It's a LOT of work, and folks just don't get it......now you do. Wait until you shoot a tight group using bullets YOU cast. It's a great feeling to know you MADE them. Anybody with a few bucks can buy stuff, but how cool is it to make things with your own hands? Good Job!

Technically the arena isn't posted, at least I have yet to see a sign. BUT they don't want you carrying, if caught, you'll get tossed out and forfeit your tickets. This argument has been made before about concerts. Maybe they DON'T have a legal right to refuse you if they're not legally posted. BUT, the dozen or so Metro PD officers that frequent those events.....well, law or no law; You'll leave if they say leave. I wouldn't bet against that. In short, Don't carry. I keep a spyderco and two small pepperspray dispensers in my pockets for concerts @ the Bridgestone. Also my wallet is on a chain(hide that in your pocket when in the entrance line). I cast a heavy lead weight as a key fob. Attach to wallet chain...commence whoopin' heads.

There's a difference between being mad and pissed. PO'ed, we get that everyday. Mad....somethings going to get....broken.

My wife actually knows where his parents live, his girlfriend lives, where he went to school, she might even have more personal info. It's amazing what that gal can get on this here interwebz. He doesn't know where we live. He only knows her first name. He's not very bright, BUT I know better than to underestimate stupid people...I mean look at this whole country. We'll be filing a report with the police.

Not that ya'll wouldn't, but I'll say it anyway. There's some friggin' whacko's out there, The wife bought something from a guy. He swore there was paperwork and they could meet later and get it. She's tried for a month to get him to be good on that and we could go get the (basically meaningless) papers. Now he's cussing her and calling her phone every ten minutes calling her unimaginable things. Really disgusting...I mean make Richard Pryor sound like an alter boy. She's in town today so she had her number changed. Most of the problem solved. Part of me sure would like to confront him for talking to my wife like that, but it's just words, right? It gets me. Someone makes a promise, then when you ask them to honor their word, they wanna fight about it. Yeah, that makes sense:rolleyes: He's made some pretty serious threats, if you can put any stock into it. I don't. I'm kinda proud of myself keeping cool and all. It isn't the "Old Me" that would stay calm when a guy tells my wife on the phone he'll rape and kill her. If he actually knew anything more than a (now deactivated) phone number, I might be a little worried. Needless to say, I'm on heightened alert, but people talk a lot. If he makes contact again through email or something, I'm going to tell him to meet me in the parking lot here in town. I know several local cops who'd be glad to come hang out with me for a minute or two. The world is full of crazies people. Check your chamber, check your rear. In GOD we trust, all others....not so much.

Hmmm. Nope, don't care. I used to think I did, but I was mistaken. All these idiots get exactly what they deserve when they refuse to observe good discipline. They get shot. Good enough for them.

That's cool, not a lot of people cast for the .40 S&W What kind of bullet do you use?

I'll probably buy a box or two, just to set on the shelf in the shop. I don't see it being anything more than a gimmick, but I love Hornady, and I love zombie killin' so the gimmick is working on me.

Well, before you jump at the prices, think. NO, a handful of .223's aren't worth $30-50 or whatever it costs now.....BUT the smile on you and your kids face when you put them through M249 SAW is worth every penny. If you were going to pay that kind of money all the time...No it ain't worth it. But ONCE, JUST ONCE...ohh yeah because the chances of you ever getting to shoot a REAL M60 or a BAR, M14, MG42.....(the list goes on) are slim to none. So do it. At the least, get some photos of your boy behind MaDuece!

No, and I wouldn't either,,,,,,but is it really any better. Their action blaster isn't bad, but the little $5 bottle of oil wasn't any better. In my worthless opinion:)

It's been said, but it bears repeating....TRUST me. Don't forget the important papers! One roll AIN'T gonna do it either. The day you only carry one roll.....well. Pack two and take it on faith. If you don't use it, oh well.

Nice.....but the only Magpul you have is a Pmag. That ain't gonna cut it. If that doesn't make sense, just buy a random Magpul accessory and wait. It's worse than heroin.

It ain't what it used to be, for sure. BUT, yes, if you like guns, you owe it to yourself to go.

I tried the RN Lee and had bad luck with it. The Truncated Cone Mold they offer works perfect for me. I think it's supposed to be 124g too, but they fall 130g. For the slugs, they ride in a wad and I use a regular 6 pt star crimp. They do amazingly well. Far better than I would have guessed.
