1. On one hand, as an investment and as insurance against breakage and wear, You can never have too many.   BUT....I think some of us [up until recently I was very much guilty of this] need to be honest with themselves.  How long do you expect to last hashing it out with some form of opposition.  Fire fights are over fast.  Lives are over just as fast.  I won't last long unless I'm taking on geriatric zombies.  SO, 10-12 magazines per rifle is MORE than enough.  I can only speak for Caster, but I doubt I'll last long enough to do a mag change.  I'll either be dead or using my French military tactics.  I keep 12 for ever rifle and 6 for every pistol.
2. I know the feeling.
3.     I'm gonna guess Bells Tn.  Are you worried?
4. Was this a Century build? If so, that explains everything.
5. My personal opinion says spineless coward BUT I will say, his compassion has merit in the politics of the 2A. It proves carry permit holders are not soulless murders. Not sure many could have that kind of restraint.
6. It certainly provides an avenue for it but it shouldn't EVER be necessary. There's HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of weapons in the hands of the people. The Feds should cower in fear of that knowledge. They don't. Why? Because they have doped the country with an apathetic sedative. For Superntural fans, think Turducken sandwich. They've fed the country so much of it we are all docile cattle and any who try to break free from it are easily portrayed as domestic terrorists and the sheeple nod in agreement readily. We will never see organization or revolution until its all but too late. The price will be so incredibly high. You can talk about all this and get lots of people to agree, then try to get something going and what happens? ...welllllll, I would like to but I got to be to work in the morning, the wife has her yoga class and the kids have a softball game tomorrow. I'd love to help save the country but the wife says its not a good idea. American idol is coming on tonight. ....the BS goes on and nothing ever changes. It never will until things are all but destitute. The Amerikan sheeple are lazy fatazzes who aren't going to do squat. Disagree? Prove me wrong! I'll be happy to eat crow.
7. The people in charge are psychotic, narcissistic douche bags but they are NOT stupid.     What we NEED is a leader to rally behind.  Black folks had/have them.  They cater to their interests and stand as a beacon to the masses.  We need a second amendment MLK jr.  IF we had a rally point/person we could then get truly organized.  IF we could truly get organized the feds would back down.....FAST.  There'd be no need for revolution.  The Cold War gave us M.A.D.  Mutually Assured Destruction.  It worked quite well.  IF we could get organized on a national level we would have a standing ARMED militia that would out number everything the feds have by an order of magnitude!  This wouldn't just settle everything overnight, it would also boost the sales of undergarments.  Every politician and liberal would collectively defecate in their panties.  They'd have no alternative other than to STFU.     It needs to be done!  I am no leader but I'm more than happy to follow.             ....shut up Caster.  You're talking stupid fantasy fiction again.  No one wants to hear that crap.
8. Call Hornady.  If you have the lot number on the box, they might give you a prize as a way of saying sorry.
9. Whoa! Glad that was all there was to it. Hope the guy is okay. ......even happier to hear there's no troubles with our new friends at the Armory.
10.
We need to just go ahead and ban those things right now
*sigh* ......and I never got to do me any hippie huntin'. You could put a tree hugger down, WITH HIS TREE using of them. Save you from getting that mess on your shoe by stomping them out.
11. It could happen to any one of us at any time. So very sorry for his family and the community t followed him. I bet the filthy hippies are dancing.
12. Daaaaaaaaang! 40 x .03937 = 1.5748 Thats a BIG bore cannon for sure.
13. I know that picture is a photoshop job and yet,I still want to vomit when I see it.
14. Maybe it's a neon green zombie edition G17?
15. Thanks David. I wouldn't want your job. Dealing with some of US, I wonder why you do it at all.......but thanks! It's appreciated.
16. Wow, how dumb you gotta be to not hear that ringing bell? And here we think people are getting dumber. Nope. People have always been self absorbed idiots. It's a wonder they didn't run some of them down!
17. Mobile one works perfect and a quart goes forever. I use Lucas Red and Tacky grease on slides. I still buy my solvent though. I'm a fan of Montana Extreme. I don't clean bores often....if ever so I rarely use it. A PROPER prepared cast load will be more accurate if you DON'T clean the bore. After shooting I may run a couple of dry patches down the bore. Most times I don't even do that. My bullet lube recipe contains ATF, STP, and Lucas grease. There's always a nice slick film in the bore anyway. If soot builds up I like to wipe it out so it doesn't hold moisture. People really do over clean their weapons.
18. Very nice. I like it a lot better. Even got some barn wood in the background, thats country class right there!
19.
This...
The only thing that could make me hate Glock. A good company strives to move forward not backward with technology. Glock making a 1911 would like Macintosh reintroducing the Apple II.
20. Those days are pretty much in the past. Too much liability, too many hippies hatin guns, too many fools who destroy everything they get near. People sue each other for farting in the same room. I remember when I was a wee lad, a couple of places. You could shoot rats at the dump with a 22. No more. It's sad and a shame, but I can't say I blame them. I will be in the market for a plot of dirt soon, one I can shoot on myself and I doubt I will let anyone shoot on it. Hate it, but it's what it is.
21.
whats the big deal about Glock?
If you have to ask, you'll never know.
22. Dang, I'm standing in line now whether I buy one or not. Free food!!!
23. If they release a carbine I'm not sure how I'll explain it to the wife, but I will be one of the guys y'all make fun of for standing in line.
24.
We've got a good thing here.  Don't screw it up.
Truest statement of the week award goes to Macgyver.
