Went to my Cardiologist yesterday. She was encouraging. Said she though I can get back a lot of heart flow, that I lost, with good diet, diabetic numbers in check, and Cardiac Rehab if I take it seriously and work at it. They are going to check my heart output, on July 2, to see how much I have improved. I have a trip set for August, to Alaska, on a cruise ship. She said not to cancel it because she thinks I will have improved enough to make the trip. Go for Rehab today at 1:00. Going to do it 3 days per week if I can. This will be my 3rd time at Rehab. Got work to do!8 points

I am so sorry, but I am laughing my ass off right now. I know it’s not right to laugh at your fellow man in a time of need or pain. This is damn funny.2 points

Safety Reminder for Buyers and Sellers This is an automatic reply meant to protect you as a buyer and a seller on TGO. Use the Buyer/Seller Feedback feature to research who you are dealing with. Please come back and leave feedback for each other after the transaction is complete. Your experience will help others. Never agree to use an electronic form of payment to buy or sell a gun! None of the electronic payment services will protect you against fraud in a firearms transaction. They all have terms of service FORBIDDING the use of their services to buy/sell guns. DON'T DO IT. Be very wary of anyone who insists on brokering a deal in private or outside of TGO. Scammers almost always prefer to operate out of the public eye. The complete Trading Post Rules and also some more helpful suggestions can be found by clicking this link. Everyone should read them at least once! ~~~ This was an automatic reply ~~~1 point

My buddy threw me a drunk girls keys onetime on a rooftop bar in Nashville (friend of ours, she was trying to leave tanked. We weren't allowing it). When I caught it, her pepper spray launched and hit the whole group. About 10 minutes later he went to take a leak and came out with tears in his eyes, teeth clinched, grabbing his junk.1 point

Gotcha. Sorry, I didnt mean to be intrusive; I just didnt want you to get a permit you didnt need. Best I can find is a list of Utah Certified Instructors by state. Contact information is on there https://bci.utah.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/15/2024/04/Certified-Instructors-Out-of-State.pdf1 point

This is good to hear. My daughter went thru a rough spot a while back and is on probation now. Once she’s done with that her felony is supposed to be expunged. I want to leave her a couple of my guns, so o guess I need to start figuring out the process for her.1 point

Ha I actually found a good deal on Amazon for the green Gamut 2.0 and cancelled the other order. Seems like the Gamut has more features overall than the Vanquest. A little more tactical looking but my guess is that no one really looks at my stuff. I give people too much credit for being aware.1 point

I cut up jalapeños and habanero for my salads for the next few days. I didn't have gloves on. When I got finished I had to pee. I might die. I'm not sure yet, but my junk is on fire.0 points

This happened to me ONCE too. I was running a pizza joint and just made a pizza w/ jalapenos. I nearly cried like a baby as I tried to rinse my junk off in the sink with cold soapy water. Wouldn't you know it, a customer walks in and sees me washing my junk in the bathroom sink. He looked down, looked me in the eyes and says "daaayumm" as he shook his head and walked out w/out giving me time to explain.0 points
