That said, of course a school shooting happened during the run-up to the election. No conspiracy theory is needed to support my lack of shock, either. Sick people are going to do sick things to get attention during this time of increased attention by the media on things that are polarizing or triggering to the American people. Keep your collective head on a swivel, people. The months ahead are going to be interesting.

Great rifle, springfield armory scopemount, vortex diamond back sope (6x24x50). Have the box, sunshade for the scope. Scope has been mounted but rifle has not been shot or sighted in since the scope was mounted. Rifle muzzle device has been changed but is still Springfield Armory part. Hello, new to the board and thought I'd throw this up for your viewing as an opener. Not very knowledgeable about it, but seems to be a fairly low count of these in the US. Lots of burn markings on the stock, assume squadron transfers? Also, on the right, it seems to have a loading assist lever which seems clever engineering for the time. Any and all info greatly appreciated.

I know very little about them other than they are Canadian, mostly .303, and yours looks pretty good. Some of those “burn” marks on the stock are mostly likely cartouches worn down and dirtied over time. Have you seen this?

Yeah... uploading from a phone can result in trying to send a MASSIVE file to the server. Since yesterday I made some more changes to our software config that will allow most photos to be uploaded, but the forum software is still going to shrink them before attaching them to posts. This whole thing is a never-ending game of Chase The Rabbit since every new iteration of phones seems to bring even higher resolution photos with larger file sizes.
