AS stated by a few others, the Shield Arms 15 round magazine set up makes a lighter and narrower carry gun with the capacity of a G19. I hardly notice it when carrying it. I believe it to be a smooth shooter, too.2 points

Giving this another shot. Have the gun listed on consignment but want to move it…I have a 1908 DWM Luger “first issue” that is matching minus the magazine (which the magazine numbers are so obscured that if you stare enough it could appear to match the rest of the pistol but I will leave that up to your own interpretation). 1908s in this range did not have chamber date and some parts were marked in the commercial (hidden) style of placement. I did not fully disassemble to take photographs of all parts but a serious buyer can have their look over it in person. The pistol is unit marked to the 107th Infantry Regiment of the 24th Infantry Division. I purchased this pistol from a long-time serious collector who was downsizing their collection. The pistol has some pitting issues and finish issues, as seen in the photographs, but for being 116 years old and likely fighting in at least one World War it still presents well. Asking $1400, meet around Murfreesboro. Trade interests would be: KAC Rifles, LMT, and WWI/ WWII firearms. Will entertain other offers.1 point

I wasn't sure if I'd like my G19 when I got it because of the incessant pros/cons people all over the place but I absolutely love it which is why I'm strongly considering the G43x. Seems almost perfect for me and my situation.1 point

My EDC is an Sig P-365 XL Spectre (non-comp) that I added a Macro grip module to. But I also have and like my Glock 43x that was customized by Shark Coast Tactical out of Florida.I've got several PSA 15 rounders for it. Beautiful gun, I’m just more used to carrying my Sig.1 point

Exactly. For far too long WLP and his cronies have used the NRA to their personal benefit. Now that WLP is finally gone, its time to take out the trash. I urge all NRA members to follow the recommendations of NRA 2.0 and vote. We have been silent for too long!1 point

There is a movement afoot to rebuild the NRA. Starting with ridding the board of WLP's cronies and the old guard that let things get so bad. They call it NRA 2.0. I fully support them and what they're trying to do. The web-site has a list of recommended people to vote for. My ballot is already filled out and mailed. And yes, I followed their suggestions. https://www.shootingnewsweekly.com/nra/nra-2-0-why-its-time-to-elect-a-new-nra/1 point

we tell every class we have to go ahead and make application for the Duplicate when they file for their 1st one... that way they have it. I think everyone should.1 point

Correction: You can also apply via snail mail. Call the dept of safety & they'll mail an app to you, then you mail it & a check back to them. There's nowhere to download an app online. Link: Handgun Carry Permit Duplicate or Change of Address1 point
