  2. Hi all, need to downsize a bit and offering up some of my favorites that don't get much use these days. Photos attached but please let me know if you'd like more/different photos. Both of these pistols are in amazing condition... I take really good care of my stuff. Wilson Combat EDC X9 with polished slide. Comes with original bag and goodies, 4 mags including extended grip mag. Has approximately 1200 rounds through it, perfectly maintained and cared for and an INCREDIBLE SHOOTER. Comes with Palmetto IWB holster, official WC Precision IWB holster, and a Garrett IWB holster, all awesome in their own right. Asking $3k or if you don't want the holsters we can negotiate on just the Wilson. The Springfield XD-s Mod 2 is an amazing carry piece and a looker. Comes with 2 extended mags and a Tier 1 Concealed IWB holster (with mag slot). Asking $400. As always, local meetup in the Nashville area but I'd be willing to go a bit farther out especially if it's towards Crossville.

  5. NOT TRUE! They can ask to come see your records or specific firearms. You have the option of going to their office or having them come to your home. Go to their office!!! Also, if you have a C&R license, do not renew at the end of the three years. Let it expire and then re-apply. You'll only lose a couple of weeks of use of the license. But, it means that you can destroy your previous records. Rules for '01' FFLs do not necessarily apply to '03' C&R licensees.

  9. I listed this one before. It's time for me to thin out my collection with what all I have going on. Here's a Custom Built S&W 25-2 45acp 3.5"Bbl with the K Frame Round Butt Conversion. This one started out as a 6"Bbl Model Target of 1955 and was cut down to a 3.5"Bbl and then had the K Frame Round Butt Conversion done. This one resembles a Jovino or Austin Behlert, but I don't think they did the work. Who ever did it they did a great job on it, I purchased this one from a gentleman who lives in MI. who I've bought a few from. This one came out of his personal collection and he couldn't remember who he got it from. This one will come with everything shown in the pictures. The wooden Presentation Case is not orginal to the gun. Has Roger's Grips Stag Boot Grips and a set of S&W Wood Finger Groved Grips that came on it, also TK Moon Clips, set of S&W Cleaning and Screw Driver. $1350 CASH FTF for everythingshown. I live in the Whitehouse area and can meet locally around Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Gallatin, and Nashville area but willing to drive a little to meet halfway for FTF.

  13. Coming to terms that Ill never be a reloader, so I have two pails of once-fired brass, one 9mm and one 5.56. There may be some Rem UMC 223 brass in the bucket of 5.56 as well, I cant really remember off top of my head. No idea on number of casings in either bucket. Chattanooga area meetup only please. $10 buys you this brass, I only want my money back on the buckets .

  15. Excellent shape GP100 in .357 mag. Unfortunately no box. Great revolver and these are solid pieces. Priced at $575 firm or trade toward an AK. (Romanian Md65 uf would be great. Cash added from my end of course). Would look at others.

  16. The ATF trick is a hail mary. If the valvetrain is smoked, no snake oil is going to fix the problem. If you go forward with throwing ATF in, you only need to warm it up and drive a couple miles to see if anything changes. Also be prepared to change the oil immediately, if by some miracle it clears it up. The drop in viscosity from the ATF isn't good for the motor long term.

  18. Had a Hellcat which needed nubs shortened or removed. Was inexpensive through local Smith. Result was a superb optic equipped handgun Have seen non mos 43x milled for Holosun. Looked very worthwhile That person uses it as edc

  19. I went with adapter plate on mine. If I had to do it over I think i'd just grind em off. Remember one screw needs to be short for the plunger side.

  20. IMHO, these are the greatest of all the makarovs. Loved the one I had in the collection for a season. GLWS!

  21. I assume you have an MOS? It will fit with the adapter plate or you can grind the extra nubs off and fit it directly

  24. I've torn big bluegill up the last couple of days on a 1/64oz buffalo colored trout magnet, they have all been full of cicadas. I think the buffalo color scheme mimics a cicada.

  25. Took my wife's tax stamp and her approved lower to Rusty Oak Armory and met Jeff this morning-- got the engraving done. First rate job done lickity-split. Took less than 15 min. and charged us $25.00. He also gave us a mini tour of his shop as he was working off an order to mill 1K lower receivers for a well known company down in Texas. Jeff has a nice little operation going on-- if you're in the area I encourage you to stop in and check it out.
