  1. Different venue, same outcome. Win, win, win!!!
  2. We should host a Black Panther rally here in TN. Anyone own a field in Pulaski we can use?
  3. I'd like to donate a bag of skittles to all the Trayvons of the ghetto. Each bag has a secret surprise of HCN.
  4. If I had the money, I'd have Manson reamers make me a custom reamer; A 308 case, but with a long neck length like a 30/30. Forming them from 30/06 would be a breeze. The long neck would be awesome for cast boolits.
  5. Seen that coming did you?
  6. More commonly known as a "Murse"
  7. Any of you guys own a reamer for .308 winchester? I'm trying to get a rifle that I built several years ago, back. If I can get a good enough deal on it, I'll buy it. Only, I built it in .300 savage. If I get it back, I want to open the chamber up to .308 win. SO, if you have one I wouldn't mind renting/borrowing it, I don't have to actually cut a chamber with it. I just need to adjust the existing chamber a little. .300 and 308 are very close.
  8. I've been using Dillion Case Lube that I bought many years ago. It works extremely well, and is easy to clean up after. The ingredients read as follows: Lanolin, Alcohol.
  9. That wouldn't make accuracy any better. A shorter time of flight would mean nothing if the lighter bullet [which would be more vulnerable to external forces] is thrown off course. A 50g bullet from a .220 swift would have a shorter flight time than a 750g Amax from a .50BMG but I wouldn't pitt them against each other at extreme distances.
  10. Mine's pretty bad according to professional opinion. I know better, they're a bunch of liars. There's no such color as purple or whatever, they're all blue. There's not near as many dark greens and reds, it's all smoke and mirrors man. No, seriously, I failed my driving test the first time around because of it. Needless to say, I was unfit for the bomb squad. "Cut the blue wire!!!"
  11. Ballistics gets deep man. As in Physics. Think Momentum. Momentum is equal to mass times velocity. P = mv Bullet weight x velocity. It gets hairy because an object set in motion will stay in motion until acted upon by an outside force. SO, you have gravity and the friction from wind resistance which means velocity isn't a constant [obviously]. Mass is constant though, and if you solve for P, a heavier mass will give you greater momentum over a a given range of velocities. Clearly there's a limit to this. Think of it like a truck tire. In theory, the greater the diameter the slower the engine will run and thereby the less fuel consumed. This is true until the mass of the tire + the drag created by it overcome the peak efficiency of the engine. A really strong truck that drinks gas anyway [say a Ram Hemi or a 5.7L Tundra for example] would benefit from a larger tire MORE than a 4 cylinder Nissan or an S-10. Like Tempest was saying about a 168g being optimum, the mass to potential velocity is about right. A 30-378 or a 7,82 Warbird on the other hand have much more to offer in the push department and can utilize a heavier bullet. My grasp on the whole thing ain't so great, so I may be way off.
  12. My thoughts? They're a bunch of idiots with some of the worst scripting in reality tv. They make knowledgeable gun owners look stupid with their ridiculous carryings on, and they lead unknowledgeable people to believe the ridiculous things they carry on to be the lifestyle of every gun owner. They have NOT done the rest of us ANY favors.
  13. I dunno. I'd be interested in knowing if putting it down [provided this is your own property] would be acceptable. It would certainly be the humane thing to do. It's just gonna be coyote bait anyway.
  14. ...and we flamed the OP for being a sicko.
  15. The one you can see the best.
  16. Lee makes a C press just like it. I wouldn't use either to load anything, but I use a Lee C press [heavily] for decapping and crimping. I would not size or seat on a press like that.
  17. You can still buy it, but I think that can is no more.
  18. Serve chilled, no filter necessary. Tastes just as crappy, just as potent a stimulant.
  19. My Lone Wolf CUT rifled barrel likes lead just fine. Whatchootalkin'bout?
  20. Funny, The only reason I know that word is from the arms and equipment guide in the Players Manual for 2nd edition AD&D. Dork and proud of it. Only now, this dork carries a Glock.
  21. I only have the one Glock 19. Maybe it's not a target quality pistol but it hits everything I aim at. At 10 yards there's a fist sized ragged hole after 100 rounds.
  22. Fraud is pretty much how Amerika operates. Nothing surprising there.
  23. You'll like the stuff. It meters perfect.
  24. Sounds like a great idea. Hey, lets put it in your right hand or your forehead that way our one world government that's soon to come will have an easier time with logistics.
  25. Well, I think he only sells this in 8lbs, but it's the same powder as BL-C2 so load data is plentiful. You won't be disappointed. You can load almost any centerfire rifle cartridge with it.
