Picked up my new bike last weekend so time for this one to go. This Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom is probably the cleanest 2012 you'll find. Never down. It only has 3282 miles! I put new tires on it last year only because the originals were 10 years old and worried they might be getting "hard" (so a bike tire expert told me about compounds changing over time). New battery also. Turn key ready, perfect in every way, just needs a rider. $39007 points

I purchased this new last year. I've shot maybe 150 rounds through it. Comes with original box, etc. Came to just shy of $2200 after taxes - I'll take $1750 for it. Feel free to message me with any questions. I'm in Manchester but travel thru Murfreesboro & Nashville several times a week. Thanks y'all.4 points

Weekly is fine. We don't really have a rule on it, we just ask that people not be so aggressive with trying to shove their ad constantly to the top of the search results that it becomes annoying.3 points

What happened to me hasn't effected my thoughts and dealings on here, I just chalk it up to lesson learned. The only thing I was really upset was tearing apart the press at 5:30am and boxing it up, at least if it sells I won't have to worry about doing that. I will say this, I'll be cautious unless it's someone I've done business with in the past. I'm not knocking any new members because we were all new here at onetime. Thanks TGO.3 points

Well it finally happened to me. Had everything worked out with a new member who agreed to purchase my Dillon 750XL that I have listed. I emailed, then texted, and finally we had a phone conversation about it and set up a meet for me to deliver it to were they worked at and make the deal. Like a fool I tore it all down and boxed it up along with about $200 worth of extras that I was going to thow in to get them started. Got a text message from them saying they talked to a friend and they told them the 750XL wasn't a good press because it aouto indexes. I'm really disappointed in this, I've only had one bad transaction on here and that was like 8yrs ago. Just goes to show you that trying to be nice and help someone out doesn't always work out. This day in age there is no Integrity in people anymore, I've never backed out of a deal here even if what I was purchasing wasn't quite up to the description. Oh well, Live and Learn.3 points

On a good note, on more than one occasion seller/buyer/ trader has gone out of their way to come to me. One feller in particular on here, and I wish I could remember his name, drove from way the heck away and met me in Dickson. Seems like I was buying a 1911 from him or maybe trading for it. That’s been years ago and I think I remember offering to drive farther towards his location but he wouldn’t hear of it. Said he drives all over to do this stuff and enjoys it. Just another good example of the true caliber of people on here. There are bad apples everywhere and they do cause a lot of inconvenience and justified anger, but rest assured they are absolutely not a true representation of the majority here.2 points

UPDATE: A neighbor heard about my problem when I posted on Next Door. He came over and found the problem in about 20 minutes. It was a blown 5a fuse in the fuse box. The fuse had been jury-rigged to power a radio that I never used. I removed the radio and all the wiring to it. I mowed for an hour and the problem never happened again. I guess a wire from the radio was intermittently shorting out and eventually blew that fuse. I think the fuse was to the OPC, whatever that is... maybe some sort of power controller? Anyway, my wife is happy that the field is mowed. I'm happy that I don't have to pay to get the tractor hauled to Colemans for repair. I left some tall grass for the deer to bed down at night. It was easy to tell where they had been sleeping. Thanks to everyone for your suggestions! This is a great place to get advice.2 points

Good morning everyone! This is a tough one for me but I am downsizing the collection. This is a 1952 Tula, all numbers matching as far as I can tell. Blueing is nearly perfect as is overall condition of the rifle - a few shellac chips is as bad as it gets! I shot it once and based on the cosmoline I found when cleaning it afterwards, that may have been the first/last time. I installed a firing pin kit at that time to prevent slam fires (Murray's Guns - original is included). I can't find an import mark but they can be really hard to find sometimes so it may very well have one. I'm not crazy about selling a rifle that is only going up in value but I think my Soviet collection may turn into just pistols! Comes with a manual ($7.95 value in 1990!). I also just realized that the cleaning kit is in the butt - first time I pulled it out as I didn't want to scratch the butt plate, so that's kind of neat. Not looking for trades as I am downsizing. Please be able to meet in Collierville, have ID, and be legally allowed to own a firearm. Thank you for looking! Price is $9502 points

