  1. AD CLOSED; GUN HAS A NEW LOVING HOME I need to find a loving home for this SIG P210 Standard; the US-made version of the original P210. This has fixed sights and a reasonable-size grip, unlike the P210 Target, which adjustable sights and what I (and many others) consider an overly large target grip. This gun handles extremely well and is a great shooter. I'm the original owner of this gun and it's been shot less than 200 times. Comes with four OEM SIG magazines. As you can see, it's unblemished and in outstanding condition. $1200 to a Tennessee resident legally able to purchase handguns. I live in Chattanooga but will drive a reasonable distance for a sale. Trade possibilities: I'm looking for a Springfield EMP or other Commander-length (4 to 4.25 inches) 1911 9mm, also a Rem 870 in 12 or 20 gauge. Other possibilities considered, but no plastic guns or ARs (I have enough already). Thanks for looking, Whisper

  2. Complete factory rifle, unfired, lightly handled. Going through the replies/PMs by order received currently. I will say that while I need it gone, I'm not looking to be fleeced more than the loss I'm already taking so apologies to those thinking I'd be desperate enough to drop it lower and deliver it an hour and a half from me.

  3. https://geissele.com/hurricane-relief-drive.html Geisselle is donating 100% of profits to relief. SSA trigger sold out, SSA-e/x still available. This is there pretty much blem pricing. Have an SSA-E blem that’s a beaut. Feel good and treat yourself. Win win.

  5. Newest offering from Smith and Wesson. Really great gun, but fills a duplicate role for me. Wearing a Holosun SCS that is a direct mount cut for the CORE system. $1,000 for gun, Surefire X300, and Holosun SCS. Comes with 2 mags, and 2 T.Rex holsters, one IWB and one OWB. $800 for the gun and Holosun. No X300 and no holsters (since they require the X300)

  6. Have a debanned Sa93 up for grabs. The first imported milled rifle to come into the states from Bulgaria, and many consider to still be the best they imported. Correct front sight, gas block, lower tang and furniture have been installed. One of the best and most attractive rifles out there. I'm pricing this one firm at $2100. Alot more attractive pricing than what debanned 93's gave sold for in the last year or so. $2100 with your choice of a circle 10 or a slab side steel mag.

  8. For sale: 280 Ackley Improved Built by a forum member with great care, from whom I bought it a few years back. I've shot this beauty 20 times exactly. Put factory ammo 8 inches at 1200 yards. (Sub 1" MOA) You're supposed to form the brass, then you reload the improved profile with a custom load. I never got around to that part. It's time to let it go. Giles County, Columbia area. $450 includes scope rail, no scope.

  9. That's what mine looks like. Mine is also a couple years old so they may not make it anymore. Don't plug 2 phones in at the same time, it's super slow.

  12. It's only a suicide clutch if there's no front brake. I considered a spool front wheel with no brake, but after riding the softail around for a few days, not using it, I decided that I'm to attached to this corporeal existence

  14. For me, the best show is the RK show in Jackson. I always try to make that one and its the only one that I'll set up at when I have stuff to sell. That one generally has a pretty good mix of old and new. RK lost their venue in Memphis a couple years ago and have been unable to find a suitable place since. Even when they did shows in Memphis, it was mostly overpriced ARs and plastic. I still preferred the Jackson show.

  18. I totally get where you’re coming from. Luckily my neighbors are acres away, and like minded. Once one of us starts shooting on the weekend there’s usually a 15-30 minute lag before the Cumberland ridge starts to echo in various directions. I have an elderly neighbor that I pal around/handyman/garden for and shoot with every once in a while. He goes down for naps a lot, if I have an open window on a weekend off and I’m shooting some large caliber I’ll give him a shout to make sure he’s not napping. Not every time, but if I have an open 6-hour window I give him a quick buzz. If I've got the itch, or trying out a new gun and just want to run a quick 6-10 mags early evening, I won’t call. He’s also had some younger kids over and called me once while I was plinking and asked if I could refrain as they’re not used to hearing gunshots. Could argue that I should just let them get used to the fact that guns used responsibly aren’t scary, but at the same time I’m not gonna ruin their right to quiet enjoyment during a picnic just because I want to shoot off a dozen mags of higher caliber. Saw a new neighbor move in, introduced myself and gave my info saying if they needed help with anything around the house or if anything happens to give me a call. Mentioned that I shoot once every week or so and put it rather matter of factly. She responded with “yeah, my daughter heard and didn’t like the loud noises”. I replied with “well her uncle next door shoots too, I hear him sighting in his rifle before every deer season, and her uncle shoots a lot of handguns so I’m glad she’s used to it” and left it at that. But at the same time, if the kid has a birthday party I’m not going to invite a few friends over and have us all ringing steel midday. So while I understand that it’s a right and I’m doing nothing wrong, I still want to respect someone’s right to quiet enjoyment. Not the biggest inconvenience for me to be neighborly when I could in theory shoot most evenings before dusk after work.

  19. Uh....hey...how's it going? Just checking in to see if anyone knows where Alabama's defense got off to. Seems they went in at halftime with Georgia and haven't been seen since. Did one of you guys tell them they already won the championship and then pointed them to the bus? I don't think they realized you were just joking! Seriously, congratulations to "that hospital school"! Impressive and fun to watch. Who doesn't love the underdog?

  20. Never done this before so here it goes. I have a buddy in S MO wanting to help so I hooked him up with a retired Metro Police Officer who is from that area and he is working with 99.7 on this. Buddy is doing a roundup in MO at college and anywhere that will donate. He will then bring a truck here and load their truck. They are needing many things but most important is winter clothing which is cold weather is coming soon. They are requesting Winter clothes Men,women, children and infants also work boots size 11-12-13 as they are out in that area. I will try to pick up ,meet or bring to Hermitage. I will put them in my garage until we load the truck going there also I will check the used clothing stores. I do not know for sure but would like to have them on way in next couple weeks. Any ideas let me know. Thanks Will

  26. More downsizing. Excellent condition 6" 648-2. I thought I had the box, but apparently not. Ahrends cocobolo grips. You can't get them anymore and they are very expensive to buy them now. Most I see are in the $250 range I am pretty sure I have the original Hogue's here that I will include if I can find them. I won't separate the Ahrends grips from the pistol. $1000. Meet within a reasonable distance (30 min) of Chapel Hill.

  29. Just a heads up on this caliber. You can buy brass already formed for it, Hornady or Nosler. Also shoot standard 280 through it. I already have a rifle in 280 AI or I would be all over this

  30. And more work....... That raised front end was bothering my eyes. So I took the grinder to it Now I'm much happier with how she's sitting. Today was busy. Raked, slugged & re-welded the front end, fabricated mounts for the oil tank & rear fender & got those bolted up (which would've been simpler if I hadn't ROYALLY screwed the pooch & ordered the fender an inch too small. Lots of slitting, stretching & welding.....) sorted out the sissy bar & mounted it & fabricated the headlight mount. I just got done around 10:30 tonight! And of course, I've got the sissy bar mounted arse-backwards 5 minute fix for tomorrow before work.

  32. The breech opening lever and safety have incorrectly been blued. They should be case colored like the receiver. I would wager that the barrels have been re-blued as well. Hard to tell much from the pics. Looks like a solid shooter.
