Everyone should practice starting fires, and do it often.  I stay in practice from the wood stove I use at work.  I've started the stove by MANY different methods.  

What?  No fancy whizz bang belted magnum with the hubble space telescope for optics?  Not possible, ask any of the great white hunters at your local gun shop counter, that's just not possible.         Very nice.  You SHOULD be proud.

I was working in a machine shop in Clarksville in 99. Wanna talk about getting pissed off, I was about 500 lines into writing a program for a Fadal Machining Center and BAM, lights out.  Lost it all.  We didn't have a cad program, we had to manually input everything.  ARRRRRRRRR!!!! :rant:  :rant:  :rant:

You can get a pair of Mechanix gloves for $15 on Amazon.  Same thing, but I guess you can't be a serious operator with a pair gloves you bought at Lowe's.  LOL!     I like Magpul products though.  Good for them, make that money boys!!  A hefty margin on gloves might mean I can keep buying Pmags for dirt cheap.  

McRad   I felt nostalgic today and dug out some OLD stuff  {for my age group}.  Punk rock ain't for everyone.  Yeah, I was one of those little punks tearing up your picnic tables and parking blocks back in the 80's.  LOL! Fixed that for you. Their willingness to FIGHT is all but nonexistent. Our brave soldiers have proved that over and over. They'll hide like cowards and 'shoot & scoot' all day but won't fight. If they'd actually fight, we wouldn't be having this conversation because they would all be in the process of decomposing. When the little chicken :poop: 's hear the *clink clink clink* of an Abrams rolling down the street, they run as fast as their sandaled feet will carry them. They scatter like mice when Marines start setting up tents. I wouldn't trade a single American soldier for every single life in the sandbox, but I really do wish they'd actually FIGHT. I'd love to do this but my astigmatism changes every couple of years.  Old glasses are a step above useless.  Corrective surgery is NOT an option.  Too many horror stories of laser gone wrong.  My wife's aunt sees worse now than she did before the surgery.

Something everyone could use a little more of in their bag...skills.  In theory, one with enough skills could get by on what you could fit in your old lady's purse.  God knows i could use a lot more practice at everything.

I was wondering about this the other day.   Some hackers do what they do for nothing more than the pleasure of doing it.  If some super-hacker decides to target terrorist websites, reckon the feds would ever bring charges against him for it?  Imagine someone like that teenager that wrote that worm virus a few years ago getting ahold of a Hezbola account?  Too funny.  The feds should have a list of approved enemy websites and anything goes from there.  You can even keep any money you filter from terrorist accounts.
