There's no way to substantiate that. As a rule, the HP (match type) will be extremely accurate. The hollow point is not for expansion but to set the center of gravity rearward.

Oh there's nothing to debate about the if's. Garufa is right, it's just a matter of when. I have been tormented by a similar dilemma/line of thinking. Easy fix. A BUIS will go right on the rear ring mount. Front sight can be mounted by using a slip on type. A few little mods and this could be an excellent SHTF rifle. Add the sights, shorten the barrel a touch, thread it for a suppressor and the thing would ROCK!!!
