  1. This is Ruger's top of the line PC Carbine. It has a telescoping Magpul stock, Machined aluminum rail, Threaded for a suppressor. It is set up for Glock mags and comes with a new Glock mag as well as the Ruger mag and the adapter for it. $675 for the gun and mags without the optics. I just hand tightened a new Vortex Strikefire red dot on the rifle. The optic comes with the box and factory paperwork. It has never been sighted in. If you want the optic with the rifle price will be $775. Optic without the rifle is $150.

  2. GSG STG-44 in .22lr. Picked this up the other day at Outpost for $350. I could tell it had been shot a lot as the chamber face and bolt head were very dirty. Fully disassembled and cleaned, now looks great. All the parts look good. Haven’t had a chance to take it to the range yet but will soon. I didn’t know how hard to find and expensive spare mags are. Glad it had two extra. All three are 24 rounds mags. Would like to find a 10 rounder. I’ve been kinda wanting one of these since they came out back in 2012 . Any of you have one of these?

  4. I will say this about private sales. I moved here from Connecticut 4 yrs ago. In CT, private sales are only allowed between permit holders (well, legally). However, anytime someone would ask me to sell them a gun without having a permit, I'd always think this could be a set-up by PD or ATF and I never did it. Not to say others might have, but it wasnt worth the risk. Some guys were pretty persistent-lol. Saying they had applied for the permit but it wasnt in yet, and/or offering several hundred more than my asking price. We have it good here in TN by the way. In CT to do a private sale, both parties have to call the State Police with their permit #'s while they are together doing the buy, or swap. (And sometimes the lines are very busy, or even down. One guy wouldnt do a deal with me because we couldnt get thru) You are assigned a transaction # which goes on the paperwork that has to get sent to the local PD of the buyer, and seller, and another copy to the State Police. God I love TN-lol.

  5. For sale, mid 50s Springfield production M1 rifle. Very nice condition. Looks to be original condition with all Springfield parts with exception of the H&R trigger housing. I have had several M1s over the past 40 years and this one is the nicest one off all. $1600. Sold to qualified Tennessee residents or C&R FFLs.

  11. Private sales? Oh, you mean the gunshow loophole we've been hearing about for years. They've been after that for a long time. The goal is to end all sales. Public and private. As for that 1000% tax thing, that's an old Washington trick. Ask for the impossible and then compromise for something less, but equally as bad.

  24. Renewed mine last week. No Regerts. The renewal asks how many you've acquired and moved along in the last 3 years. I checked my bound book just to be sure I was accurate and the first number was somehow higher than I remember it being and the second number remained at 0.

  25. Items not selling? Irritated because no one looks are your stuff? Wondering why someone else can sell the same item for more then you? 1. ALWAYS HAVE PICTURES (can't stress that enough) 2. If its a long gun always take a picture with the mag/clip/etc installed...looks 100% better...most long guns and sub guns just look strange without their magazine in. 3. Be honest about the condition of the gun. 4. Be honest about the round count(I never keep track so I always say I don't know) 5. Make sure there is good lighting in your picture (quit taking grainy cell phone pics) 6. Take a picture of the whole gun...half and half doesn't cut it 7. Starting to understand the importance of pictures? 8. Clean the d*mn grease and your grubby fingerprints off before you take pictures 9. Price the gun properly...check gunbroker(I don't care what anyone says...its pretty accurate...the books don't adjust enough...once a year doesn't cut it). If you paid too much your stupidity isn't the next person's fault. Also google can be your friend. 10. Subscribe to your for sale thread so you can contact people back in a timely manner...if it takes you 3 days to respond to someone they probably either won't get a good vibe or the emotional part of "i gotta have that" will have faded away.
