This is one of my safe queens to get rid of. I've got an 18 year old about to start college so it's tome to get rid of things I don't need and this is the last unfired queen that was in my safe. It's a new in box unfired Glock 21 Gen 3 and it's the SF model that has a shorter trigger reach than the regular 21. Comes with factory case , cleaning tools , manual , and 2-13rd magazines. $450. I'm in Clarksville but can travel to meet a TGO member up to 50 miles from my location. I can travel a bit farther if I have met you before and know you. Thanks for looking.2 points

Maybe he should worry more about real criminals instead of regular people- These putzes's are continually finding things to blame us with while completely ignoring the real criminals out there- These idiots really get under my skin-they must just sit home and think of stupid things to make illegal- If my car is locked it is now a secure container-unless it's broken into which now makes it a crime-against the person doing the breaking-not the vehicle owner-2 points

It's a tough question of course, but I would have to say my second favorite is this Les Baer .45 factory built on a Strayer-Voigt (aka Infinity) double stack 2011 frame. They did a few limited runs of these in the late 90s/early 00s timeframe for a distributor called CFI. They pop up from time to time on Gunbroker and I kept my eyes open for about 10 years before this one came along. The idea of a tight, super accurate Baer gun built on the double stack frame (that is lighter than the steel Para P14s of the time) seems like an awesome combination to me.2 points

Smith 629-6 .44 Magnum Three inch Mag-na-port barrel I bought this from Guns.com a year or two ago. Great shooter, I just prefer single actions. The following is from a conversation I had with Smith and Wesson a little while back: "SKU #150021 Made in 2007 TALO exclusive made for RSR group 216 of them made before they started calling them the Trail Boss" I do not have the original wood grips though. It has a set of Hogues on it. $1000 I'll consider partial trades on other firearms. ONE AND ONLY PRICE DROP TO $1000. NEED TO GET THIS MOVED FOR A PROJECT.1 point

Buying directly from Aero Precision nowadays is apparently a catastrophe. I ordered a receiver set on January 3 and never even received a confirmation email. Thank goodness I always screenshot my order number after hitting "submit." Aero billed my card on January 5. No worries, I figured, they got blown out over the holidays. Fast forward to day 44 and they still won't answer the phone, reply to messages (I can't find an email address), and their chat just kicks you off after 30 minutes. Five minutes of internet research reveals that there are a lot of other folks with the same story. Their customer service is awful. Meanwhile, they keep emailing me about receiver sets and other parts ready to ship. Yeah right. I like Aero receivers and hand guards and I might buy them from a retailer if I can temporarily get the taste out of my mouth, but I will never buy directly from Aero again, no matter how good their prices are.1 point

So I got my new P09 in... put a cajun hammer on it, polished the inner workings. Have not done a spring job yet, but there is already a marked improvement when dry firing (just finished the job this morning and the weather isn't cooperative to try live fire). Dropped a Hex Wasp red dot on it as well (taken off a Hellcat I just got from another member). Can't wait to put it through its paces. I've never really tried getting used to optics, so we'll see how that part of it goes.1 point

Thx all. Seems like shifting to focus on the DA Nomad 30 seems reasonable, if I simply always leave the can on the rifle and hold my lip right when I put it on the mount. I like the idea of warranty support.1 point

They supply receivers and barrels for big name AR manufacturers - they are huge. I hope their new business model is not "we have plenty of business- F em." I have heard that the hard-to-find-good-help problem is still a big deal in Washington, and it's probably exacerbated for a company making evil black rifles in a deep blue state. Whatever the case, they need to stop doing "limited run builder sets in desert camo for January only" specials and send the marketing guys to help in the CNC room or the shipping department.1 point

I'll have to setup my lighting gear to take photos of the lens. But this morning I took photos with the lens, which is easy. All photos taken at f/2.0. Beautiful day outside, yall. P.S. You should be able to click or right click and in some form or fashion (depending on device and operating system) view the photos in high resolution.1 point

Quick and easy meals is my main motivator Mac. My preference, taste and texture-wise is to soak them overnight and then pressure can them. Go easy on the seasonings as the pressure canning process can really enhance the flavor... that's always a desired outcome. But the texture of the bean is darn near creamy, intact, but really delicious. Markedly better than store bought canned beans. I also pressure canned boneless pork loin in pints and half pints recently. (It's only me in the household these days as my Bride awaits me in Heaven ), so canning helps in portioning for one person as well. Just pour a jar of beans along with a far of meat into a pot and heat for about 15-20 minutes. GOOD eating IMHO. (We need to heat what we can at least to a boiling temp, JIC).1 point
