  1. It did not have a cal listed and is not marked for one. I assumed 32 S&W short. I was wrong. It is a 38 S&W. Basically a 38 special with a case .775 long ans a .361 bullet. It was a ball uf rust. I cleaned it and ordered ammo. I made ammo from 38 special cases and .357 bullets. It wasn't awful. The factory ammo showed up today. 5 rounds at 10 yards. LOLOLOL I have done this a few times now. I'm speechless. LOL

  2. The circuit could be 15A or 20A, depending on the age of the house. Newer homes are mostly 20A on outlets, but it wasn't that long ago that 15A was the norm. The breaker for that outlet will tell you. But I think you're overthinking it. The peak power draw on laser printers is very brief when they first power on. I wouldn't worry about it. Since you stress-tested it with powering them all on at once and printing on both at the same time and the breaker didn't trip, then your normal load will be well under the max. As for the power strip, it may have either a 15A or 20A fuse. If it's a 15A on a 20A circuit, the fuse will blow before the breaker trips. If it's a 20A fuse on a 15A circuit, the breaker will trip first. If they're both 15A or 20A, it's a crap shoot which will go first on an overload. If there's no fuse on the strip, it's basically dumb and will take as much power as you can feed it until it melts, but a breaker should trip long before that happens.

  3. It's more likely a 20A circuit. 15A is only supposed to be for lighting. If you only print on one printer at a time, you should be fine. 80% rules says 20 amps x 120V x .8 = 1920w is safe peak.

  6. Dictator Sisolak was what happened. He was basically a skin suit for Gavin Newsom as there was a lot of California emulation at the time. This was when "ghost" guns were a hot topic for the commies so they did everything in their power to snuff them out. Much of the backroom legislature they jammed through eventually got thrown out by the courts but that takes time. There was a time in 2021-2022 that if you were in possession of an incomplete 80% lower, it was a felony in Nevada. I was already on the way out so I took my chunks of alloy and polymer to freer parts of the country. Supposedly Lombardo has been an improvement in many ways but the California culture shift continues as more of them relocate to the Silver State.

  7. If the case is completely sized and flared just enough to get the bullet started, and you use a good crimp die; ya should be ok. The bullet friction to the inside of the case is just as important as the crimp. I always full length size new cases before loading them... Another good check is to try to push the bullet into a dummy case after seating.... If it slides in, it will slide out. Make sure the crimp is heavy. By the way, H110 has got to have a heavy crimp and bullet pull to burn well. I've had a hangfire or two with 296 and 110 on heavy loaded 45 Colt Ruger loads in the old days. I'ma fan of 2400 n a good crimp for the 357... Good luck leroy.

  8. That's been my experience. I've had to dismantle a few cartridges where the bullet did not have a cannelure. Every one of them had a groove left in it by a good roll crimp.

  13. I saw that. What I find interesting/disturbing is that I don't care. I'll still take a corrupt, self-serving a-hole (if that is even what he is) over some wanna be who thinks the bill of rights is conditional. It's sad but here we are.

  17. Well. Has a power strip ever caused a fire? I mean, I'm not saying that my instance would result in this but I'm pretty sure that the majority of people whom have had their house burn down from a power strip probably figured that it'd be ok. Electricity isn't my expertise, but I very much do respect it. I think to play it completely safe I'll buy a simple power cord that's a bit longer and plug the extra printer up to the wall for now. That should eliminate any concern of overloading the power strip.

  19. Polymer80, manufacturer of arguably the most prolific 80% kit in the world, was forced to shut its doors two weeks ago. Employees were laid off abruptly, the website was taken down, and the doors are shuttered. I am friends with the owner, Loran Kelley, He said that Everytown USA was filing an average of two new lawsuits every month against his company, and with the backing of big anti-2A money, the litigation costs drowned him before he ever even managed to defend himself. A recent settlement with the city of Baltimore was for 1.2M, and that pales in comparison to overall legal defense fees. It was literally cheaper to settle that one lawsuit than carry on the fight, and dozens more fights remained. Note that this is DESPITE the fact that recent court rulings went against the ATF's extra-legislative redefinition of 80%'s as firearms, and also the recent Supreme Court Chevron Doctrine ruling strips the ATF (and other agencies) of this kind of latitude in the future, which would have bolstered Polymer80's defense. It's sad that we live in a nation where special interest money can destroy a legitimate company, supposedly protected by the Bill of Rights, simply by drowning it in litigation. Without recourse, without hope.

  21. Maybe so. I'd much rather overthink than under think something like this. Secondly, I wonder why "overthink" is one word and "under think" is two? Or am I overthinking that one as well? I looked at the manual for the power strip and found this: Electrical Rating: 125V~ 60Hz 15A 1875W To be safe, I may buy a power cable and run one of the printers directly to the same outlet. That would spread the load out and away from the power strip. That should be fine? I think I'd be more in danger of overheating a relatively cheap power strip and melting or causing a fire rather than overloading a circuit without it tripping? If the power strip is 15A and the circuit is 20A I could overload the power strip without ever tripping a breaker, right?

  22. I contacted the Winchester Arms Collector organization. I was told that These model guns were not reproduced in Japan. According to their search of the serial number, it is an original made in 1903 and has probably been refinished and re-blued. This gun does not have a safety, indicating that it is one of the very first guns made in 1903. I have confirmed that it requires Winchester 22 Automatic ammo. 22 Long Rifle ammo will not cycle in the gun. I have compared the markings on the barrel to pictures of other model 1903 and model 03 guns. My gun is marked the same but is in very good condition. The caliber is "Winchester .22 Automatic" as marked on the barrel. When I was bidding on the gun, I assumed that it was a new condition Japanese gun made around 1990. I was told that Winchester did reissue some of the old guns made by Miroku, but both Winchester and the collector organization said they did not reproduce the Model 03 or the Model 1903. The Winchester Model 63 is chambered in .22 Long Rifle, but the big difference is that the but plate is flat and not curved like the Model 03 and Model 1903. The estate that the gun came from contained a number of collectible Winchesters. I am still not sure what I have got, but if I can find some ammo, I will shot it some and then put it away in the safe.

  24. How many of these bullets ya got? Somebody makes a tool to install a cannelure on a bullet. If I had many of them, I’d probably get one. I like a good, firm crimp on a heavy recoiling revolver round.

  25. Yup-And who exactly did they save from the big bad gun company-no one- Those non serial number frames were all just getting up and killing people left and right- It's too bad these ignorant anti gunners don't actually put their money behind a cause that actually would save lives-like the Fentanyl problem-that actually kills thousands a year-

  26. My granddaughter went to the range with me. She doesn't drive the interstate and her speed limit is 45 mph. I carried 15 buckets and a 2 wheeler. Brought home 7 from pistol and 8 from the rifle lanes. They have electricity, wish I had carried a fan. I got a good workout, I've missed that over the past few weeks. The barrels of casings were gone. Told they were put in the trash container since we don't have a recycling of ammo brass. I'll head back when I'm able. Offer it here sorted at a good price. 9mm .02, pistol up to 45 acp .03, large pistol and rifle .05, 223/556 no sort no inspection .04. Prefer to ship in medium flat rate box at your cost. PM me for what you want and I'll let you know when I'm able.

  31. I’m so tired of voting for republicans because they’re the lesser of the two evils. I made the mistake once of voting for an independent (Ross Perot) which got Bill Clinton elected, and I’ll never vote for a Democrat, but Lordy, is it too much to ask to get a truly conservative GOP who will follow through? Bill Lee sure suckered us in his first campaign and we had no real choice the 2nd.
