unless you shot it 10-20K through it first.
  22. Well, it ain't under my speculation, and I bet not many here either. I don't care if reaching for a gun or drinking a YooHoo and watching reruns of Family Affair. ByeByeBin.
  23. Actually, even though the sheeple wouldn't understand, it would have been a real beech slap to the face had he been put down with a hipoint. Ooo, A hipoint shooting CCI Blazer aluminum case! I bet the executives at Sig are pleased, and will really be pleased with the sales report say....after christmas this year.
  24. Sig stock just went up. Why "should" it have been a 1911? The Beretta is the standard issue for the last few decades. You Browning worshippers and your graven image:p
  25. I thought Bimmerfreak was Joe? BattleMug and all. He's had stuff for sale just in the last few weeks. Been there too on the ATV accidents. They suck, very much bad.
