Think of it this way - if the Democrats (anti-gunners) win, they will grant citizenship to the 10 to 20 million illegal immigrants they allowed in. From that point onward, the Democrats will never lose a national election again. And the Supreme Court will get packed to flip it to a progressive/leftist majority once more and gun control will wash across the land like a tidal wave. We will become just another Australia/ Canada/ Great Britain with no free speech & no check on Gov't overreach. The end. Vote pro gun. It might be your last chance to use the ballot box to make a difference and save your country. You don't have to "like" Trump to vote for him. You just have to like your freedoms & your country. Choose wisely. Vote wisely. God bless America.4 points

The upcoming election is quickly approaching. One fact that I have a difficult time with is that most hunters do not vote. If you do not vote you better be happy with who is selected. The last 4 years should tell you that the democrats will do EVERYTHING in their power to infringe on our 2nd amendment rights. Whether that is outlawing assault weapons, limiting magazine sizes, or enacting universal registration. If you feel as strongly as I do about these issues.......Register and VOTE!!!!!!~!!3 points

Only the first round fails to feed... Well if you're not riding the slide and you've tried different ammo, then yeah, sending it in is the right choice. That turn around time is enough to say that I'll never own a Zev. As an aside, I just recently took all of my 9mms to a friends farm. I brought only WInchester white box. I've never had so many FTEs. It happened on EVERY one of my pistols and my carbine. It's to the point that i've deemed that ammo as unsafe. Glad i'm almost out of it.2 points

For the price, I think you should have much higher expectations, but I applaud your patience and resolve.2 points

I have stopped buying striker guns and have gotten into revolvers and hammer-fired semi-autos. I like striker guns but I have plenty and as a matter of fact , I'm sure you've seen me selling off my extra striker guns that I just don't use. Well , I stopped at a pawn shop that I haven't been to in a while and saw an older Glock 19. I handled it and looked it over. Like most Pawn Shops , they have the trigger-locks so that you can't try the action to make sure all is working in good order. They wouldn't let me take it off to try it so I left. I gave it a day and then returned a day later to look further. I ended up buying it and glad I did. The serial number prefix is SZ which shows that it was made in 1991 which is my high school graduation date ! Plus that means it's 33 years old. I got home and it seems like it has had maybe 300 rds or less through it. It even has the uncaptured guide rod and spring unlike the present day Glocks which are captured. The magazine is the same age and there is no damage nor marks on the base that show it being used and dropped like we do in training. I am very happy and glad it was still there. It appears that heavy duty Glock collectors buy up these uncaptured springs and guide rod used and pay a hefty price. Anyways , The innards are black colored which mean that they haven't had the "upgrade" that GLock offered. I called Glock and the technician said that they'd replace them for free but if mine was working great and in very good shape that he would "keep it the way it was" hinting around that I should keep it stock. Which I will. I will shoot it more but if it aint' broke , I ain't fixing it. Here is some pictures. I like it a lot more than the newer stuff coming out. Plus I like the old "cut-out" in the front of the magwell to strip out stuck mags if you ever needed too. I see the newer aged Glock owners complaining about this , but I have always loved it !1 point

1984 Marlin 336TS chambered in .30-30. It does have the cross-bolt safety (the S in the TS). Beautiful condition with only some very minor freckling on the left side of the receiver. 18.5” barrel. $850. I will meet in the greater Nashville area for face-to- face sale to Tennessee residents who can legally own a firearm (DL or HCP flash).1 point

Well I certainly guess they know what they are doing. It's been 10+ years since I've been there.1 point

Colt 1903 with original box. Box still has original paperwork, but is starting to come apart from age. I bought this gun off a lady whose husband had passed. As you can see one side is perfect, but the other had surface rust and very minor pitting. It appeared to have been stored that way for years . I cleaned all the surface rust off , and cleaned and oiled the internals. It is 100% mechanically sound and shoots great. Obviously not going to be a safe queen. It could be redone by a professional if desired. Another project gun I don't have time for. $250 for it. Its actually not as bad in person, but I wanted closeup pictures so you can see what I am talking about. Can meet in Franklin or Erin. SOLD— PPU1 point

I'm curious whether you had the same problem with mags loaded with one or two fewer rounds. I know the gun is gone now, so it's not like you can try it.1 point

I'm surprised its still here. These are truly wonderful pistols and the price is good. I'd buy it, but I already have one.1 point

No, I truly do believe the morons that run Memphis thought they could make their own gun laws. Yes, they really are that stupid.1 point

Six to eight weeks? And that passes for customer service? Are they that swamped with returns of defective guns? Making a note to myself re future gun purchases.... Hope things work out for you, Whisper1 point

I doubt the Memphis city council ever thought that their control push would get past the state, but now they've signaled their virtue and can use it as a campaign tool.1 point

Apparently they are remaking "The Crow"..... As a teenager, I felt like the original was... fine... it wasn't great, it wasn't awful. Going back now it's very high on the cringe meter, but it was at least an interesting movie. But I can't help feeling like this movie doesn't need to happen. Again, I don't feel like the original movie was some national treasure or anything, but Hollywood just can't leave anything alone, let alone come up with an original idea. Pennywise with a mullet... I think I'm probably gonna pass. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1340094/mediaviewer/rm445007361/1 point

My wife and I watched this movie last night. It was decent, not great. They could have made it shorter, and spent more time on the point. I found Julia Roberts character to be quite punchable. All she did was squawk and complain the entire time. I was hoping a plane would take her out.1 point
