  3. Like I said in my intro, one of things I collect are .32ACP pocket guns. I decided to pull out a few of my more interesting examples Top left is a Frommer Stop in 7,65. This is one of the strangest pocket guns out there. The recoil spring sits on top, which is pretty uncommon. However, the oddest thing about this pistol is that uses a rotating bolt, similar to what you'd find in an AK. There was even a machine pistol version of it. Two pistols, upside down, each with 25 round magazines, are mounted in a little tripod. I assume the Hungarians had worries that the rabbits would rise up against them Top right is a French "Unique" pistol. This one features an acceptance stamp showing that it was in use with the Moroccan police Bottom right is a German Dreyse M1907. The Dreyse was fairly innovative for its day in that it's striker fired and the firing pin protruded out of the back so you could see/feel if it was cocked Bottom left is the venerable Colt M1903 pocket hammerless. As far as vest guns go, none are more classy. I actually carry mine from time to time. Makes you feel like an old tyme detective searching gin-joints for a dangerous dame with gams that don't quit In the center is a CZ 27. This one features several Waffenampt markings indicating that it was accepted into service with the German military in WWII. The fact that it is blued rather than parkerized would indicate that this was produced just before or early into the German occupation of Prague. This one is magnificent. The bluing is still deep and rich and the trigger even retains its factory straw bluing. Whoever it was issued to clearly didn't do much with it. Honorable mention: Maxine. Like all cats she feels the need to make an appearance when the guns come out Hope you folks enjoy the post.

  7. Selling my Staccato C2 DPO. Has less than 1K rounds through it. Great gun, just funding something else. Gun was just professionally deep cleaned via my gunsmith. It’s ready to go. All original paperwork and parts included. Gun will come with everything pictured! 5 magazines (x3 16rd, x1 20rd, x1 26rd), Streamlight TLR-7A, Dawson Precision Magwell, Dawson Precision Optics Plate for Holosun 507C/508T. I also have an ODG lefty IWB Holster for it from LAS Concealment. THIS THING IS PRICED TO MOVE. Please know what you’re getting prior to messaging. I won’t entertain nor hold it for anything. $2,200 takes it all. For reference I paid $2,600 just for the gun and x2 16 rd mags alone. All the extras are well over $3,000. This is a hell of a deal. Due to price I prefer to meet up somewhere public or at an FFL, sign a bill of sale and heavily prefer Zelle or cash. No checks or anything of that nature.

  9. Looking forward to it! It'd be nice to see stamped on the side of a Jericho 941 saying "IWI US, Andersonville TN." Love to buy products that have our lovely state stamped on there in one form or another... excluding the touristy Nashville stuff.

  15. I bought this over a decade ago from Guns for America, a little mom and pop gun shop near 100 Oaks. I bought it used. With the full length quad-rail hand guard already installed. I then used it for two years as my main competitive shooting rifle. It has probably seen 1500ish rounds in my possession over the last decade. I don't remember any hiccups or malfunctions. With the Vortex 1x8 strike eagle optic. Meet at my house in South Nashville near McMurray middle school. 800$. Thanks

  21. Oh yeah. There’s nothing wrong with saying that a gun just doesn’t do it for you like you thought it would. Don’t get caught in a sunk cost fallacy and spend more money trying to make it be something it never will be. It’s better to cut your losses sell what you don’t need to recoup what you can and go in a different direction.

  23. This one was odd. It fell into my lap at a very reasonable price from a notable dealer in this space. The price was cheap enough I had an immediate 'What's wrong with it?' reaction. That said, it's legit and it shoots great. I guess every once and a while you find a deal.

  27. In my feeble mind, the idea of OC ( other than hunting, woods walking, or on the farm ) gives away the greatest advantage of a pistola, which is surprise. The revolutionary war was won generally on the element of surprise. It works. In the two recent times I've needed an equalizer, it's sudden appearance made the difference. Nobody likes ta suddenly see a pistola in the hands of an old crunudgeonly geezer they thought they could easily push around. leroy...

  33. Interesting collection, sir. Thanks for sharing. You might consider adding a few Savage handguns. The 51 Remington is another interesting specimen to keep an eye out for. To answer your question, I like the pocket pistols. I’ve never owned any of the models you show here. That’s a really cool collection for sure!

  37. Most of the folks currently OCing in public around here are a horrible representative of gunowners. Pretty much every OCer I see in the store has a scowl on their face, a $3 holster, and no idea that someone is standing two feet behind them. They almost have “I’m OCing just cause and you can kiss my ass” written on their forehead. I think my wife could disarm most of them.

  38. I have to agree with 45 here. I would have to strongly lean towards the uniform and not the firearm that’s part of the uniform being what draws the attention of the criminal intent on an ambush. There are plenty of videos of people having their firearms stolen out of holsters while they are unaware. I would say that presents a strong argument that if you are going to OC, you must utilize a holster with active retention. It’s not necessarily a KO on the entire premise of OC.

  39. Most all the valid reasons not to open carry have already been made. I'm a believer in being the Gray Man. Blend into the background and don't stand out at all. Be completely un-noticeable. As a friend of mine once said "The bad guy should never realize that you're armed until the second bullet hits him in the chest."
