Finally time to send this to a new home. I am pasting the ad I wrote for Craigslist and the like. Any questions please drop me a line. 2016 Kubota BX1870 4x4 1 owner with 389 hours 18HP 3 cylinder diesel 54" cut ROPS 3 point hitch front/rear hydraulics Never sat in the rain and always garage kept NEW front tires NEW belt NEW anti scalp wheels NEW battery Fresh oil change service Fresh hydro oil service Blades are sharp This was purchased in 2016 from Kubota of Knoxville. It was used on a 2 acre lot. It's never had an attachment on the front or rear although it's plumbed for a front loader and has a rear to. The only issue mechanically it currently has is a safety switch that isn't cooperating. It's hard to explain and in NO WAY affects the mowing. I'll explain this over the phone to a serious buyer. Again, it's ready to mow ! There are several cosmetic issues, although minor, that I'll mention. The worst is/was a cracked grill that I repaired. Again, nothing to do with the operation just something that needs mentioning. It also has scratches marks etc from weekly use. The rear tires are original and in great shape. No plugs patches etc as far as I can see. The fronts were replaced because being a 4x4 it has a tendency to wear the fronts more (don't ask me why) Price is $9,000.00 I will deliver this anywhere in the state (or state that touches TN ) for fuel cost. We are going to have to win our efforts in court, we are not going to be able to vote our way out of this. The Governor and the General Assembly are not going to quit suckling at the teat of the Chamber of Commerce, who by the way hate you and anything that smells of Liberty and the Founding. TFA is party to the Texas Law suit that achieved a Temporary Retraining Order against the ATF and its "Final Rule" regarding who is "in the business". TFA members are protected from ATF enforcing its rule on them for the time being TRO out of Texas Federal Court against Final Rule2 points

I have a lot of sympathy for those who fall into credit card debt. Our consumer culture does everything to encourage it, and now the "rewards" for doing so are practically a game within a game for those chasing status, points, cash back, and everything else that distracts them from bad decisions, big and small. We even have research that shows a form of neurological impact from this. I got into a pretty rough shape with debt in my early 20s, and literally paid the price. Being a 21yr old with a $6k credit limit on a MasterCard, and going to Las Vegas after the 2023 Iraq deployment was fun, but I was paying it off almost until my next deployment, and not always on time. I even took out a payday loan to afford a fun weekend and tickets to a concert. But most of the time I was just spending on drinks, and stupid things I didn't need, or even remember. To my shame still this day, a few years into my mismanagement of money, I missed the phone call from the mother of a friend of mine who died in Iraq. I didn't take the call because I didn't recognize the number, and was being hounded by a credit card company, and one that went into collections. That sobered me up. I haven't carried a balance on a credit card, or had a payment on interest since I think 2010. It was a painful road to get there complete with more missteps and lessons. But those lessons stuck. As much as I don't recommend it, the way it's shaped me were a benefit of sorts. There is no doubt times are getting tough for far too many folks. I fully believe the right path is to live within one's means, but I also think that life and those means are losing dignity because our consumer and vulture capitalism paradigms are spiraling out of control. We should be having a national conversation about this, but of course we're not that country anymore. The sad irony is, in a healthy market, if everyone lived within their means, our economy would crash like a Porsche hitting a tree that suddenly appears in the middle of the road. It's both scary and ugly how much of our economic returns are coming from people living paycheck to paycheck (and not saving much), or those living past their paycheck on credit. Maybe we need that toxic shock to change things. I hope not, but that's where my mind goes.1 point

I thought the same thing first time a saw a quad-rail and a red dot on a lever action rifle. This project, on the other hand, reminds me of the immortal words of Oscar Goldman: "We can rebuild him it. We have the technology. We can make him it better than he it was. Better, stronger, faster."1 point

We have forced a c 3 whose Mission Statement is simply to litigate for restorative issues related to the 2nd Amendment in TN. Just imagine if every hunter who bought a license (some 840K) would donate the cost of a box of ammo to that Foundation, it would give us over $8Million to hire attorneys and brief writers, we could tear them up here.1 point

I've been running the Shield mags and release for years on my G43X. I'd always test each new mag to make sure it would run with no issues and never ran into one.1 point

Went out again this afternoon for just a couple of hours. Tried my go to Trout Magnet jig with little success. I had caught maybe 25 cicadas before I left the house. I rigged up with 2lb SOS line, a Trout Magnet float about 2.5 feet above a #6 aberdeen hook, no weight. The float was mostly to get more casting distance. This rig allowed the cicada to stay on top of the water. The big blues absolutely tore them up. I fished until I ran out of cicadas and left, no pictures because I was catch and release today.1 point

Another important reason to carry HP ammo is reducing the likelihood of over penetration and causing injury or death to others. Which is exactly why FMJ is generally frowned upon. AFAIK, there are no documented 'shoot-throughs' in Police of SD shootings using quality HP ammo. Examples/history to the contrary appreciated.1 point

Been there, done that. Once I was drowning in credit card debt. Its especially hard on young people trying to get themselves established in this world. The interest charges will eat you up. But many do it to themselves. They want what they want and they want it right now! I think all of us have had to stand in a checkout line waiting while the person in front of us tries multiple credit cards to make their purchase. Or worse are the people who buy little items such as one soft drink or fast food and pay with a credit card. That sort of thing adds up real quick. I got myself out of credit card debt some 30 years ago. Today I have one credit card and its used primarily for internet purchases. I also pay off the balance every month. For most everyday items, I pay cash. If I don't have enough cash, I just don't buy it.1 point

Don't put it directly on concrete, it will rust. A piece of plywood works well.1 point
