I doubt the Memphis city council ever thought that their control push would get past the state, but now they've signaled their virtue and can use it as a campaign tool.5 points

needs a new home: Smith and Wesson Model 625-2, .45 ACP and Auto Rim, 5-inch barrel, excellent condition. These don't come up for sale often in this condition because many of them from this era have been beaten to death in bowling pin or falling plate matches. No lock, no MIM, just all-round revolver goodness. $11002 points

1984 Marlin 336TS chambered in .30-30. It does have the cross-bolt safety (the S in the TS). Beautiful condition with only some very minor freckling on the left side of the receiver. 18.5” barrel. $850. I will meet in the greater Nashville area for face-to- face sale to Tennessee residents who can legally own a firearm (DL or HCP flash).2 points

Selling my TS12 semi-auto shotgun. Love this gun but moving on to other interests. These have 3 magazine tubes that each hold 5 x 2.75" shells for a total of 15+1 rounds of 12 gauge ready to go. The rotating magazine gives you the chance to change from birdshot to buckshot to slugs with just a twist of the magazine. Or just queue up the next 5 rounds of whatever you have loaded and ready. These bullpen shotguns pack a lot of gun (and shells) into a compact footprint. They are only about 28" long but have a full 18.5" barrel. They accept common choke inserts as well. TS12's have gas settings of High and Low so you can change it to meet the shells you have loaded. I don't shoot much High Brass so I keep it on Low all the time for my range trips. I will include the MagPul BUIS front and rear popup sights. I have added in a BoTach Tactical sling with this deal as well as 150 birdshot shells. Asking $1,000 for the TS12, MagPul sights, Sling, and 150 shells. May have an assortment of 12 gauge shells available as well for a separate price. FTF Transaction in or very near Murfreesboro.1 point

***Sold *** Remington 700 ADL Varmint chambered in 22-250. It’s got a 26in varmint contour barrel and a low round count (less than a box). I keep telling myself I’ll do something with this, but I never do so here we are. Would prefer cash, but if you have a trade send it my way I’m always looking to pick things up.1 point

Great little 22 that I haven’t shot much after buying a 22/45, so selling it to free up some cash.1 point

Yep, it is out there, just because gas is not that high does not mean it is 3.00 a gallon every.1 point

I live very near Memphis and can say without a doubt that it is totally run by Democrats- They still like other cities haven't figured out that putting and keeping violent criminals in jail will help- Instead like most Democrats they just always blame the gun- What a complete set of tools these idiots are-1 point

Brother Leroy, As I love riding a motorcycle, and find myself with spare time now, if you have a hammer and center punch, I’d be happy to come to you and give her a swing. If not, I can provide the hammer and punch as well. ETA…looks like you found a superior solution.1 point

All shops have turn over and replace or add staff over time. Nature of the world. I can think of at least 8 employees at the Murfreesboro location, including management, that were at the old location off Epps Mill for several years and are still working at the new Beasie Lane location. There are certainly new faces on the floor but I seldom deal with them since several of the long term staff know me by name and take care of me.1 point

My project is poured and top finished. They will come back and take the forms off soon. It is 24" above ground level on the far end from the driveway. Looks like a deck but poured out of concrete. I almost built a deck however I am glad we decided on concrete. No cleaning and staining or upkeep. The patio is 15'X60' and is large chunk of concrete. Thinking about sloping around the edges, however I just may keep it like it is. Kinda like the raised deck look. I will purchase one concert step to exit if I keep it like it is now.1 point

Between the Mark 4 and the Razor. In the Army, guys used the Leupolds forever. Back in the stone ages in 04-05, the Mark 18 program was getting going and you could bring your own stuff. Most guys had the Leupolds. Toward the end of my “stay” big army was getting stricter on what was used so information was standard and went to the Vortex Razor line and I believe they are still there for mid distance stuff. 600-1200 meters or so. Beyond that the Nightforce optics really shine. In my opinion anyway.1 point

Vertical grip (painted) AFG, has had some minor Dremel work on inside so it sat more flush, not visible and doesn’t impact function. Magpul hand stop $20 for everything.1 point

I have this rifle in 7x57 Mauser. It loves long, 162 gr. Hornady bullets. Great Whitetail gun. I bought it 2nd handed a few years after it was manufactured. Doubt I part with it.1 point

Has anybody seen one of these? It is a integrally suppressed muzzle loader. Silencers only fall under the NFA when attached to firearms. Since muzzle loaders are not classified as firearms this can be bought and shipped directly to you with out NFA paperwork. Pretty expensive for a muzzle loader but definitely has the cool factor. https://www.store.silencerco.com/products/maxim-50?variant=379509525291 point

I'ma thinkin the Benelli is the " child " of the old Franchi aluminum frame semi I mentioned above... I've got a buddy ( now gone on.. SIGH.. ) who put thousands ( not hundreds), but thousands of Double A trap reloads thru one without a hiccup... I did the same with my beloved Winchester Model 50. The Benelli may be your solution. As I remember, the Benelli pumps are right up there with the Browning BPS too, but they are all 12 ga... leroy...1 point

Thank you for your input! Maybe I should’ve said mid price range… but it certainly seems like $1000 doesn’t go as far as it used to in the glass department! It seems a lot of people are happy with the Ares and Athlon in general which is what put it on my radar. If it’s standing up to your Lapua then it’ll definitely hold up for me. What distances have you stretched it to, and is there anything you don’t like about it?1 point

Up for sale is my Ruger SR-22. This is a silver anodized version. It comes with the original box, paperwork, gun lock, 2 original magazines and 2 additional Ruger magazines. I put maybe 100-150 rounds through with out issue. I picked it up on the TGO so I don’t know the full round count. I’ll post pics in the morning. $250 obo to Tennessee residents who can legally own a firearm. TN license or ECP flash. Located in Nashville.1 point
