1. Youth army. Youth army........where have I heard of totalitarian fascism creating a youth army before.....dang.
2.

I understand this video was meant as a comedy BUT I believe it's a fair representation of the current regime's view of the idea as well as the sentiment of those to the far north. I'd like to see this guy bring his fat aßß to San Antonio and publicly spout the same message. He'd get his paper thin pizza and a stromboli forcibly inserted into his rectum.
3.
ANYONE who says we petition signers are traitors doesn't know anything about how our country was founded and I couldn't care less what such people think about me.
Depending on your point of view, every guy who signed the declaration of independence was a traitor. The difference between terrorist and a hero/martyr isn't necessarily defined by the action, but by the guy writing the history book.
4. Typical entitled, whining, cowardly, "somebody gots to pay fo my babies" mentality. People of amerika need a lesson in personal responsibility. If she didn't want the responsibility she shouldn't have signed the stupid papers. She should have to pay every cent owed. I'm sorry she lost her son but it's the price you pay for breeding and/or signing your name.
5. I reload everything I shoot. I don't buy ANY factory ammo unless I am using it as a control for a test. I would say that IF I shot shotguns, I would not reload them. I have in the past and it ain't worth the effort. I don't shoot .22LR but as to Red's wonder about loading them, NO, you can't reload them but you CAN handload them and there's a small cult that does. Very difficult to find, but there are sources for primed brass. I have read about a guy over on Cast Boolits that has a proper mold for one. It requires a heeled bullet. He loads them black powder and the look WILD as they have a traditional lube groove. Not worth the effort to me, but to each his own.
6. 2,883 What the hell is that interesting about me that necessitates nearly 3K looksies?
7. I noticed none of you guys have told who gave you the gift. Are we continuing with the Secret even after the gift is given?
8. It is my understanding that the WHOLE reason the magazine was configured as such was because of ease of manufacturing. The stamped magazine is the easiest part of the rifle to make. Much easier than the machined magazines of Mausers and Springfeilds.

- The revenue generated by the lottery is used to fund schooling. - The VAST MAJORITY of the money spent on tickets come from the lower income bracket. - Most of the scholarships the lottery funds are used by middle/upper class children. Therefore, the poor are voluntarily paying for the more well off peoples' children to go to school. It was my understanding that this was what the current administration and generation is adamantly opposed to! The poor paying a progressive tax that benefit those who are better off than they are. Like I said, it's voluntary. It's voluntarily dumb. If you can afford it, go for it. Hard working children thank you for paying their college tuition. If you spend only $50 a month on it. You could invest that and be GUARANTEED to get something for your effort. Or just throw it away on the astronomically off chance you might become rich.
10. Deer are everywhere. What would possess a man to kill such an uncommonly rare animal? I feel safe in assuming they won't taste any better. I have no true gripe as long as the law on the book is not broken, but I can't see a reasonable explanation as to the why.
11. As far as seating them, I use a primer pocket uniformer and take every one to depth, then seat.
12.
i work private security ... i have had to go through training ... qualifications....blah blah blah there is a different set of standards for ARMED vs NON - ARMED security. each state has its own set of qualifications for each. and on top of that, some companies require certain levels of training / qualifications to be employed with them. not every security guard is a mall cop (not bashing them either!) like another post mentioned, i have also shot (at the range) against actual LEO and ex/current military guys and have out-shot them some of them! (not tooting my own horn either, just stating a fact!) just because they are actual gov employees does NOT mean they are MORE qualified at what they do. i have been in some pretty sticky situations. my company was tasked with going in after katrina and securing about 25 ATMs that were loaded with anywhere from 30K to 150K. with reports of looting and violence, we had to have a Coast Guard escort and were armed to the teeth. pretty rough situation. i am not a wanna be. i dont claim to be some tactical gun guru. i dont act like an elite operator. its just my job. its security. just because there are not bullets flying over our heads and monthly training does not make it less of a profession. sure, that dudes death is unfortunate, but i am not saddened. like others said, if he had not been doing what he was doing it would have never happened. i wasnt there. i dont know all the details so I cant judge the whole situation. i just dont like the whole, "lets bash private security" mentality that I have read here.
