Nice. Very nice actually. As far as the "real AI gun" part. There's a difference between bench accuracy and practical real world accuracy. I would say that rifle has the potential for better "real world" accuracy than 90% of the world has the capacity to use. My .308 is CERTAINLY better than I ever will be. So what difference will it ever make, except a bunch of cash still in your wallet. I think I want one now.
  2. Whatever makes you happy. If you gotta have, Have it! Rossi has really released some new stuff lately. This, the revolver rifle/shotgun, and now they have a Revolver/Leveraction/long gun hybrid. Now is that a weirdo or what.
  3. I've spent some time in bayou country many moons ago. I heard an old man tell tale of a rapist who got his comeuppance in the swamp one night as two brothers (of a raped girl), a ball peen hammer, a large flat slab of rock, and ......no bone left unturned if you will.
  4. Okay, I can respect that. Actually I can respect that better than wild claims. It's the difference in a $25 bottle of Jack Daniels or $250 bottle of Johnny Walker Blue Label
  5. Lapua?
  6. Serious question (Not thread crappin here!) What is it that you get for that kind of money that I don't get out of my $75 Spyderco? I'm all for top shelf kit, I've been drooling over a certain Dozier knife for a while now;) Just curious because serious knife guy or not, that's a lot of cash for a folder. Saying that...That is one SERIOUSLY cool knife.
  7. I saw this yesterday. I started to post it, but it made me sick. It's stories like this that make really hope Dante Alighieri was right as there should be different punishments. I'm not capable of conceiving a punishment cruel enough to fit this. Whatever you can come up with to do to this guy...it's not enough. "..just wanted her to feel stupid?" WTF is that supposed to mean? I lose all religious compassion for mankind when I read this. When my wife showed me this I really didn't know what to say, my only thoughts were long strings of expletives that do neither situation or myself any good. Please put him general population, out in the yard with all the other prisoners and give the guards some donuts.
  8. ......I know, that's why they kicked me out. I'm not allowed to play there anymore.
  9. Hmmm, this is getting interesting to think about. How about loading your loved ones ashes in a belt of 5,56 and carrying it to Kob Creek for one of the guys to pump through an M249! What a way to go; Slicing through an old junk Honda on the firing line in Bullit County.
  10. You and your ridiculously cool toys. *jealous*
  11. Somehow, believing you are from Cybertron is not only easy, but explains a lot.
  12. That sux! No matter what, you cannot beat the traction of good solid work boot.
  13. I've never loaded subsonic 308, but AA 5744 would work well, it's a pretty bulky powder. I think you may find that it and Trailboss may be position sensitive.
  14. Cool guy, but he's not River
  15. Well he told the truth about the drum magazine when he said "ridiculous"
  16. Lone Wolf makes your Glock mag lower. They're a touch pricey though, but it'd be well worth it for your agenda.
  17. I picked up one of the Avid design multi tools for my B.O.B. It's great for the $20. I'm not sure what makes this worth the price either, it's nice though. Wish it and the Samson would come down a bit, I'd pick one up. I'd like to have the Samson tool for my MIAD grip but jeez, that's pricey. Guess I need to cash in my nickel jar:)
  18. I've already got my cremation paid for. No ceremony or death notice (not that I will know or care). If my wife out lives me she'll probably stick me on a shelf somewhere, but I have been trying to convince her to be a little more creative.
  19. There was a guy at Knob Creek one year long ago selling something similar. He would load your cremated remains into a howitzer shell and blast you into the side of the Rocky Mountains.
  20. Name a time guys. We can try and reserve the private range again. That's the way to go, that way we don't have to contend with the rest of the non-TGO riffraff:D
  21. So, everyone chime in with what time of day would be easiest.

  23. Well, we are certainly doing it again. I think next time we'll do a Sunday afternoon. Maybe around lunch or after. Much as I like the early AM, it'll be easier on the rest of you.
  24. SO?!!!?? What's ya'll's excuse? Me and Bigwakes had a decent time, he brought a friend who will be signing up here TGO soon. Where in the heck were the rest of ya? I would say it was a disappointment but Bigwakes is a super cool guy as was his buddy and it turned out to be a really fun day. Didn't get much done as far prepping discussions, but we did talk and get to know one another and burn some powder. I'm thinking this should be a regular thing, come join us.
