  1. I suing for the whiplash these threads have caused. No offense to the OP.
  2. See her without her make up and wardrobe team she's nothing to really brag about. Of course, that goes for 99% of hollywood; Chemicals, dyes, paints, hair extensions, surgical modifications, airbrushing, lighting, smoke and mirrors.
  3. That is sweet. And too right, they are excellent shooters.
  4. Shelf life is dependent on storage environment. If they were kept dry at a reasonable temperature, they will outlast your grandkids. I have shot Turkish surplus made in the 30's. You know darn well the Turks didn't store this stuff in air tight, humidity controlled 70 degree rooms. I have zero failures and kept a seriously bruised cheek [this stuff was HOT!] I just finished a canister of bullseye that was at least 25 years old. I was given some primers by a good friend here on TGO. He gave me a few boxes to display in my shop. They were in WOODEN trays. How long's it been since they did that!?!? I wager they are a good 50-75 years old. Curiosity got the best of me so I loaded one. Guess what? BANG! These weren't stored in hermetically sealed blah blah blah, they were just sitting in his shop, God only knows how long. I hope I am never so hard up that I actually need them but I wouldn't hesitate to if the situation presented itself. It's important to adhere to good storage practices. It's not THAT big a deal. Keeping stuff dry is paramount. Moisture is the great destroyer. Second to that, try to keep them out of extreme heat. 100+ degree temps can have ill effects. If you're worried enough to take the time to ask about it, I'd bet you're okay.
  5. Great. Thanks to Paul Blart rentacop for being a D/bag.
  6. Whoa, whoa, back up. Now see, you didn't mention, and I didn't think about the sci-fi cool factor. I was looking at it through the narrow minded dogmatic view of a combat/carry handgun. *Caster's Official Recantation* Pictures 4 thru 6...now cool too!
  7. Just my opinion, which means squat: The first three pictures, Gorgeous! The last three....not so much. Seriously, classy looking pistol.
  8. Some of us, for various reasons, get most of our news right here. I don't read the paper, I don't watch TV unless it's on my DVR and I ignore the news headlines on my homepage for the most part. If there were a news subforum here, I'd like it. It's the only way I know anything is going on. Outside of here and the occasional gun magazine, I don't see much of the outside world. I would have never known someone eat another guy's face down in FL had it not been posted here. Do it Ohshoot, moderate. You can be the first TGO news anchor.......Breaking news, we go to Anchor Ohshoot.....
  9. Any of you guys need stuff this weekend, David is setting up at the Bill Goodman show.
  10. And you can sue someone for farting next to you in a civil court. You can be well within your rights and have no criminal charges pressed.....and still lose everything you have. Welcome to amerika comrade.
  11. That is perfect for the next big dove hunt!
  12. Don't forget your flashbang grenades!!!
  13. It's amazing how much I have forgotten since orienteering classes at Boxwell. GPS has really made people soft. It's something I need to reinvest in as far as study and practice. Call it foil hat nonsense if you like, it IS possible to track an electronic device. A sheet of paper and a lensatic compass cannot be tracked.
  14. I figure them for social program sponges too.

    Falling Skies

The one thing I didn't like was casting bullets from the alien metal. Any metal that can do that kind of damage cannot be cast from an open heat source in a conventional bullet mold. Also, alien or not, the laws of physics are undeniable. NO projectile will penetrate and do that much damage from a handgun. I mean come on, at least TRY to keep things believable.

You won't be upset. I love that show. Guns, survival, conscience free killin' [aliens] It's got it all!
  17. Buy two I know if I had been born rich instead of so damn good looking, that's what I'd do.
  18. Strange, I've been using mine for about 5 years now and it has large primer issues. It likes to flip one sideways some times. Never with small, just large. I have to pay strict attention.

Victor, where have you been brother? This show rocks
  20. See ya Sunday morning. Who else is going?
  21. Thought you were gonna take it easy and have one of your lackeys do it. I guess Fords don't pay for themselves.
  22. Makes me think of Jeffery and his mom. "Jeff, I don't like your friends!" "Well, try the vegetables."
  23. Similar subject, didn't the natives here in this country use white wood ashes to leaven bread? Sounds strange, but it'd be good to know.
  24. Don't fall for that. Zombie's always say that. Oldest trick in the book.
  25. Good looking work on your website. Sweet looking muzzle breaks.
