Selling this new, unfired Winchester Model 70. Comes with box and papers. Does not come with scope or rings pictured, but I will sell with the Talley Bases. Bought this last year as a donor for a custom safari rifle build...but I found one already fully customized, so I went that route. Great rifle, for a great price. Hard to find right now. $15002 points

This is a very nice Model 18. The box (with correct S/N) is included. The pictures tell the story. Just need to know you are a legal buyer - prefer to see a flash of your HCP.2 points

I've got another one (without the box) but it has much more sentimental value. It's one of the last three guns I'd sell before being homeless. Otherwise, no way would I let this one go.1 point

If you were a fan of Live PD it is back, more or less, after being cancelled a couple of years ago. Haven’t watched enough yet to see if they’ve gone “woke” but it’s the same show near as I can tell. It’s carried on REELZ. Episode 6 tonight at 9 pm Eastern.1 point

I've been risking it a lot these past few weeks. If the forecast says there's a 50% chance of rain I figure the forecaster is just flipping a coin, and I ride anyway. Heck, I've been wet before.... But I must say that when it rains around here it often comes down in buckets.1 point

So there was this one time we were were all having a few drinks in a city in the US. We were headed out and encountered two drug dealers. That were aggressively marketing their product. I had a spirited discussion with them about selling drugs to kids. If I hadn't been drinking, I would have realized they were police officers sooner. We all decided to pretend it didn't happen. I've never seen a cop's eyes get so big.1 point

I did try to take some pictures in lower light but that resulted in those blurry pictures that look like they are from 20 years ago. I'm no photographer so I just did what I could The optic in low light is much brighter but is subtle enough to not obscure your sight picture at night. I am really pleased with the end result. I bought some extra vials of the tritium in a couple of other colors and I wish I had more optics to do this on.1 point

Yeah, I first saw it on Forgotten Weapons and was intrigued by how it looked. Once I found Malcolmar's version I was for sure going to buy one but the LV/S version called me. The rifle is much heavier than you would think but it feels comfortable. Weirdest thing about it is the bolt release being on the top of the rifle near the optic.1 point

And the clearing out continues. Putting both of these under one thread to try and not spam the forum too much. New Precision Mathews 1440GT Lathe with LCD DRO. Long story short, I had another PM lathe and had some issues so they offered to let me upgrade to this one made in Taiwan. I had to wait a year to get it and if you order now, there is still about a year wait. These are highly regarded lathes. Mine has what is called the Jacobs conversion which is just the VFD setup that allows this 3 phase machine to run on single phase, but Mark (Jacobs) builds in options for variable speed, proximity stop (very nice when threading to a shoulder), two speed breaking, and some other nice functions. If someone is really interested, I can provide all of the info and details. For TGO I am going to include 3 8" chucks (a 3 jaw, 4 jaw, and TMX 3 jaw Set-Tru). These are a lot of money in and of themselves. I have an Aloris type BXA quick change toolpost with a lot of holders for an additional price if the buyer would be interested. TGO price is $xxx with the chucks. To buy this now for the same setup would be $xxxx. This is not a cheap lathe, but is about the best value out there for the quality. This has a 5 year warranty. 2nd is a Jet JTM-4VS mill. This is basically a Bridgeport clone. It is also 3 phase, but running on a VFD with push button controls. It is variable speed via either the head or the VFD. Has a pneumatic drawbar, and powerfeeds on X and Y. It will include a Touch DRO controller that uses an Android Tablet as the DRO. When I bought it, it had optical scales on the X and Y which are still on and work with the TouchDRO. I bought 3 new Magnetic scales so I could add one to the Z and replace the X/Y, but I hadn't got around to it yet. They will be included. I will also include the 6" Kurt vice which has soft jaws on it right now, but I also have the original hard jaws. Could be repainted in spots, but other than that it is in good working condition. Price is $xxx for TGO'rs. Both of these machines are hooked up and can be run. I can load them on your trailer with my tractor. Any questions, just let me now.1 point

Nice! Have you tried viewing it in low light yet? Maybe just the photo, but it looks pretty bright.1 point

What I find most notable in that collection is the high number of third parties acting on behalf of others. Some random person driving by, sees the robbery in process and then just mows them down with their car. That is indicative of a level of community and shared responsibility that I just don’t know is as present here.1 point

I wonder how much of the last Stimulus money was spent on guns and ammo. Probably a lot more than than the Biden Administration cares to think about.1 point

There is only 2 companies that make the tubes afaik and one is Trjicon. You're better off replacing the whole sight. They won't sell you just a tube.1 point

Nossir. I picked up the donor 721 from a buddy in exchange for a cheap, BCA upper for his kid's AR. It's with Jesse for the next couple of weeks getting wallered out. I'll post pics when it's done, but she ain't gonna be pretty!0 points

Dang! I just jumped on the bike for a quick trip to the Harbor Freight store in Gallatin. Walking out of the store, I gave a quick glance up in the sky. I’ll just say it doesn’t take long to get back home when you see the cloud I saw.0 points
