I bought this new as a $300 ready-to-run Trailwalker truck as pictured in light blue. I quickly changed and upgraded several of the plastic chassis parts from plastic to metal to stiffen it up. I swapped and upgraded all electronics as well as motor. Last I painted and added the Pro-Line Jeep Wrangler body and cheap wheels and tires. It has less than 20 minutes run time 5 of that was in my driveway and up the ditch. All stock parts are included,a lipo charger will be needed as I’m keeping it. It also needs the body mounted a little better, in my opinion, I just couldn’t bring myself to put holes in the Jeep body. I’m only selling due to a TBI causing a stroke that left my left hand partially working making it too hard to work the controller.Due to the stroke I can’t remember how much money I got into it but I think it’s around $600, looking for $325 firm cash or PP. Can meet a short distance from Portland, can’t ship. I’m willing to trade as well, looking for a pistol in 380/9mm/ or .45 1911, AR style 22 rifle or a shotgun preferably bull pup style or pump.2 points

Just in time for deer season. Great compact truck gun (16.5 inch barrel) or quick handling woods rifle. I took off the plastic but plate and installed a recoil pad. I also installed skinner peep sight.2 points

I sponsored and shot in the 2022 Georgia State IDPA Championship Oct 28-30 Dawsonville Georgia at Riverbend Gun Club. I competed in the Backup Gun Division with my 25 year old "box stock" Glock 26 with now very dim Trijicon Night sights. I shot the match on Friday the 28th and went back down there on Sunday to pick up my banner and a couple of awards. That's me in the black and gray jacket accepting my awards (1st Place Master BUG and 1st Place BUG Division) from match director Ed Moser. If you have Facebook you can see video of all the stages and a few pics here....https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1000830962396022 points

This Outdoorsman is a S&W 5-screw, "pre-Model 23" made in 1955 with matching serial numbers. It has an exceptional finish with slight wear. The only rust I found is a small spot on the butt near the serial number. The N-frame is, of course, capable of handling higher than standard pressure .38 Special rounds. Sorry, the original box is long gone. I'm offering it at $1200 firm to members with a valid TDL or EHCP. Knoxville area, no trades.2 points

Folks here SHOULD KNOW you need to be a Resident of the state for a year (I think) to be able to buy a handgun legally. If I’m wrong or laws changed please correct me. Mike1 point

Safety Reminder for Buyers and Sellers This is an automatic reply meant to protect you as a buyer and a seller on TGO. Use the Buyer/Seller Feedback feature to research who you are dealing with. Please come back and leave feedback for each other after the transaction is complete. Your experience will help others. Never agree to use an electronic form of payment to buy or sell a gun! None of the electronic payment services will protect you against fraud in a firearms transaction. They all have terms of service FORBIDDING the use of their services to buy/sell guns. DON'T DO IT. Be very wary of anyone who insists on brokering a deal in private or outside of TGO. Scammers almost always prefer to operate out of the public eye. The complete Trading Post Rules and also some more helpful suggestions can be found by clicking this link. Everyone should read them at least once! ~~~ This was an automatic reply ~~~1 point

Anyone on the fence, these are a cheap fun little range toy that always get repeat use after firing and actually surprising accurate for plinking soda cans. I feel the SA is a good way to introduce new/young shooters safely to firearms, will be what I use if my niece and nephew ever make it down and show an interest. No regrets on purchasing.1 point

Dang, as much as this Vandy fan hates to admit it, I really anticipate Georgia”s defense not being able to contain TN”s offense, Planning to “Anchor Down” and watch that one!!1 point

Starting to feel ashamed here. Don’t think I’ve worn a watch at all in the 21st century.1 point

Just a simple old $30 Timex. Keeps perfect time and its all I need. I've never been much for fancy watches or jewelry. You do realize that those of us who still wear a watch are dinosaurs don't you? Younger folks today just check the clock on their phone.1 point

Buddy, the smart people doing what you're wanting to do aren't talking about it on the Internet. You can insult people all you want if that makes you feel brave or more patriotic, but it also paints you as the kind of person -- too loud, no discretion -- that smart people aren't going to want to pull into their inner circle of prepared individuals. Your "tribe" ought to start with people you already know and have known for years. But do them a favor and learn how to fly under the radar.1 point

I’m sure a lot of you recognize this range. Undoubtedly the best group I have ever shot at 100 yds. Using 6.5cm for 8 rounds.1 point

I took some friends and their Dad shooting today. He was visiting from Spain and had not shot a firearm since he was in the Spanish Army 40 years ago. I failed to get many pictures but they had a great time. I love these opportunities to paint firearm ownership in a more positive light, especially for people who might otherwise only hear negative things where they live.1 point
