  1. I like the idea of Crocs. You can't make a shoe any cheaper from a manufacturing standpoint. My wife has bought me a pair or two of them. I just can't do it. That pebble grain inside drives me nutz. It's like the grip on a Gen4 Glock19 It's just too close to being bare foot for my liking. I'm super paranoid about my feet. Sturdy shoes with ankle support and fresh clean socks. I drive the wife nuts because I change my socks twice a day and will throw a pair of socks away for least little thing. I'd wear a new pair every day if I could afford it.
  2. There's more than that. Elinor Donahue is still alive. I don't know why in the heck they ever got rid of her. She was an absolutely beautiful little gal. Ellie Walker was prettier and had a better job [pharmacist] then Helen Crump. What was Andy thinking??? Never did like Helen.
  3. Yeah it is! Large spans of deserted warehouses, buildings of all kinds. No one uses them. Put them to use!
  4. Yeah, been bummed for a while about that. I thought she did a good job, the show was great. Meanwhile, like big brother & jersey shore keep rolling out the quality entertainment.
  5. At that point I say bring it.
  6. ...and when they send the bill, how many will get returned with a [more detailed] picture and a few choice words. I will
  7. I see Coleman coolers and a Galil. Primitive??
  8. Booooooooooo!
  9. Wonder how long before they try to take the Navy's A2W reactors away and replace them with hamster wheels? This is ridiculous.
  10. Amen to that. I can lock myself in my workshop, get slobbering stupid and no one can say a thing. Well, maybe the wife but no one else.
  11. Where were you and this rifle a few months ago when I was cutting all my 308 stuff loose? I practically give away some 308 Hornady match brass
  12. Digging out this thread again. Does anyone have ANYTHING of the Greyhawk campaign they don't want? PM me.
  13. Well, he's actually put himself in a good position. If "O" wins, he'll be accepted and taken care of. If "O" loses he can claim it was a tactical maneuver incite rage and anger against "O" in an effort to rally votes against him. If he'd voted it down, he would polarized himself but as it is, he can play either side that suits him. Foul and loathsome but smart.
  14. Use Webcrawler. It's been working since the 90's. I used it back when AOL bought them out in the late 90's. Seems like I remember using it my senior year in high school in '94-'95. No one was online then. It was so easy to cheat and plagiarize my reports for school then. I feel sorry for kids now. It's so hard to get away with it anymore.
  15. Now, I would never think of making a threatening remark against a judge, but how would you guys like to be wearing those robes WTSHTF?
  16. Don't LIE!!! You boys are dying for the final Twilight movie.
  17. Too right.
  18. Sorry bud, everyone's not that smart.
  19. You have a point but impairment starts before you can actually feel a difference. All that is relative to body mass and how seasoned a drinker a person is. That's all arguable and neither side can make headway. More importantly than any of that is that a routine traffic stop or road block coupled with a less than reasonable officer can have dire consequences. The fact that a person is not inebriated is irrelevant. A persons carry weapon plus the smell of alcohol equals time and money wasted. Just be careful everyone, not that that makes a difference. If a person was not being careful, my telling them to be careful would likely have no effect.
  20. The original finish on many of the weapons from that area was Linseed oil, turpentine and vinegar but I forget the ratio. A lot of that wood was teak and thats where the light colors came from. Good idea on the cosmoline. It'll work great and look authentic, though I'd wager there's enough cosmoline in the wood already. Put them in the floor board of your truck and come back out around 3pm and see if they aren't weeping like a widow. Rub it back in and there you go.
  21. Hasn't changed anything for me, but I can see how it does for others. This is a good thing. I hate the idea of drinking while out and about but I don't have a right to force that on others. I drink at home, preferably alone. Many people are sure that they are capable of handling themselves while out. I hope they're right. Many a momma has lost her baby because someone thought they were okay too. Be safe.
  22. Feel free to let me know the threads you want closed and I will do it for you.
  23. I tried it once. Made some of the most expensive kindling I've ever used.
  24. Not possible for ANY amount of THC to cause that kind of behavior. If I had to wager a guess, the weed suppressed his psychotic episode for a time.
  25. I've bought many a dollar's worth of stuff from them. They can't touch David's prices. I quit trading with them when Adam left. I met David shortly after.
