I took some friends and their Dad shooting today. He was visiting from Spain and had not shot a firearm since he was in the Spanish Army 40 years ago. I failed to get many pictures but they had a great time. I love these opportunities to paint firearm ownership in a more positive light, especially for people who might otherwise only hear negative things where they live.7 points

I don’t like the guy, but this stuff just doesn’t help. All of this and the stickers and the let’s go brandoning only widens the chasm between two sides and prevents progress. I genuinely believe that we are beyond help as a society and I pray daily for the collapse so that we can begin to build it back to greatness. This long slow downhill is tiring.2 points

If it’s fairly new I would send it back to Browning. My guess is they will replace at no charge. You may try a call or email first. If it’s high end that’s not a good image for them not to replace or repair.2 points

Up for your consideration is a Dynamic duo, kind of like Batman and Robin but better.... more like Batman and Batman.... (you pick which two, that debate is for another forum). Two of the finest handguns you can lay hands on, filling both your needs with a SAO and a DA/SA version, both top of the line in their category. First up is a Tactical Sport Orange. Single action, 40 cal, and only 100 rounds through it. I'm not sure what else to say.... SAO perfection.. $1700 2nd on the list but first in many hearts... Shadow 2 Orange. DA/SA goodness chambered in the ever so popular 9mm cartridge. Only 300 rounds through this beauty. If you are not familiar with the S2O it's your CZ Shadow 2 that has been hand fitted at the factory and a 1911 style barrel bushing installed. Think shooting a laser but only more accurate.... $1800 Both guns 100% issue free. I just have the itch to buy something and being that I still haven't hit the lottery one thing must go to purchase the next. Not planning on splitting these up for now so if you are interested in just one of them find a buddy and you can both benefit from the combined savings Have a new project so adding individual prices, will still do the pair option as well. Feel free to PM with any questions. $3000 for the pair, individual prices listed above.1 point

If anyone has an E-bike, this is rack you want. A bicycle carrier isn't really made for the E-bike weights, even tho the E-bikes are inside the weight limit. This rack might be too much rack for a Prius, but if you have a Prius you already understand shortcomings. Just kidding, don't cry but this rack might be better suited for truck, SUV or RV. Great price!1 point

I'm surprised it hasn't sold. I have one and they're great little pocket guns. And at this price, shoulda been long gone by now.1 point

I priced this package at $1850 to a member via PM. Since we couldn't work out a deal, I'll make it available to any TGO'er at that price.1 point

Hi TNGO! Figured I should learn to plug the perforations so I popped out to a Stop The Bleed course in the East Tennessee area(Maryville) a few months ago. Wasn’t sure how many folks would be in the class and to my surprise it was just me that Saturday AM. Instructor was ex-EMT and Fire and I was fortunate to receive 4 hours of one-on-one training which helped develop my bandaging and tourniquet skills. Highly recommend, it’s more likely to be needed than your sidearm! Check out my dude! https://www.facebook.com/ResponseReadyLLC/ Cheers, JV1 point

I don’t have a preference as long as the primer is ignited. That being said, out of the box hammer fired pistols are far easier to shoot resulting in much better accuracy…for me.1 point

I already pulled up Dickson on Google Maps to see how far it was. Can't believe this hasn't sold already.1 point

If you are going to collect rainwater or well water for storage it will contain no chemicals that would reduce the growth of mold and such. Even ‘processed’ water will only last a short time. If I were doing it, I’ve have a filter system upon extraction then boil water for say ten minutes (research this) before drinking. If you are extracting true ground water and not surface water, you should be good in the short term. The earth is a great filter. I was a geophysical well logging engineer for 21 years but you will be the judge.1 point

This is an interesting twist of events. I don't see myself rushing toward this model since my Spectre Comp isn't even a year old yet and fits the exact need I had for it (smaller, controllable, accurate) in comparison to my other carry options. Maybe Wilson Combat will offer a "Macro" grip model and I can dip my toes into these waters without committing to yet another Sig.1 point

My bad calling it an "AR10"! LR .308/DPMS standard. The most common type by far. I use Magpuls, will include 2.1 point

When I moved here 8 years ago I went n checked out all the shows around the area and made a couple decent buys but not many. Same as whats been said above. But what REALLY sucks to me is the near complete void of parts guys. My big time Fav was Allentown PA. There were numerous dealers that were parts experts and had volumes of them on their tables. A guy in the back had enough Trap Door Springfield parts you could dam near build a complete one from his tables. Semi inlet stocks galor at another set of tables. Barreled actions and broken guns to dicker over here and there threw the 750 table show. Not to mention the Antique gun tables over flowing with Spencers and the like all in various collector or shooter grade....... Breath deep...... OK I think i'm back to reality now.0 points
