This is a Hayes Custom 2011 6” Sighttracker in 9mm with an Infinity island barrel, Cheely steel grip module with a large magwell, pinned grip safety, 2.5# trigger, extended mag release, fiber optic front sight and an LPA rear. It is not optic cut or ported. It is a custom build by Hayes and is as it was from them. It will come with 3x 23 round MBX magazines and a soft carry case. It has approximately 250 rounds through it. Looking for $4500, new it was north of $6000. I’m firm on the price and may entertain trades of similar value.2 points

deerslayer makes some good points, but I disagree on caliber selection as a blanket statement. Profieicency is of utmost importance. Lack of strength or skill may make a smaller caliber, even a .22 the most logical choice. If a new shooter, practice time and comfort with a smaller caliber with good shot placement is much more effective than a miss with a larger caliber. Once one is more experienced, a larger caliber may be in order. If one is intimidated by recoil, etc than they are much less likely to have any gun available for immediate use. Bad guys are likely to flee upon the first sight of a firearm regardless of caliber without a shot fired. If not accuracy is king. I have yet to have anyone volunteer to hand-hold targets for me downrange while I shoot .22's.2 points

Up for sale is a 4" PSA PX9 - 9mm AR-9 that is Glock Mag compatible How much? $750. What is the round count? 0 (never fired) Any blemishes? There is one mark on the upper receiver near the ejection port. There is a light scratch on the PSA logo, left side. See photos for details. What's in the box? PSA PX9 complete AR-9 1 15-round Glock OEM Magazine What parts are original and what is upgraded? Original: PSA PX9 Classic EPT Lower Receiver PSA Trigger SB Tactical SBA3 Pistol Stabilizing Brace Upper Receiver 4" Chrome moly vanadium steel barrel (1/10 twist) Bolt Carrier Group: PSA Gen4 Hybrid 9mm BCG PSA Fluted Flash Can PSA Charging Handle Upgraded: Breek Arms RG2-S M-LOK Handguard (4.25") Primary Weapon Systems Enhanced Buffer Tube with Ratchet Lock Castle-nut and Endplate Bravo Company BCM Ambidextrous Safety Strike Industries Latchless Ambidextrous Charging Handle Bravo Compay BCM Grip Mod 3-KD (short) AT3 Pro Series Flip-Up Backup Iron Sights Why sell this? First, I have an addiction to tinkering with my firearms. Originally I bought this and started the upgrades, then realized I wanted a folder, so I swapped the upper receiver for a Matador Arms MAT-9, but then I heard the Foxtrot Mike AR-9 lower worked better with the MAT-9....long story short, I built a completely different AR-9 and then put this one back together to sell. Looking for any trades? Not currently, just cash. What are your terms for sale? Face-to-face sales only - facilitated in the Mount Juliet, TN police department headquarters parking lot designation for person-to-person exchanges. This cuts down on scams and counterfeit cash deals. Must have valid TN Carry Permit. Must be legally allowed to purchase a firearm. Cash only. Email with any questions.1 point

1990 model JM Marlin. Seems like I always carry my other more well used Marlin 35 into the woods so I decided to let this one go. Scoped has been swapped since pictures for a 1.5x4x20 Leupold VX Freedom. Mount is a DNZ Gamereaper. I will take $1100 for everything or bare gun for $900. Limited trade interest would be older hunting rifles like Remington 700 bdl's, Sendero ect.. in non magnum calibers, Ruger m77 especially bolt paddle stocks, something in 280AI or 7mm-08 with threaded barrel, nice optics, JM Marlins ?? I'll try to get some new pics tonight after we get back from Thanksgiving with the family1 point

My sister is 70, has arthritis in her wrists and she ran the CCW course with a 22 and that's what she carries. She also has the top up barrel so she doesn't have to rack the slide. That's just her comfort levels. I would have picked the same pistol in 25 acp simply because it's a little more reliable being rimless. Point is quite relevant from where I sit. I don't see her ever moving up in size or caliber. Getting her to carry is going to have to suffice.1 point

So how would the yellow high lighted section impact the seller? In Connecticut, the maximum capacity for a firearm magazine is 10 rounds. Magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds are considered large capacity magazines (LCMs) and are prohibited. Here are some of the laws regarding LCMs in Connecticut: Possession It is a Class D felony to possess an LCM if you are ineligible to possess a firearm under state or federal law. If you are eligible to possess a firearm, it is a Class A misdemeanor. Distribution It is a Class D felony to distribute, import, keep for sale, offer for sale, or purchase an LCM.1 point

As BigK alluded, laser and irons is not an either / or choice and can be dictated by the immediate circumstances.1 point
-
At the range, the laser is not necessary. You have time to focus on the front sight and super-impose it over your target. In a critical situation I imagine it might be too dark to see my sights and/or my target is moving and/or I can't get into a perfect position. It seems that keeping an eye on the target and painting it with a dot, like @chances R said, might be my only hope of getting a good hit. Regardless, I like to have a laser even if I don't need it vs wishing I had one when I do need it.1 point

Excellent condition. Very small wear marks on the wood stock from normal usage. Previous owner bedded the action. I previously purchased to shoot in base class NRL/PRS, but have decided to go in a different direction (not because of the rifle). Shoots SK Long Range & Midas really well. 5 shot groups @ 50 yards attached. Comes with original box and paperwork. Must have TN drivers license.1 point
