South Carolina at home is winnable for Villano.......Vandy, and so is Mizzou on the road. I think this will be a 4 or 5 win season. Already 3 is a big move in the right direction after 0-8 last year, but I think an SEC win or two would be great for the program.2 points

Kimber Custom LW Night Patrol 45 Auto (ACP) Luger 5in Black Pistol - 7+1 Rounds - Kimber's line of 1911 handguns are some of the best on the market, and the Custom LW Night Patrol is no exception! This handsome 1911 features a sleek black finish on the slide, and a gray KimPro II finish on the frame. These two color schemes contrast perfectly against each other and give the Custom LW Night Patrol a distinct and elegantly simple appearance. Other features include Hogue rubber grips with checkered texturing, and 2-dot rear sights with a red fiber optic front sight. As with all of Kimber's 1911s, the Custom LW Night Patrol is equipped with a match grade stainless steel barrel and a match grade trigger. That is the description from Sportsmans Warehouse where I bought it less than a year ago I only took it out once and it shot incredible. Any questions call or text 224-402-4433 It comes in the factory box with three extra Kimber factory magazines must meet face to face1 point

That's a matter of opinion and depends on both your personality and your automotive needs. I'd never call a '63 Split-Window Corvette "boring" or "reliable", but I'd take one every day of the week and twice on Sundays and gladly deal with the maintenance, unless I had to haul 5 kids around. Then I'd get a Honda Odyssey . . . . but still put a turbo on it.1 point

Had South Florida beat Florida last night I would have won $350. They almost pulled it off. My only hope is that the Vols find a way to beat them this year.1 point

I have a Browning BL-22 Fld Grade II that I acquired from another TGO member several years ago. He said he had fired one magazine (15 rounds) through it. I have not fired it. Has the box and all paperwork. It's a beautiful gun. $7001 point

This is nothing more than another which gun is best question. The ones each respondent has had is the best or worst for whatever reason. Go drive all of them with no preconceived notion and decide for yourself what fits you best. Drive them all before buying anything even if you fall in love with one.1 point

You saw my mother’s 2014 Ford Escape. I bought that car new for her in 2013 and it’s got 135k on it. We have replaced nothing other than oil, brakes and tires. It’s been a solid and reliable vehicle. Although it’s due for a few service items and some of those are from collisions that the car has suffered through. I do know of one issue with this generation of escape and it’s the shifter bushing. There is a recall or TSB out for it right now but updated parts aren’t yet available.1 point

Enhanced carry in TN only gives you a few more privileges than permitless carry including parks (no school events), nature trails, greenways, etc. as defined in TCA 39-17-1311 as well as university employees in TCA 39-17-1309. I've never seen a "Concealed Firearms by Permit Only" sign but that's mentioned in the law as well. Here's a good summary document: https://memphispolice.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Permitless-Carry-Citizen-Guidance-Leaflet-English.pdf All that being said, I chose to get my Enhanced Handgun Permit for the reciprocity with other states and training (personal thing). Oh, and yes, signage is required at all entrances.1 point

Gents, I recently was lucky enough to be able to take a 4 person African Safari for 8 days in Limpopo Province. Needless to say, it was a fantastic time for all of us. Food was fantastic, the hunting was great with a wide array of species seen every sit, and the staff was perfect down to the trackers and cleaning ladies. I got along very well with the outfitter and he asked if I would market his company here stateside. With that being said, if any of you have ever considered an African Safari or have the urge to go on a great hunting trip, feel free to contact me and I can answer questions and/or put you in contact with our guy.1 point

You chose wisely. Reloading is not hard at all but it does require some attention to detail, like ensuring the powder charge remains constant along with bullet seating depth and crimping. Often the equipment needs to be tweaked during a session. It’s best to learn on a single stage rather than a progressive starting out.1 point
-
So I just watched about 4 hours of videos on the two types (with this long sucker being one of my favorites: ) and after all that I decided to go with single stage which I never thought I'd do but it doesn't look near as bad as I thought and pretty fun.1 point

Sorry to say, but right now is not a good time to start reloading. While the ammo shortage is starting to lighten up, there is still a shortage of reloading components. Especially powder and primers. What little can be found is too expensive for any real savings. You may need to give it a bit more time before taking the plunge. OTOH, now would be a good time to shop for used equipment as some folks are getting out of reloading due to the lack of components. Others bought gear, but never got off the ground. Having said that, I've been reloading on an old RCBS Rockchucker single stage press for about 40 years now. It may be slow, but it still works like a charm. Just finished a big batch of 9mm today.1 point

Maybe a little pedantic, but it's all entrances generally used by the public. A restaurant can post the front door but not post the kitchen entrance used by employees and still be properly posted by statute. I bring it up in case someone thinks they thought up a loop hole that doesn't exist. It also doesn't have to be the door. The signage is to restrict access to the area beyond the posting. A restaurant could place a sign at the entrances to their bar area but not the front door. That would make only the bar area off limits. I've seen the sign on some Waffle House bulletin boards which sit by the restrooms. I guess you can't have a handgun in there, but the rest of the place is OK . . .0 points
