I am the same. I can eat chili even if it's 100 degrees outside. And love Minestrone soup anytime.2 points

I have been using the surefire X300U-A for years and would recommend them for any serious use while also being able to slip on and off without tools.2 points

I have the ultimate SPR setup. A Like new Primary Weapons Systems (PWS) MK114 Mod2 14.5" long stroke adjustable piston AR-15. Among the best ARs you can buy and incredibly reliable and clean running due to long stroke piston operation. VERY accurate as well. Complete AMBI lower as well with their rachet castle nut. This rifle has seen 60rds fired. Currently has a Silencerco ASR flash hider but will come separated from lower with a 3 prong flash hider pre drilled to be pinned, or I can get it pinned for you, but some people like the option to have their own muzzle devices as these are probably the best platforms to suppress. Also included in this package is a near MINT Trijicon VCOG 1-8x red illumination MRAD reticle scope in a Geissele super precision mount. The OEM BCM pistol grip we be replaced. None of the other attachments shown are included. Rifle and scope both with box (upper only) and docs. $3500 for the package, or $1800 for the rifle $1800 for the scope. Partial trades for Geissele 2 stage flat trigger, staccato CS, gold and silver, rifle weapons light1 point

Sitting around this morning and decided to prepare a big pot of Soup (2 Gallon). We had guest over last Saturday, and had some Baked Ham, and the bone, left over from that dinner. I chunked a good portion along with 2 Sirloin Steaks chunked and added fresh veggies and tomato sauce and diced tomatoes with Chili Beans. My sweetie's 2 sisters are coming in tomorrow for this weekend. Guess What? They will eat some also. I don't know what it is, but it seems soup and chili get better with time. Going to feast tonight. What we don't eat in the next couple days, we will put in individual containers and freeze it. That way I can take it out as I have the need.1 point

I agree. Soups, chili, and spagetti sauces all taste better with time add to the mix. Gives the ingredients a chance to blend all their flavors together. Makes for good eating!1 point

CZ p10-c Optic ready 9mm Lyman 356402 dv mold CZ P10c 125gr mold drops 77gr zinc projectile 1.145 oal Shooters World Auto Pistol powder 4 rounds each Load test 5.5gr = stove pipe no good 6.0gr = better but stove pipe 6.3gr = soft shooting one stove 6.5gr = cycles good feels a little slow 6.8gr = nice cycle accurate Next load will be 7.0gr. I expect this load to be the one I go with depending on PSI signs. The 6.8 PSI signs were minimal and I am using magnum primers. A 7.0 load should end up like a 6.6 load with normal primers. Still need to chrono but my chrono is down and I need to send it back. Update 7.0gr was 1540 fps1 point

I approve of soup year round. For a long time my work lunch was a can of soup. At home make a lot of soups fall and winter. We especially like it because we have leftovers, sometimes for a couple days. One favorite is Rachel Rays BLT soup. We also made chili, bison stew and a German version of cauliflower soup with beef.1 point

I think you’re right chili is always better the second day Strange but true I love chili the hotter the better inmates in the county jail made it every Sunday when I worked there. You should have seen Big state troopers with tears in their eyes trying to eat that chili lol1 point

I have a Kore , I got at my LGS. It’s my favorite belt so far. I like the minor , quick and easy adjustments you can make with it. I have a Hanks belt , but it seems like it’s softened up over time. Not much better if any than a belt I had made that a Omish man made for me for about $20 while I stood there and watched him make it.1 point

Reporting back with what I went with. I purchased this very inexpensive dash cam from Walmart.com. Only $35. I bought one for my car and one for my truck. Being over $50 for the order, no shipping charges. The buttons/functions are easy to understand. I've checked numerous times over the past couple of weeks and I've been able to access the footage easily on the camera while seated in my vehicle. That was just what I was looking for. No missing footage and able to retrieve footage without hassle on the side of the road. I’ve never been a fan. I’ve always thought they’d be more dangerous. But I’m generally wary of steel cable in any form. And I have been since I saw Die Hard with a Vengeance.1 point

Bumping this back up to help get some eyes on it as I'm also curious what is a good, simple to use dash camera. It's getting crazy out there. Everyone wants to mess with their phone, not drive a car properly. My word & a camera would be a lot better witness to the truth than the old he-said/she-said scenario. I'm glad you are okay @billyblazes . Sorry about your vehicle damage though.1 point
