I run Berrys 147g out of a Lone Wolf barrel to just shy of 1000 fps. Zero problems and darn accurate too! It's one of the few jacketed bullets I buy.

I'm not a fan of any rimfire. Don't own one to speak of. My choice for noncombatant style survival would be my Ruger Bisley in 45 colt and my Win 94 in .30 WCF. People say you can't hunt small game because they are too big and destructive or too loud. Well obviously they don't handload. I have a plethora of loads for my '94 that can handle anything from bunnies to bears.

I'm using a Radiac wheel on a die grinder. It's FAST. Basically all I do is touch it and slips through like cutting air. Minimal burr and it doesn't get hot, it doesnt have time. Not they could get hot enough to matter but regular cut off wheels will get you some blisters if you touch the brass too soon.

It's not so much whtmim doing now, but the road I took to get here. Right now, my process is: Remove the expander/decapper from my die and resize the case. This makes the neck WAY unrsize but let's me know where the new shoulder is. Using a cutoff wheel I hack them off and deburr the inside. Then I run them through a Lyman M die to make a .310 neck ID. Then I use a Little Crow WFT to trim to length. This process let's me convert primed brass AND preps them for my cast bullet loads. The minuscule difference in the shoulder is fire formed on the first loading. All mine are fired from a very tight chambered, minimal headspaced Savage 110 bolt action. When I resize them again, I need only minimal lube and can push them through with three fingers on the press handle. There's virtually NO shoulder movement. I really need to get a collet neck die.

My pile is growing too! Thanks again Troutburger! Ole tender knuckles will have this split brass up and running by weeks end! I'm getting pretty good at it. God knows I paid dues in pain sweat and blisters to do so! ......no comments from you mike! LOL

Everything is working as it should here in apple land. I haven't seen anything out of the ordinary lately.

If you preview your post FIRST it allows you to go on through.

I agree 100% ......BUT, I have a free iPhone to use. Anything else involves me spending money.

THat's not fair really. This is most likely LC pull downs and the seller can have no real control over that. There's always more in the box than you pay for, just for this reason. David sells this stuff and I always get a few like this. Troutburger: DO NOT throw this away!!!!! I don't know how others do it, BUT I can make .300 BLK from those without disturbing the primer. Save them!!

Easiest thing to do was open the phone to my email account. Now I can just send myself all the info I want in emails. As long as I go to the iPhone and open the emails, they will be there to read later without a connection. This will be MUCh better anyway as I can cut, paste, copy whatever pictures, and text I want. I can even do scans with my printer. Anyone know of a way to lock the mail app so I cannot accidentally delete any emails?

I can tell this is going to a little frustrating. Anyone know a simple way to sync Notes on my iMac to the iPhone? I googled it and theres a bunch of :poop: about iCloud and mail accounts. Why the hell won't any of these things talk to one another without internet accounts? In the old days you could just drag and drop stuff. I really do hate technology.

Gotta do this right, I'm gonna grab a Magpul case for this iPhone. THen it really be ready

NOT off topic! Very important. I see some solar chargers at Academy meant for field cameras. Nice and compact but I AIN"T giving a hundo for a charger! There's a Hong Kong Ebay solution. I just need to get on it. If they're small and cheap enough, buy two.....two is one..

I'm for that!!

THanks again, Dolomite for the disks. I'm STILL sifting through all that and taking what I think will be of great value. I'm adding some exploded views of some of the most common guns. Also, some military manuals that may come in handy but ain't smart to mention here. You know.....

Don't laugh. Think about it. ;) My wife grudgingly gave me one of her old iPhones. I wiped it and put it back to factory specs. I deleted anything it would let me delete. Apps are crap. There'll be no network support anyway. My plan: Acquire adequate solar charger, small and compact Adapt my dynamo charger on my emergency radio Upload information that I simply cannot memorize Download a high quality version of solitaire My plan is to create a compact "semi-self sustainable" information database. I need to ONLY keep high value information as real estate on this thing is limited to about 14 gig. I think anyone would VERY wise to do the same. She bought me a new iPod last night. A Gen 7 with 160 gig. I plan to build another database on my iMac that can contain a LOT more info. WTSHTF if I have time I can wipe out my music [Oh sweet mercy!!!   ] and upload to it, but i will keep this iPhone next to my BOB and have it ready already. NOW, I need youse guys help. What to put on there. I already have a few military survival manuals and a small playlist of Zepplin, Sabbath, Metallica, Firewind and a few others necessary to maintain my increasingly shifty mental stability. What else? I have some "Guides to Country living" that I can manually type into a Notes App. I don't mind actually hand typing the info. As we learned in school, maximum retention is gained by repetition so by transcribing some of it, I may retain a little in this little marble rolling around in my big head. As I said, suggestions and any holes in the plan?????

Wool, and lots of it. Start a good fire and bring plenty of hot chocolate mix. When no one is looking, you can whip out the hip flask and top your off with some Bailey's. As far as the fire, you could always cheat and put a couple of Duraflames in your pack to get going. Then just keep it stoked and it'll dry itself out unless it's just waterlogged.

1040EZ and a stamped envelope. I've been doing it the same way since I was 15 years old. No sense in changin' now.

Too funny! Love it. Public Service Announcement TGO is an absolute monarchy with an inalienable freedom of escape right granted to all. If you don't like it, don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya.

If you gave yourself a temporary ban, just think of the increased work load you'd have. For the duration of that suspension, you'd have do, not only your normal amount of chores around here, but you'd have to pick up the slack for yourself as well. That's just too much to ask of anyone. Be careful not to hyperextend any tendons or muscles as you raise your right fist and extend your middle finger, David.

I don't know about that. I don't mind giving them guided munitions. Shipped via airmail.

Timney trigger and a 300 blackout barrel.

I use a Lee trimmer currently. I trim them all. If they're shorter than the cutter, move to the next one. As soon as I start loading 223 again I will buy a Little Crow WFT. I have one fort .300 BLK. It's the finest little piece of equipment I have ever bought.
