I don’t. Will was laughing until his wife gave him the side eye. As mentioned before, it was a weak, dramatic slap that looked scripted. Rock gets a lot of criticism for not responding. That was a classy move, but Smith would have had to deal with me after the show or during a commercial break. Rock made a financial killing from Netflix doing a standup show where he eventually ripped Smith a new butt hole. Other than that, the special wasn’t that good. Rock also did an amazing acting job in “Fargo” two seasons ago. If you haven’t watched all the seasons of Fargo, do yourself a favor and check them out. In last season’s Fargo, Jon Hamm put on an acting masterclass. A must watch.2 points

He could do no wrong until that moment for me. Guess he's human after all. She's putrid though. Maybe she's like Brendan Fraser's wife or a Yoko? Just sucking the life out of him.2 points

I really liked him, but it's hard for me to respect a guy that stands by a woman that runs around on him and then takes it out on others. Who knows his circumstances... maybe she's got him legally/financially? I dunno. But it definitely tainted my view of him.2 points

Sean Penn is my guy to hate on. He will never get another penny out of me for anything he does or has done. He can just #$%& right off as far as I'm concerned.2 points

Wait, they want to get rid of guns ?? They have been going after guns for as long as I can remember. From "assault weapons" which do not exist, to semi automatics, to bump stocks, to arm braces, to suppressors, to armor piercing incendiary rounds.....and the list continues to grow. Do not get all frothed up over these f_ck fc-ck games - We the People will stand strong, there are more of us than them.2 points

You are welcome to post this as an NFA item in the regular classified - with all the NFA disclaimers of course - and when we stand up a specific NFA sub forum, we will move it over.2 points

Does anyone besides young people still regularly attend a movie theater anymore? When my kids were much younger, they attended Central Day School in Collierville, so every Monday I would go to the Collierville theater to watch almost anything. When I walked in, they knew I wanted a large Coke, a hot dog and a small popcorn. I always went to the first showing, so I almost, always had the theater to myself. Now days I prefer watching movies at home. I have so many streaming apps that I can wait to see anything new that comes out. The exception may be Costner’s “American Saga.” I had planned to wait for it to stream, but the other night while watching a recording with my wife, the trailer for American Saga came on and I decided to watch it again instead of fast forwarding like I normally do. Well, the wife saw it and screamed “that looks like it’s going to be good!” I agreed, then told her about the excitement being generated about the movie. So, if see wants to go to the theater, we’ll be going to the theater. My out may be that my wife has a short attention span and does one hundred things at once, so she may never mention the movie again.1 point

I can't feel sorry for him. Will could put an ad in the paper and get laid by 1000+ women. No need to put up with that from any of them. Staged or not, I'm sure he knew better than to dislocate Rock's jaw on national TV.1 point

Probably ghost laws because they are scary like ghost guns1 point

In a way I feel sorry for him. He seems to worship the ground she walks on, but she only loves his paycheck. You'd think a man that has the balls to walk on stage and slap someone on live TV would have the balls to walk away from that retched bald GI Jane2 skank. To add insult to injury, Smith hits like a girl. Chris Rock barely flinched from that sucker slap.1 point

Everybody talks about the 22R, but the 2.7 is probably the most durable gas engine Toyota has ever made. It won’t win a drag race or get 33 mpg, but it will last until Doomsday. I would take it over a new turbo job any time.1 point

I can understand that more than the slap. The slap was career crushing stupid. It would have been that stupid even if his skanky wife had any honor to defend. I thought the guy was a pro. He's not.1 point

I put a lot of the blame on the parents and the liberal education system. Kids are being taught that life should be fair and everybody is entitled to a good life. When it doesn't work out that way, they can't handle it. Some take out their frustrations with violence and others just go nuts.1 point

I have bought and sold many firearms through this group. Actually, selling a pistol is what brought me here. Hang around a while, participate in discussions, become a benefactor, and post what you want to sell. You will likely find a buyer for whatever you are selling and you will get a lot more than selling to an FFL. If you are worried about the whole private sales thing, you can make a sale through an FFL. That will cost a little more (or take from the sales price) but still likely be better than selling outright to a gun shop.1 point

Trading in a gun = you will get hosed If you don’t want to deal with selling, maybe try consignment at a local shop. I have had good luck with consignment over the years. Some stores have dumb consignment policies - their X% on top of what you want out of it is pretty high and sometimes makes the gun too expensive or your share of the sell too low. Other shops are pretty reasonable with their share of the sale.1 point

Bill of sale and looking at a valid carry permit is how I usually do any sales. I always look at number of post and any feedback. Most ppl on this forum have been amazing ppl!1 point

Outpost always seems to have a larger selection of used guns compared to other places. They also do consignments. I don’t know what the particulars are but I guess you could just about ask what you want.1 point

We don't have a "gun" violence problem. We have a violence problem. The gun is just the preferred weapon of choice. Mental illness has reached epidemic proportions and young people place no value on human life. Thus you have people trying to settle small disputes by shooting each other. Put the blame where it really belongs.1 point

It was a joke. Smith’s been somewhat of a comedian during his acting career. He should have know better. That slap is now his legacy. I hear Bad Boys 4 is pretty good, but I’ll wait to stream.1 point

About 15 years ago I bought a used Raging Bull in 454 Casull with an optic rail and a red dot. Put over 1k rounds of 454 and 45LC through it without an issue. Since it's a large frame, they probably over build them. The finish quality has definitely gotten cheaper over the years. While they've stepped up their game with their semi autos, their revolvers nowadays seem like afterthoughts.1 point

Last time I bought a new revolver, I tried to buy a Taurus. They look good, and the price is right. But, I walked out with a Smith and Wesson. The Taurus was sloppy compared to the S&W. I'm betting you will come to the same conclusion if you go fondle them in person.1 point

True. Certain movies I purchase and watch several times. The Matrix series, Top Gun II and Oppenheimer.1 point

I’ll be interested in hearing how you liked the Costner movie if you go. We haven’t been to a theater in a while, but I’d kind of like to see The Bike Riders. The last several times we were in a theater, they were anything but crowded. I don’t see how they stay open.1 point

I am glad to add an NFA items category to the Trading Post again. As Chuck said, above, I previously removed it due to lack of use. Of course, it is always incumbent upon the buyer and seller of any transaction to follow all applicable laws, and this would be no different.1 point
