  1. 115 guns is a MASSIVE gun collection? I know a few old guys who have twice to three times that....easily. It's a LOT of guns to me obviously but hardly a massive collection by American Gun Nut standards.
  2. The SAMs club in my area has an awesome pizza as well. They both probably come from the same vendor.
  3. They build their own. It's called a Merkava. It's a far cry from an Abrams but it ain't no slouch and is MORE than sufficient for whackin ragheads.
  4. Hey, that's 365 days to raise he££ and 365 nights to party!
  5. Cool, do a few more! I love the Israeli people with all my heart but Has anyone ever wondered why they don't buy Abrams tanks from America? They could call them Abrahams A2. LOL
  6. I'm 36. Following a logical progression (regression might be a better word) along the timeline of my life; how I feel now versus a few years ago versus over how I felt when I was a kid.......I am not interested in living much past 60-65.
  7. As for the bimmer, Beemer, whatever. Sorry. LOL Oh and Robert, I wasn't hatin on vehicles. It was just a little profiling is all. I don't say it to intentionally brag but my Toyota FJ cost every bit as much if not more than his little 3 series Bimmer. .....and I can run over his azz like a speed bump LOL
  8. Robert, I understand exactly what you're saying and some of me agrees with you. ....most of me however has decided I'm not going to lie to myself or other people any more and the truth is, 2/3's of my life is over. I don't care what others think anymore. I have no kids, no family and while I hope and pray all my TGO brethren (and their children) have long happy lives, I just don't care. I don't owe so e yuppie or his spawn an explanation. I don't have to answer to him or anyone else. I've decided to die the man I am right now. I like this guy so I'm going down with him. I know when I speak my mind, some of y'all get plum ashamed of me, Thats fine. I don't fault ya for it. I just do not believe anything will change in this country. Not peacefully anyway. Caring creates burden. Having a care to try to change the minds of those that oppose us is just more than I'm willing to give anymore. We have to be careful of what we say in open forums and all but I'll tell anyone this much; I DO NOT want any from of violent action. I DO NOT want to see people get hurt and die because we can't agree. BUT, I WILL NOT change, I will NOT give up my weapon and if you try to make me I will do my best to ........use it for what it was designed to do. I want to die an old man and on my death bed be able to say I never hurt anyone. .... If I can't do that, I'll get over it. I'm not a 'bury my head in the sand' apathetic loser. I see what's going on, I know what needs to be done. I just think its too little too late. Can anyone HONESTLY look me in the eye (err uh, computer screen) and tell me they really believe things will get back to the way they were?
  9. Yeah, tell David we thank him right? If I'd known I'd sold a kidney and bought more.
  10. Hey wait! You drive a Beemer too! LOL!!!
  11. Reds right. Best mind your own business if LEOs are already involved.
  12. Wow, instead of joining the NRA for life or whatever, imagine if everytime someone bought a gun, they gave a dollar to the NRA?? I use midways NRA roundup and support when and wherever I can. 72million? Really? Yeah, gun control my ass! Come take them!
  13. God, I sound like Al Bundy. You know "a fat woman came in the shoe store today...." Well this BMW driving goober with his nice clothes, metrosexual attitude and three little fairies for sons came in. I was putting a tire back on the car when one of the little kids ran back to his daddy and says "daddy, daddy, that man has a gun!!!". The man told the kids "Thats called an impact wrench, it looks like a gun but it only works on cars. It's perfectly safe". To which the kid replies, "No daddy, he has a REAL gun". The man the asked me(quite appalled ) " Sir, wha, wha, why uhhhh, Do you have a gun?". I says "Yeah, don't you?" He tells me "NO! I don't allow my family anywhere near firearms." I told him " Huh, well how does that keep your family safe from someone who don't give a ratz azz what you believe in? You know, they call them criminals for a reason, they don't care about laws, right or wrong. You think a criminal will wait around while you call the cops and then wait a little while longer till they get here? What you THINK means nothing, you chose to have a family and you're charged with their safety. Can you honestly tell me youre doing everything to provide it?" ...he probably won't be a repeat customer. Oh-frickin-well. It is sad people. Sad. You ain't gotta be a gun nut like us. I ain't big fan of driving nails but I own a hammer. I hate diggin ditches but I got a shovel. It's just a tool you hope you don't have to use but it sure sucks when you ain't got one.....and you're on the spot, in need of one. Why is that hard to understand? Where does this sense of "Avoidance will make me safe" come from? These are the people who will hide in the bathroom or basement when a volcano erupts. Yeah, duck and cover! Idiots. Rant over.
  14. Are you volunteering? LOL J/K
  15. My pet load for 9x19 is FC case CCI primer 125g round nose tumble lube cast from air cooled wheel weights. Tumble lubed with 45/45/10 3.0g of AA Nitro 100 new formula. Nitro 100 new formula is VERY clean stuff. Be sure to get it right though. If you buy old stock, the old formula is NOT the same. The new stuff is labeled "New Formula". Also, once your tumble lube boolits are dry, take a second to wipe the base across rag. Getting the lube off the base will keep smoke down. Lastly, if you don't know what 45/45/10 is, you need to. If you're lubing with straight mule snot, you're wasting it. Get a good clean bottle and heat some tumble lube until its good and thin. Heat some Johnson's Paste Wax on low heat until its melted and then let it sit there and smoke for a good 15 minutes to cook off the undesirable stuff. Then add some odorless mineral spirits. The porportions of each are 45% Lee tumble lube, 45% JPW, 10% odorless mineral spirits. When you use it, a little goes a long way. A thin film is all it takes. If you're using so much that you can visually tell there's lube all over the boolit, you've probably used way too much. Lastly, when 45/45/10 dries (overnight) you will notice they are no where near as sticky and won't leave as much build up in your seating die. .......I'm no expert, but it works for me. I've fired more than I can count through my Glock and I have no leading, very good accuracy and my idea of cleaning means grease the rails and wipe it off.
  16. He was wrong and should b fired and prosecuted. .....but I think I now just how he felt.
  17. I believe you're referring to Sam Hoster and he does VERY nice work. Never had anything done personally but I've seen his work it's top notch.
  18. That'd either be your salvation or your sepulcher. Not a fan of being trapped under ground. I could go either way on it. Definitly über cool!!
  19. Then you have your answer. You won't be happy until you've pulled a muscle reaching for the top shelf. Go ahead, get a step ladder and be done with it. Just be sure to post pictures so all the JMB worshippers may reverently drool in awe.
  20. Is that worth something? LOL At the end of the day, no matter what any of us tell you, let your money bring you happiness. What good is money if you don't have what you REALLY want.
  21. Uhh no. Not in a thousand years. I can buy three Glocks and enough components to shoot a LOT for that money. And no matter what anyone says, the ONLY thing that gun can do a Glock cannot is look pretty. Whoopedy do. When I scratch my Glock, I say one mild swear word. You drop that on the ground or roll around with it in the holster and you'll be one sick customer. My two cents, which figuring in inflation ain't worth more than three pesos.
  22. Not recommended but I have loaded some Rainier plated .30 carbine bullets in a .308 to velocities the little carbine never dreamed of. No ill effects and accuracy was quite good. I've also ran them in some balls to the wall .300blackout loads that far exceed the their intended purpose.
  23. I think there's a LOT about this planet we don't know. ....and who knows what hand hides things from the public. I read an article about the amazon rain forest. They haven't explored hardly any of it. God only knows what might be found buried deep in there where humans have not ventured. Don't even get get started on what might be at the bottom of the ocean. we know more about outer space than the bottom of our oceans. One word....leviathan.
  24. Decent price considering the name and material.
