  1. I've been wearing this thing out riding around West Knoxville. I had a guy stop me and ask all kinds of questions. He wants to sell his two stroke dirt bike and buy one. I will say, with no experience riding off road these trails kicked my butt. Guys make it look easy online. Aside from that guy, most people don't may any attention to me. I'm very cautious around other vehicles.

  2. NIB Firestar, stored since 1992. Needs to be cleaned but I do not what to hide the fact it has not been fired. Complete with case and tools and booklet. I also have 15 boxes of quality ammo, 750 rounds, worth $375 @ .50 per round. Ammo will go with it. These were only imported for two years and from what I can tell most were blued. Comes with one mag. F2F in E TN around Knoxville or further out when convenient. $900 with ammo. Thank you jeepmurphy@gmail.com 423.237.8203

  3. Ruger LCRX, 327 Fed 6 shot revolver. Virtually new (has had 12 shots fired through it). Just bought it for my wife and she cannot get the cylinder opened... She just doesn't have the power/force in her fingers to depress the release. It's not bad, everyone else can do it. So we will buy her a Charter Arms Undercoverette. She can open the push forward style release. Comes with a Star speed loader. $650.00 OBO P.S. Would consider Charter Arms Undercoverette in .32 Magnum as partial trade.

  4. 9 mm Ammunition for sale Once again, I have found myself with too much ammo and not enough time or places to shoot. All ammo is in quality metal ammo cans which adds value to this package, but I am not trying to recover any cost for them. I am only selling as an entire lot for what I feel is a very fair offer. Please no low ball offers. If for some reason you cannot read this list PM me and I’ll send you a copy. Thank you.

  5. The city owns some land near me that is just unused woods with some walking paths people made. I was hoping for more developed trails but it's clear few people go there.

  7. Selling a Diamondback SideKick. Double action, swing out cylinder 9 shot .22 lr/ .22 Mag. Includes both cylinders, and the factory box, etc. Has approximately 300 rounds fired through it. Good little trail gun. I havent fired any mag rounds through it at all. I can throw in a full 50 round box of Hornady Vmax 30 grain .22 mag. $275 obo FTF Near Oak Ridge, Lenoir City, or West Knoxville. Will trade for an appropriate amount (800-1000 rounds) of 9mm target ammo as well.

  8. Case, manual, and one 10 round mag for $400 north of Nashville. Probably fired less than 100 rounds. Purchased from a member here. I sighted it in and it’s been sitting since. It’s a sort of brown color. Has threaded muzzle. Great condition.

  9. Was "new in the box" just a month ago. I took it to the range 3 times. It works perfectly but I just don't care for optics on my pistols. I added an adapter plate to fit the S&W Shield Plus ($50). https://holosun.com/index/product/detail/id/200.html These optics have a "Shake Awake" feature which turns the optic on anytime it detects movement. They also have auto brightness and a choice of dot only, circle only, or dot and circle reticle. on automatically anytime the gun is moved. The most impressive feature is the 50,000 hour battery life. These MSRP for $ 376.46. I am asking $ 250 for the optic and adapter plate. I will ship if buyer pays actual shipping cost. I would prefer FTF Transaction in or near Murfreesboro. Trade options are 9mm, 45 acp, or 7.62x51mm ammo.

  15. Before I moved here three years ago, I lived in WA. I shared a property line with the Simpson Timber company, and there were thousands and thousands of wooded acres I could access just by riding through my gate. There were some pretty good logging roads out there for transiting from one section to another, and lots of old, almost gone logging and skidder roads. I had a Kawasaki KDX-220 two-stroke that was perfect for me out there. Light enough to toss around, powerful enough to haul my big butt up the hills, and still pretty quick. Most times I'd set out to "trail ride", since my beard has been white for quite some time, but usually within ten minutes or so I'd be sliding both wheels through the turns. I almost always rode by myself, which could have been a problem if I'd crashed hard, but I managed to survive it. Now I stick with riding a trials bike on my property, or one of my street bikes on the pavement. I DO miss those woods, though.

  16. Riding a dirt bike off-road requires an athlete. Several years ago, I decided to buy a dirt bike to ride with buddies. Well, we went out riding through the woods just like we did 30 years ago. It went well for a while. Later, while I was flying over the handlebars and through the woods like Superman, I decided I might be a bit old for this chit now. Loaded the bike up, went home and dressed my wounds, and sold the bike. I’ll stick to paved roads or four shells from now on out.

  17. That's a cool setup didn't know they made a stand for it worked great. I had one of those bauer saws and welded up my own stand for it. Sold it off when I got a nice old Rockwell. Someone should snap this up!

  22. Found one! Bought a 2011 Ford Escape off of Craig's List. My research shows the 2011 was one of the best years for these cars. Excellent condition, interior is perfect. everything works, Got it at a good price. I was able to pay cash, so no payments like I would've ended up with at a dealer. Needs a couple of small things fixed, but its no big deal. What used car doesn't? I even like the color. Unfortunately, the County Clerk's office is closed again this week. So I can't get tittle and tags until next week.

  23. I am a HUGE fan of Gunnys in Maryville! Volunteer is good in Lenoir City, 2nd Amendment in Lenoir City is sketchy. SMKW in Sevierville is wayyy overpriced for everything but probably cater to tourist. Bud's Gun Shop in Sevierville is ok but more of a range than a shop. Not much inventory. Knoxville Tactical is good also. But my favorite is between Gunny's in Maryville and Volunteer Firearms in Vonore,

  24. Local/regional meet ups used to be something that happened with regularity here in the past. In fact my closest friends on the planet are people that I met through a Memphis area TGO meetup. Even if you can only get a couple of people initially, I encourage you to stick with it. I encourage everyone to see about meeting up with the folks in your area and developing those relationships and communities. You may find yourself relying on them sooner rather than later.