The Little Badger is the ultimate packable survival gun. Available in .22lr, this lightweight, ultra-compact, break-open rifle is designed to go anywhere at any time. When the action is opened and the gun folded, it measures a mere 17” overall length and stows neatly in an included pack/case. The wire frame stock keeps weight to a minimum and the integrated shell holder in the back holds twelve cartridges so ammo is always at the ready. The Little Badger comes equipped with an M1 Carbine style front and rear sight. Picatinny rails are mounted top, bottom, and on both sides just forward of the receiver for mounting optics and accessories. Asking for $175.00 CASH ONLY.1 point

Looking to thin things a bit. I honestly do not go shooting and all my plans of actually going shooting have been a huge waste. So, here are some of my very seldom used guns that need a new home or another safe for them to sit in. PSA AR-15. Full Magpul furniture, sig Romeo red dot, back up flip sights, PSA enhanced trigger. I replaced the barrel with a heavy barrel from BCA and the rifle has around three mags thru it. Sold BCA AR-10. This thing is SWEET!!! accurate and fun. I did replace the stock, grip and trigger. Trigger is a PSA enhanced trigger, the stock is the ACL-S and the grip and handgrip are both Magpul as well. I have shot three mags thru it (60 rounds) and man oh man, it was terrific. Barely any more recoil than a 5.56 rifle. SOLD Ah screw it. CZ drake 12g over under. Great shotgun and took me months to find it. Like the side by side a lot more and really don't see myself shooting this thing again for a very long time. 44 shells thru it. Have the case and the extra chokes it came with. Asking $700 Kimber LW 1911. It's a Kimber, it shoots well, it's lighter than my other .45. nothing wrong with it, just want to get another 9mm 1911 so the group is balanced. I have a couple hundred rounds thru it and I had no issues except for the spring on a mag giving up on life. SOLD The only trade I'm looking for is a spring field garrison or ronin in 9mm or a Kimber in 9mm.1 point

I’m sorry, that wasn’t my intent. Trying to find connections for trade. I shoulda been more clear about that; I see where you’re coming from. Editing to clarify: What I meant to post was “without posting to sell (ie looking to trade)…” My daughter came in with a question and I lost my place on what I was saying.1 point

That "food for thought" is legally and in my opinion even ethically the "right answer". To many, shooting some thieves sounds like an amazing vigilante type of justice until you realize that we no longer live in the "wild, wild west" and that by doing so you risk losing everything you've ever worked for in your life. Sure, the thief my be a meth head but his father may be Denny Crane. The thief may have stolen your weed-eater but his father will take your house, vehicles, and entire life savings after you murdered his son after conveniently posting online that you'd "shoot all thieves" that come on your property. It's hard to feed your family if you are in prison for murder. Thieves suck, but I don't own a single thing that is worth more than someone's life. I'm basing this on a standard of faith. All of us deserve death (the wages of sin). Say that multiple times out loud if you have to. Yes, even the thief can be redeemed by the Blood of Jesus Christ. The only time the guns come out are if my family (or other innocents) is/are in danger.1 point

It was happening in a neighborhood my oldest grandson lives in down in Burns Tn. My grandson is a 911 operator in Dickson County and when he saw them come into the entrance to the subdivision and drop off 4 hoodies he called it in and told them not to use sirens and lights but dispatch a couple cars. They sent 2 marked and 2 unmarked and they caught all 5 of them. 4 hoodies and the driver and he told me that the trunk was full of stolen merchandise including 3 Glocks not counting the 4 hand guns the hoodies were packing. The oldest was 16 and youngest was 12. That was just a month ago.1 point

I try my best to call/text all other active folks that I’m connected to via a forum etc.. when I run into a bad one. Thankfully they are very few and far between, but still are a reality.1 point
