Supposedly there is one over on Columbia. I haven't found it yet, but then again it's always been in time when I roll through and I haven't actively sought it out.

Looks like everyone so far is very happy, we GOT to do this again next year!

That isn't a bobby trap, that's an alarm.

Peejman's right. Booby traps are illegal. However, a back porch/yard full of junk and 'difficult to navigate in the dark' personal belongings such as coils of rope, stray lumber, ect is perfectly legal to store as you see fit so long as it is not a code violation. :dirty: A couple old tires in the darkest spots of the backyard........

If I knew nothing else about Labor Unions but this, it would be enough to carry my current opinion. I hope and pray for their ultimate demise. I will laugh and toast the day when every last one of them are buried beneath the soil.

Pitbull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Belgian Malinois, Bull mastiff.....................................

I care a LOT more for the good folks in Wyoming than the typical labor union communists up north. Get some hot dogs and marshmallows and watch it burn. The beautiful Cyrtanthus ventricosu also known as the Fire Lily only blooms after a raging forest fire and it usually comes in with just a week or two. Despite what people are afraid of, the fiscal cliff or even total economic collapse, there is a great potential for good things. First we must remove the malignant tumor that is currently sucking the life out of those of us that can support ourselves and actually live productive lives. Time to stop feeling sorry for these useless bastards.

Most unusual gun you've seen used to qualify with for CCW.
Caster replied to seez52's topic in General Chat
A guy was telling me at the gunrage some time back of a person in his class who used a Stevens tip up .22 single shot. 48 rounds to qualify and you could cover his group with a 50 cent piece. I bet the rest of the class got bored waiting on him to finish.  -
The ONLY thing an AR buttstock belongs on is an AR. They are sad and butt ugly on anything else, yet people keep sticking them on AK's and shotguns and all manner of things. Well, I suppose it's good for the folks who make them and the adapters to use them.

It's Michigan, who cares.

Universal isn't bad either. Like I said, you'd have to write AA for data. They are really good about providing. I use a 125g cast bullet over 3.0g of Nitro100NF and get 100% function, dead on point of at 10 yards and total cost is less than $50 per thousand. Over half that is the primer!
-
You will have to contact Accurate arms directly to find data because they have had a formula change, but NItro 100 is VERY clean. I wrote an email to them about 9mm and settled on a load of 3.0g The barrel is spotless. If you buy any old stock powder be aware that there is a difference in Nitro 100 and Nitro 100NF [New formula] If you buy from David you will only get new stuff and you won't find it cheaper.

It could. Think about this: Sodium chloride [common table salt] has a melting point of over 1400 degrees F. BUT we all know it will dissolve in hot water. Well.....Aluminum has a melting point of just over 1200F BUT, you can dissolve aluminum in molten zinc which has a melting point of only 780F. This is where we get pot metal. Do you really want that in your mold? There are other bad things that come from zinc too so why even consider taking a chance?

Proof that power chords and and a strong metal riff can make ANYTHING awesome. Remember this guy from the 80's?? Well, now his music is actually cool. Check this out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntu-poC2FOI

An Abrams crew probably wouldn't even fire on it. They'd just chase it down and run over it. Be like a Kenworth running over a snapping turtle. *crunch!* Eeewwww!

The SKS is a FINE rifle if you use it as it was meant to be used. Stripper clips are FAST if you train with them. I've seen people who can use them right and can put AIMED fire down range just as fast. The SKS might edge the AK out on accuracy. Both suffer not from design but piss poor ammo. If you do go with the SKS, stay away from pimping it out. Nothing looks or performs any sadder than someone who starts a Cheaper than Dirt wish list for their SKS. Tapco=Crapco. Detachable magazines on a Siminov is a joke. Even when they work, they don't work well so if you don't want to put forth the effort to train with 10 round stripper clips, save the pain and aggravation and just get an AK. They work right.

300 Blackout guys...I heard a rumor

Get you a lock stud from Lee that holds 223 cases. Stick it in the end of a driver bit handle [little super glue is good here!] Buy you a Little Crow WFT and get diggin'. Traditional trimmers suck. I learned the hard way but I was determined to find an easy process for making 300 brass if it killed every cannibal in the Kongo. THe way I do it has more steps in it than others but my finished brass is ready for CAST bullets and doesn't disturb the primer, as most of what I have made has been from primed LC brass I get from David. -

THis cartridge is what Eugene Stoner SHOULD have chambered his rifle in to begin with. Can't say the idea wasn't around that far back either, JD Jones claims the whisper as his invention but PO Ackley was necking down 357 magnum to 30 caliber long before. A 357 mag necked down to 30 caliber is a .300BLK-R -
It will benefit everybody. Whether you buy it or not others will and that will mean less demand on the stuff you want that they were buying before. Win win.
RIght, and to go further, the more people on board, the more the components I use, will stay in high production and prices will come down. As you say, WIN! -

I'll pass on the steel, but it would certainly be good news. ANy support is a good thing. Maybe Wolf will ad it to their Gold line and produce brass cased stuff too. WHile it certainly doesn't help all of us, it's still great news. -
How many rounds of ammo is it? Are you hard up for ammo? THis isn't exactly Lake City Match. I would chunk it in the trash. Never would I put it in my gun. This stuff is cheap, just pitch it.

Drag link to a 1923 Model A Duesenberg?

Take a micrometer with you and measure anything you want to buy. THe incompetence in the commercial cast bullet world is staggering. Manufacturers produce a .355 cast lead bullet and then people wonder why they suck. That's because a 9mm doesn't use a .355 cast bullet normally. It takes at least .356 up to .357 to seal the bore, maintain pressure and prevent gas cutting.

I think politics in general is unethical.

I have a CZ527 and it is VERY high quality. Ridiculously accurate. Them czechs know how to build a rifle.
