  4. You can purchase weapons in the state you are based at as well as your home of record as a resident. For the purpose of sales, you should be considered a resident of both as well.

OP was asking about buying a Sig 320 I would have no problem buying one that has been thru recall or a newer version I had the original 320 and when it was voluntarily recalled I sent it back Sig had it back in 3 days. 9. $1550 / possible trade for other AK Information below from Atlantic Firearms website The Galil SAR Rifle Battlefield Pick Up built by Southern Tactical is based off the Original Galil SAR from IMI in Israel. These rifles are built using Good Condition or better Miliary Surplus SAR parts and the correct amount of US parts to be complaint with 922r. This Galil SAR Rifle Battlefield Pick Up built uses a high quality Tortort TGL Receiver as the core of the pistol with a U.S. Nitride treated 13" barrel, threaded at 13mmx1 RH(same as the original from IMI) with a permanently attached barrel extension to make the barrel a legal rifle length. Each rifle will ship with an original IMI 35 round metal magazine. Southern Tactical wanted these builds to look as close to the originals as possible and took the time to mark the receivers as they would have been marked in Israel, with Hebrew selector markings, as well as other receiver marking to mirror the originals. To set these builds apart, the new metal parts are worn to match the finish of the original metal parts from the kit to give you the battle worn look.

  10. I have the ultimate SPR setup. A Like new Primary Weapons Systems (PWS) MK114 Mod2 14.5" long stroke adjustable piston AR-15. Among the best ARs you can buy and incredibly reliable and clean running due to long stroke piston operation. VERY accurate as well. Complete AMBI lower as well with their rachet castle nut. This rifle has seen 60rds fired. Currently has a Silencerco ASR flash hider but will come separated from lower with a 3 prong flash hider pre drilled to be pinned, or I can get it pinned for you, but some people like the option to have their own muzzle devices as these are probably the best platforms to suppress. Also included in this package is a near MINT Trijicon VCOG 1-8x red illumination MRAD reticle scope in a Geissele super precision mount. The OEM BCM pistol grip we be replaced. None of the other attachments shown are included. Rifle and scope both with box (upper only) and docs. $3500 for the package, or $1800 for the rifle $1800 for the scope. Partial trades for Geissele 2 stage flat trigger, staccato CS, gold and silver, rifle weapons light

  11. A beautiful and awesome browning BAR. Semi auto 30-06 rifle with a 4+1 capacity. One of the coolest possible deer rifles I could imagine having to be honest. Looking to condense my inventory to 5.56/223 wylde and this one has to go unfortunately. $1000 obo or trade for a fair quality AR, or really nice complete uppers. will especially consider 223 wylde uppers. will come with Nikon buckmaster 4-12x optic and 40 rounds of federal powershok.

  12. Knocked off another State. Just got back from Kansas and Oklahoma. Oklahoma the weather was just brutal. Rained and stormed every day we was there. Kansas however was great. Dad and I both tagged birds. So far I've harvested turkeys in TN (of course), Texas, Michigan, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, Florida and now Kansas.

  14. I own over a dozen P320's. I have managed to repeatedly coax several of my pre-fix guns to fire (I loaded them with primer-only brass for testing) just by rapping the beavertail on a rubber mat. Later, Sig announced they had replicated and confirmed the problem. I have since had all my 1st gens updated, and cannot get them to fire on their own. I trust them and carry them in a variety of configurations, provide them for my family, and recommend them (along with others) to my handgun students.

  17. So if I'm looking at it right, ACLDN is a financial support group you can use to help pay for your attorney of choice. I notice right in the first paragraph you could fall under the same shortcomings as the insurance companies, when it says "...and after an assessment that your incident constituted a legitimate act of self defense, the Network will work with you and your attorney (paid for by the Network), to assure the best possible legal defense." This sounds like even they look at the case and only offer financial assistance if THEY decide it was SD. Isn't this what the trial is about? I am curious what ya'll think about that Attorney's on Retainer. It looks like its more of a law firm that uses the large pool of membership to pay for cases. But it looks like a law firm that specializes in SD cases. Thanks for the feedback guys.

  28. If it has been through the recall is should be fine. Mine has accompanied me to the range many times. Has been drawn, shot, re-holstered and never blew my leg off. With that said, I don't drop my guns. Don't put my finger on the trigger unless planning to discharge it. Honestly, I feel less safe with a cocked and locked 1911 even in a good holster.

  29. The post-recall P320s are fine. That video shown above is clearly the result of something that didn't belong in the holster with the gun. You can see the gun get fully pushed into the holster as the cop bent over, and then BOOM. Here's the deal: Anytime a cop has a negligent discharge, FOP protocol (whether formalized or not) is to blame the gun. That's just how it works. I've got several friends whom I trust who have been through the P320 armorer's course and they all say that there is no way that the P320, post-recall, can fire without the trigger being depressed. Period. My own P320 is carried often and I have close to 3,000 rounds through it at last count. It has never discharged out of battery or unintentionally.

  30. If you're talking a true "pocket rocket" a Glock 42. I can carry this in my front pocket of any pants/shorts I own without printing.

  31. And Glocks always will. You can take a M&P,XD,PDP,etc and a Glock to a gun show and you will probably sell the Glock before you get in the door,if not then certainly within an hr.You will probably end up taking the others back home with you. That’s why I don’t buy or trade for any plastic pistols except Glocks.

  32. OLight couldn't make a clunkier light unless they started using 1980's Soviet technology. Those lights are HUGE pieces of junk. Yeah, that will ruffle feathers but I care about you so I'm going to tell you it's crap. For concealed carry I run Streamlight TLR-7A lights because any lumens are better than no lumens. I also carry one of my handheld Cloud Defensive MCH lights to augment the TLR7A. I do have a few Surefire X300-U/B lights if I want to tote something around that has more lumens, but these suck for concealed carry, in my opinion, and are better for OWB / duty carry. My use for those lights is pretty slim.

  33. In my opinion, the best pocket rocket is the one you will actually carry and practice with on a regular basis. So ammo for practice needs to be affordable, carry ammo for testing and carry should be attainable, the size should be comfortable enough for you both for shooting and for carry, and a good holster for your preferred carry method should exist. Any other concerns come second. There's been a ton of good options over the years in small sizes many of which have been mentioned already. If you can find a place with your top contenders to rent, that'd be ideal.
