FOR SALE: Stetson Skyline 6x Cowboy Hat - Black Every gunslinger needs a good hat and I know someone on TGO will love to own this one. I have a brand new, never worn, Stetson Skyline cowboy hat in black felt, size 7-3/8. Coincidentally it seems that 7-3/8 is one of the most popular sizes, so these things can be a little tricky to find in stock depending on rodeo season, wedding season, etc. I bought this in May of this year, but ended up spending way more on a different hat because I'm kind of dumb like that. The hat will include a storage box. Here's what Stetson has to say about it: https://stetson.com/products/skyline-6x-cowboy-hat-black A true Stetson icon, our bestselling Skyline combines legendary quality and classic Western style in one timeless package. The Skyline is crafted from our proprietary 6X fur felt, which is prized for its durability and elegant feel, and, as with all hats that come out of our factory in Texas, each Skyline is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. This edition features a 7540 profile, which translates to a 4 5/8” cattleman crown and 4” brim. Like all Skylines, it’s finished with a matching self-felt band and three-piece, silver-tone buckle. A handsewn genuine leather sweatband and full satin liner provide a time-tested fit and premium comfort. 4 5/8” Cattleman Crown 4” Brim Matching Self-Felt Hatband 3-Piece Silver-Tone Buckle Genuine Leather Sweatband Full Satin Liner 6X Quality Fur Felt Handmade in the USA Additional Details Size 7-3/8 New, unworn. High probability that this will increase your raw animal magnetism and sex appeal by a factor of 10x Allegedly will make you twice as fast on the draw Purchase Info Retail price is $299.99. Will sell for $200 even, shipped to you in the lower 48 states. Payment via PayPal. Not interested in trades. Cannot meet in person; my schedule is too complicated. More Photos Here are more photos. So I wear overalls quite a bit both around the farm and at work. That are comfortable and help keep my shirts from getting destroyed but I've always struggled on carrying a firearm in them. Around the farm I would often resort to a belt and an owb holster or a shoulder rig, but at work my only real option was normally a snub nose in a pocket holster. Then a few months ago I was looking at the Enigma rig and reading and a light went off. I could just wear my normal carry gun abd belt over my shirt but under my overalls. The draw stroke is out the side and is slightly slower, but they conceal a full size very well and its all day comfortable. Ive added some pictures, I thought this might come in handy for anyone that wears them from time to time, and could even be done over a normal outfit while wearing insulated winter overalls.2 points

I just read an article about SCOTUS overturning the Chevron Doctrine and while this particular case had to do with fishing, it seems to me that it could, or maybe should have a very direct affect on the ability of the ATF to make up all their silly rules. I don’t see how this ruling can apply to some Federal agencies and not others. What do y’all experts think?1 point

Nice! I’m glad it went to someone that really wants it. Unfortunately, I was digging through a parts box and found the extra back strap. I thought I had put those in the box before I went up to the FFL. Do you ever get up into Murfreesboro? Perhaps we can meet somewhere and I can give the to you.1 point

Safety Reminder for Buyers and Sellers This is an automatic reply meant to protect you as a buyer and a seller on TGO. Use the Buyer/Seller Feedback feature to research who you are dealing with. Please come back and leave feedback for each other after the transaction is complete. Your experience will help others. Never agree to use an electronic form of payment to buy or sell a gun! None of the electronic payment services will protect you against fraud in a firearms transaction. They all have terms of service FORBIDDING the use of their services to buy/sell guns. DON'T DO IT. Be very wary of anyone who insists on brokering a deal in private or outside of TGO. Scammers almost always prefer to operate out of the public eye. The complete Trading Post Rules and also some more helpful suggestions can be found by clicking this link. Everyone should read them at least once! ~~~ This was an automatic reply ~~~1 point

We saw them utilize this position in the Bump stock ruling, it was NOT a 2nd Amendment thing, it was set aside because ATF exceeded their authority under the Administrative Procedures Act. (By the way you can count on the ATF and DOJ not appealing the brace rule out of the 5th Circuit either now). It will make legislatures have to step up and be specific. The People will have a chance to sue to get courts to recognize their rights instead of just dealing with unelected bureaucrats. It will also affect TBI, DOS and the Governors spokespersons coming into committees in Nashville to "philosophically oppose" restorative 2nd Amendment bills.1 point

According to the article below, the SCOTUS ruling will impact all federal agencies. This issue is when Congress passes laws that are ambiguous. Now, instead of the deferring to the executive branch, the federal judges will now have the first and final word about what statutes mean. Therefore, Congress needs to pass laws with specificity when it wants to give an agency authority to regulate on an issue of major national significance. https://apnews.com/article/supreme-court-chevron-regulations-environment-4ae73d5a79cabadff4da8f7e166699291 point

On the blade itself, Protech and Strider small images are mandatory Back to the handle, If you all would just like the design like we did on the Godfather, just the 3 bullet holes, I think that would look the best personally Let me know if you want that, Much more discreet and refined in my opinion1 point

If you are a TFA Member, you are not subject to the new "rule", we, along with GOA joined Ken Paxton in their lawsuit (I am the named plaintiff in Tennessee) and we won the issue of gaining the temporary injunction. Members of either TFA or GOA or the Virginia 2A group are protected for now. I don't see how this stands. From the TRO issued by the Texas Court. TRO issued by Texas Court Here, three organizations (GOA, TFA, and VCDL) count Tormey — who has standing —as a member. ECF No.16-3 at 2. Moreover, TFA and VCDL have provided declarations evidencing that they have specific members “who will be impacted [by the Final Rule] because they have . . . bought and resold firearms, and wish to do so in the future without being improperly labeled as a ‘dealer’ in firearms.” ECF No. 16-5 at 3 (Declaration of C. Richard Archie); ECF No. 16-6 at 3–4 (Declaration of Philip Van Cleave). The same holds true for GOF. See ECF No. 16-4 at 4 (Declaration of Erich M. Pratt). And the GOA describes a former FFL whose retirement savings are now frozen in unsellable inventory. We are in a fight for our rights!1 point

Smart folks are working on this. You can look at this thread alone and see that they’ve already caused gun owners to classify themselves as being in “different categories”. Created animosity between gun-owners.. right here. Right here - I see the negative labeling of guys who are trading at gun shows. For me personally.. if those old retired guys at the shows make a few xtra bucks trading guns, they’re far less of a risk on a quickly diminishing society, than the anti-Israel mob - the blm looting and burning mobs - the democratic politicians destroying cities by taking on ILLEGALS by the 1000’s - the pro-baby-murder crowd - the folks who invite men into women’s restrooms alongside your wife or daughter - and on, and on, and on, and on …. there’s not even any reasonable comparison. As most of us know, this ruling only serves to give a corrupt government a better chance at knowing what guns every individual owns, moving forward. So.. a current corrupt government who has been instrumental in handing over millions of dollars worth of guns and military equipment to TERRORISTS overseas, is practicing communism in our country. And.. “we” as gun owners are immediately breaking off into groups to single out what the “other group” is doing wrong. As noted above, they have some smart folks working on how to cause us to support their bs cause, without us “knowing” we are supporting their bs cause.1 point