I have a few customers that trade with me that do private security. They're all cool guys. How long have you had a TN license?
13. I used to get all bent outta shape over it. Now I just pick a speed and drive it. If I get tailgated I just slow down. Sooner or later they'll take a hint. I had a guy riding my but on 96 last weekend on my way to Franklin. I slowed down to about 35 and he finally passed me. Funny, I eased right beside and turned right on downs blvd as he was stuck at the light. Idiot.
14. Well, I know it ain't "under $30" but if ya'll are considering a Soda Stream, make your own soda machine, DON't It sucks donkey! The machine does well enough making carbonated water but the mixes are HORRIBLE. Tastes like the scum they scrape out the tanks after making Fresca!
15. THe only primer failures I have ever had are with Tula small rifle, random hang fires and with Federal Match large rifle. I bought 1K LR match Federals with the thinking that they would be better. In my first 50 I loaded, I had 15 that would not go off after trying three times each. In my opinion they are garbage as are their quality controls. The ones that did fire failed to produce groups as tight as standard CCI LR primers when loaded with all the same components and charge weights. I give the Tulas a pass as they are cheap and from Russia, that's to be expected. Feel free to disagree but Federal Match primers are garbage.
16. I use it all. Even the meats that aren't really all that edible. I put a whole crock pot full of ribs on a while back. My dog thought he'd died and went to heaven. Even if you won't eat it, it doesn't mean it can't be put to good use.
17.
still looking! ha ha ha... my secret "giftee" has proven to be hard to get a read on!
There's several members here that are VERY difficult to buy for. Mine is proving to be troublesome as well. I like a challenge.
18. It all boils down to what you sound like when you say "Ya'll" If you can't get that right, you'll never make it as a full fledged member.
19.
I was always taught that you measured center to center of the holes. No subtraction , no math involed. BTW nice groups.
If you measure from the inside of one hole to the outside of the next you ARE measuring center to center without the guess work of eyeballing center. For those of us who know our way around measuring tools it's no biggie but it helps those who may not be as proficient.
20.
I would not be surprised if this show picked up some nominations this year. It has come leaps and bounds over the first and second season. Glad I stayed with it.
They sure deserve it. BIggest ratings for any cable show, ever. I'm just happy for Daryl. Carol is okay. If you think Rick was bad, imagine what daryl would do if he fell off the deep end. I personally beleive Daryl will kill Merle and it will be over Carol AND because of his love for Carol, he won't lament his filthy bigot brothers passing. Daryl Dixon for president!!!
21.
They most certainly do not come from Florida. Floridians can't be held responsible for the legions of New Yorkers, Jersey trash and Michiganders that flock there for tax breaks and warm weather. Trust me, there are more rednecks and good ol' boys in Florida than the state of Georgia and Tennessee combined.
Everyone is a victim of their upbringing. I apologize if I offended any GOOD floridians. I've always been told that if you head south through Georgia, you will start heading north again.
22.
Oh and carpetbaggers is another term used instead of yankee
Unless they like disco music, then they'd be shagcarpetbaggers.
23. Measure from the inside of one hole to the outside of the other. That'll keep you from having to subtract the bullet diameter.
24.
Why am I hearing that as sung by Twisted Sister? "I wanna Glock, GLOCK! I. Want. A. GLOCK!"
THank you. I will be singing that ALL DAY! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25pS3bx4S8A
25. If only. I gotta say, I would be in serious favor of a zombie disease that only affects whores and whoremongers. The idea of a lady with respect and dignity is all but dead. They are as arcane as the written letter or breaker point distributors. You might see one on occasion but they are rare breed shunned by the masses and coveted by the few. I'll let it go right there, I got reprimanded pretty good last time I called a slutty woman a whore.
