This is who I use. Full disclosure I am a broker and can write for this company but you can insure yourself on their website. No appraisal needed for any single item under $25,000. No inventory list or serial numbers required to be submitted to the company. You need to have an inventory with serial numbers, pics etc for claims. Ammunition can be covered as well as knives. https://collectinsure.com/other-collections/?gclid=CjwKCAjw36GjBhAkEiwAKwIWySQCCe-1VYunBMPSHvyrFtAaX06jfxVsXLl_asc_sfhKeG6UkgwJrhoCCo0QAvD_BwE5 points

Had an old freezer that I used like this but only for ammo storage and some other things I wanted dry and a little protected from fire before we move. Couldn't see moving it so we left it behind. It was great with all the door storage and all.2 points

Here’s a fun watch collaboration with Omega and swatch. Really cool watch. I bought this new a few months ago when they came through the Green Hills mall, wore it twice and added a rubber strap. $300 buys it. Original band is also included. Located in Franklin, will meet in within a reasonable distance. Would trade for a complete lower of equal value or microtec otf knife1 point

If you know AR-10's you'll know the Armalite AR-10 was the original 7.62 AR-10. Worth more with the optic but asking $1000 cash. Have 4 mags i'm included a couple in original package as you'll see in photo. Very Good condition. Great rig, I just don't shoot this one and would rather move it to someone who will use it or want a unique setup for their collection. Eugene Stoner’s ArmaLite AR-10 design chambered in 7.62 NATO was the design his company submitted to the US Army, who was looking to replace the M1 Garand. By 1957, the AR-10 made a late appearance in the military trials. Unfortunately, this firearm had a steel sleeved aluminum barrel and the design suffered a burst barrel during a military shooting torture test, damaging the company’s reputation and causing it to lose out on the military contract to the M14. But it wouldn’t take long for the AR design to experience a resurgence and the AR-10 would continue production. The ArmaLite AR-10 T continues that lineage of hefty reliable firearms without losing any of the traditional high quality Armalite is known for. This is a true SUB-MOA rifle built with the finest quality one can find on the market. With a Top Tier Krieger Barrel on an Armalite foundation you know you can trust, this is sure to be one of the most accurate and satisfying to shoot rifles on the range. Leupold Vari-x III 6.5 - 20 x 50 mm Optic Stainless Bull Barrel 1:10 Twist The buttstock is an A2 style polymer buttstock with sling swivel and a trap door in the checkered buttplate for a storage compartment. The handguard is a round aluminum free float handguard with sling stud in the belly. The LOP measures 14.5” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition. There is some light handling wear. There are no chips or cracks. There are some light scratches on the buttstock.1 point

I wouldn’t think it would be illegal to discharge a firearm at night (unless it is not allowed at all in his local) as long as he isn’t hunting. However, I think you might can shoot coyotes at night (don’t quote me on that). Deer, I don’t think he can shoot one at night.1 point

I lived in Hiawassee Ga for years. Lake Chatuge is a great lake. It is in GA and NC. I used to keep a camper setup right on the water until I bought a house on the lake. Some great campgrounds and good fishing.1 point

It’s strange to me to think about going on vacation to Nickajack/Hale’s Bar. I’ve lived around the area most of my life. The restaurants are very average and all maintain some weird hours. The unclaimed baggage in Scottsboro isn’t what it used to be. A friend of mine e says employees, family members, and friends all pretty much get to pick through stuff before it goes on the floor.1 point

If you end up going to Fontana to fish gear up for some very exciting Smallmouth Bass angling for sure. I have a buddy that can walk out his back door and go about 50 feet and throw rocks off the cliff into Lake Fontana. He has invited me down a dozen times and I could never find time to go and Now I have the time and my health won't allow it. Back when I was in the bait business he was a regular customer and we became good friends. If you decide to go to Fontana let me know and I will call him and find out what baits the big Smallmouths are biting on for you.1 point

From what I have seen of the craftsmanship of Serbian gun plumbers, they may be better off giving them to the army. Very poor record of proper heat treatment.1 point

Fished Nickajack all my young life. My Grandfather had a farm on the Sequatchie River that flowed into the Tennessee below Nickajack. Lately the lake is a lot shallower than it used to be. Sedimentation has been a problem with a lot of the best fishing spots now turning into marshland.1 point

This is who I use, funny this just came up, I paid my bill yesterday. Looks like they changed the S# rule from $10k to 25k now. Alot of people who have NFA items use this company to insure their collections. I have Farm Bureau for my home, they wouldn't insure it. I have USAA for my cars/CC (25yr member), since I didn't have my home with them, they would write a standalone policy but wasn't worth it.1 point

I installed my xMacro grip module (got from a TGO member) today on my 365xl Spectre slide and fcu. Love it! Changed all my 17 round mags back to flush fit. Ordered tactical development baseplates for my 15 round mags so they will work in my macro. Hope to get some range time in next week.thought about selling my xl grip module and several of the 12 round mags that fit it, but decided they don’t take up that much space so I may just hang on to them, just in case.1 point

First good day shes had since this started. We are doing blood work every other day. Her enzymes are down to 130-140 times normal. Liver inflammation numbers up slightly. HLH came back negative. They have absolutely no idea whats causing it. They are not treating it for fear of making it worse. All the tests have contradictory information. She had the same type of issue a few years ago, but her immune system attacked her blood instead of her liver. The only thing they did was several blood transfusions until it stopped. My Wife looks better today. She feels like she can breathe again.1 point

I’ll continue praying for you and her. Throughout my life I have earned the scars and a full, deep understanding of pain, anger, grief, fear. I know that I’m not the only one here. And even with all that, I cannot pretend to know and feel the depth of what you are going through. But I do understand that it is deep abiding pain. I can empathize with that part. Someone has already said it, but just know that you have people praying for you and your family. Nobody here can know just the right thing to say, and I’m scared to death that if I tried to say what I thought was the right thing at a time like this, the words would just seem hypocritical and empty. All I can do is pray for you, and that I will do.1 point

During the 25 years I worked for my city as a mechanic, we had a huge fleet of pick-ups in all sizes. We tried pretty much everything at one time or another. Ford, GMC, Chevy, Dodge and even a Toyota or two. Nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing. held up as well as the Fords. We had everything from the little Rangers up to the F-477 Super Duty that I drove as my work truck. Lots of F-150s, & 250s Crew cabs with long beds too. These trucks worked all day, every day and rarely had any problems. The 7.3 diesel was a super work horse and rarely gave trouble. However, I'm not a big fan of the newer Ford diesels. Way too much pollution control garbage has made them a mess. I'd recommend you go with gasoline. I don't hate Chevy, they make a decent truck. However, I think you get a better vehicle and more value for the money with a GMC. As far as vehicles go, Dodge is a verb. This was my office for 18 of the 25 years I worked for the city. 1994 F-477 Super Duty. 7.3 L Diesel. This beast weighed in at 14,000 lbs. I drove this every day at work and it was still going strong when I retired in 2014.0 points

This is TN, no way this won't turn into a fight, LOL. Just kidding. I'm a few years from buying a truck too, so I'm interested to see where this goes.0 points
