  3. Grunt 67, I had a heart attack on April 15. Went to Acencion ST Thomas Rutherford and they put 2 more stints in (total 11 now) and cleared a blood clot that blocked my "windowmaker" 100 %. My cardiologist is at St Thomas West in Nashville. I was lucky to get through it. I did the rehab, and it really helped me. I am now having difficulty with stamina. Can only work hard for a couple hours, maybe 3. Takes days to get over the heavy exercitation. Being 76 has some to do with it, however I can really tell a difference after the attack. My daughter has a horse farm, and I go out and help her sometimes. Usually finished in 3 hours and really exhausted for the rest of the day. I feel good and have no heart pain so consider myself lucky to still be here. I give God all the credit for showing mercy to me, and my wife, and allowing me to still be in this realm. I very well could have entered the next realm on April 15th. I am one of God's faithful followers. I have put my faith in His Son Jesus and believe he will do what He has told us in the pages of the Bible. I have accomplished the thing I need to do to put myself into a position to be able to take advantage of God's saving grace through faith in Jesus. Guys, believe me, you should do it also. Our time here is limited. We are not meant to stay in this realm forever. Please I urge you to prepare yourselves.

  4. I also use https://shootingtargets7.com for probably 90% of my steel and would probably go 100% now. I had a few targets before I found shootingtargets7. I color code my targets since the thick steel doesn't ring well when hit with a .22. My Red targets are .22 only, Yellow is for handguns and carbines, Green is for pretty much anything I own. Obvious all of them can be used for .22. I have a hill going up into a thick forest behind the house so my range is scattered on the hill and form a natural backstop. I shoot from my back deck, so I'm shooting down at the closer targets plus all of them are tilled to deflect down. I find the rubber mulch that Aldi's puts on sale most every spring to be good cover for under targets. This is my 10 yard target. I know it seems close but I'm probably 10 feet or more above the target. This is my longer targets. These pictures were taken about 4 years ago so the trees have grown up a lot. I have to keep up with the trimming. I also have a place for paper targets beside the 10 yard target and at the upper Green targets for zeroing in site. I have a portable shooting bench I can setup down the drive away to get longer shots to the upper green targets but seldom us it. I also have a rimfire dueling tree that I bring out once in awhile. Hope this gives you some ideas, feel free to ask questions.

  10. This is a Smith&Wesson 2.0 in .45. I have had it for a few years but I haven’t shot it in the past several years. I had intended to use it in IDPA so had an apex trigger installed by professional gunsmith. However I never used it for its intended purpose. It has been my bedside gun for the last 4or 5 years. 4.6 inch barrel and 2 ten round magazines. Has original case and everything that came with it. $425 cash in a FTF meet somewhere on Lebanon Rd. In Old Hickory.

I also have the certification from Zastava Arms USA showing that a certified Zastava gunsmith did the work on the rifle. Comes with 2 mags, 90rds of Tulammo, and a mint condition surplus military Yugo pistol grip. Asking price is $900

  26. Hey TGOers, I've got a like new Mossberg pump for your consideration. Bought over the summer and put maybe 50 shells through it without a hiccup. Couple of FDE accents on it (including Esstac shell card) that can be popped off in 2 seconds if you don't like them. I just love this forum so much that I don't even mind taking the loss (I have an emergency vet bill to take care of unexpectedly... thankfully the pup is fine!) This one has the extra shell storage in the stock and a very intuitive peep style sight with an orange "bead." Extra heavy duty barrel on this model as well (fun fact: the Navy originally ordered these because sailors kept damaging shotgun barrels in the ships' vault style steel doors... i think). Handles hot rounds very well. Ftf in or around Mt. Juliet/Nashville, cash only, no trades. I'll consider fair offers but let's not get too crazy with the "OBO." Thanks, -V

  28. https://shootingtargets7.com I’ve found this site to be the best. Small and vet owned, sends an email only once a week with something heavily discounted. I shop around a lot. Dragon targets has some decent deals every now and then. With all of this stuff getting free ship is the priority. I have not yet bought this from Dragon Targets, looks fun and like the modularity hoping it goes on sale for a holiday and then will buy (if you don’t care about buying “Halloween targets” for Christmas they’ll drop the price drastically after they do special runs). https://dragontargets.com/dragon-targets-tin-can-alley-target-set/?srsltid=AfmBOorWpnz1BKdQf_YvaWmbwWYjs5IuFXKBnWdOtDd08qAR8pe-3FNg I follow spec on all the ratings and my targets are all a few years old and no pitting. Just need to remind people not to shoot rimfires with anything but .22. I’ve had good luck with the self healing hangers and just use tposts. Have used conduit and tones scraps in a pinch but those are more temporary. People swear by fire hoses as well. Also stick welded some conduit just for s&g’s that are small ground level targets, rods I used weren’t right for application but have held. https://www.sbyproducts.com/product/fire-hose-roll-1-5-diameter-2-5-flat-/26?cs=true&cst=custom - good reviews.

  31. In my honest opinion-most judges shouldn't preside over a pie eating contest- Do not even allow them to judge the fairs best pig or guernsey- Most of them are even poor judges of character content- So what makes them so special-and I care less how many years they schooled at law- They are only men and men make mistakes all the time- And I don't understand fully how a judge can rule against the State Law-and don't give me this crap about they only interpret the law as written-
