  4. I ordered it new and have fired 20 rounds or so thru it, Handles and performed flawlessly, but, I believe would rather have the 4 inch version or the 4 inch Wilson EDC-9 or equivalent. Like new, zero damage, comes with everything from factory. Wilson Combat SFX-9 SC3, 9mm handgun with a 3.25 inch barrel, I have both the 10 round and the 15 round magazine, range bag, box and all other items from Wilson. Beautiful craftsmanship, would make a great everyday carry gun. Top trade possibilities- 4 inch version of either the Wilson Combat SFX- 9 or EDC- 9 or equivalent. Possible trades- STI, Staccato, Ed Brown, Nighthawk Or will sell for $2600, I have over 3k in it. FTF transaction with Bill of sale to TN lisc holder only

  8. To Mods: Please take these automatic warning messages down. This seller has 38 positive accolades, and these warnings are distracting and probably hurting our collective commerce, especially when they are the FIRST thing everyone sees when we see a post of something for sale. You're overdoing it. I sent a message to Todd suggesting that the warning should appear at the sign-in level. We don't need to be beaten up at every level downstream. Q

  9. Hello, up for sale is a S&W model 29-2, 4 inch, 44 Mag revolver. This revolver is beautiful and is nickel plated with magna port cuts in the barrel. The grips are custom made out of sandalwood are comfortable and really make this revolver stand out. This revolver has normal signs of use mostly for deer hunting up in Michigan but remains in excellent working condition. Included with the revolver is an IWB kydex holster lined with leather. I know IWB?!? it sounds weird but trust me its not that bad especially in the winter. If you have any questions please feel free to ask! Asking $1400 P.S. I recently got out of the ARMY and I am moving up to Washington DC for a job which is difficult to do with firearms so unfortunately for me but fortunately for all of you I'm selling everything. I believe I am reasonable on price and I am willing to negotiate but please take into account that I am fresh out of the military and DC is one of the most expensive places to live. Got to sell fast as my job starts at the end of August so lets do this! 20220801_155339.pdf

  10. They made up Russiagate, with no evidence whatsoever, what makes you think they won't do the same with Desantis? The media should be all over the Bidens, yet crickets, and you know darn well there is evidence there, and lots of it.

  11. Everyone who follows politics knows that Desantis is just as bad as TFG. That’s more of a Republican problem. Just like the dems are filled with loons, so are the republicans. I don’t know why people keep having any expectations from any of them.

  12. I would not ride it. Looks uncomfortable and awkward. Hard to say how it will behave in the wind, especially a crosswind fully loaded. If you have a way to ditch the low (small) swing arm bag and get traditional side bags that is the route I would go. Then lower the rear bag to seat height as a back rest. I would loose the handle bar bag as well or at least scale it significantly down. Looks like way too much weight to have on your suspension and bars unless you have your down pillows stuffed in there. The above setup was 9 to 10 days including camping gear, extra cold weather gear, and rain gear. I over packed and should have left the tank bag at home. The passenger bag is simply a cover to hold a small 6 pack cooler for drinks and snacks. The left side case had tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, camp towel, tool kit, tire kit, camp knife, and spare light. Right case is a go bag of clothes that I can pull right out and take up to a room if I am staying in a hotel rather than camping. That bag has all of my clothes for the trip. Also in that right case is a spare pair of street shoes and a pair of flip flops if I need some for a camp shower. Finally there is rain gear in there as well. Rear trunk has spare riding gloves, ball cap, first aide kit, jetboil stove, coffee, tea bags, snacks, food, face shield cleaner and microfiber towel, spare camp towel, hoodie or pullover jacket, spare knife, spare flashlight, and plenty of space for road souvenirs. I ended up buying a few t-shirts and a hoodie for gifts along the way and they went in there. Like I said I could have left the entire tank bag at home. I could have left a few changes of clothes at home. All in all I could have dropped another 10lbs off the bike easy, maybe 15 or more.

  13. We're talking about the President of the United States here. So there is little room to doubt or uncertainty that the technology used for his tests was the best possible option out there. I would make a pretty good assumption his tests were close to 100% accurate and confirmed multiple times. So that being said, one of two things have happened. 1) They lied to us about his negative test because he was showing less symptons and wanted to put up a positive image or 2) See # 1.

  18. This weekend at our normal stop, I saw the bottle that @KahrMan just posted about, so picked it up along with a Blue Run Reflection. Both running on the hotter end of the typical proof range. The subdued heat sounded appealing, was curious what the flavor profile would be like as I didn't notice that mentioned. As subjective as that can be, thought I share how these struck me. First up the Calumet. I completed agree with Kahrman's take on the proof, just the vaguest hint of it on open but nothing that suggest the number on the bottle. Nice entry of of vanilla flavors that open up to some cherry from the rye mid palette then the barrel's oak notes drop in and stay thru to the finish. First few sips found the oak lingering and dominating the profile. A few drops of water to open it up and the oak seem to taper off and leave a more balanced profile. Fished with a second smaller pour. And there was the oak again for me. few drops of water, but didn't seem to have the same effect. I suspect the higher amount of alcohol may have deadened the palate to the nuanced flavors leaving the oak to dominate. It reminded me of how Angels Envy's heavy oak profile comes forward in the presence of more balanced offerings. If you are a love of oak and like higher proof, great choice. The Blue Run. Simply because it was close to the Calumet and I love to do things back to back. Not as hot at 95 proof, but it to was happily restrained. No harder hit than a typical 80 proof. The familiar vanilla tones with toasted bread at entry then a rush of spice. Cinnamon with a hint of nutmeg right at the middle and holding strong thru the finish. No notable oak or barrel char. After a few sips add a few drops of water, which cuts the enjoyable entry and to a very miner degree the spice, but the cinnamon / nutmeg persist heavily thru to the end. The spice character gives a hint of burning sensation that brings it out of balance. I like this quite a a bit, being a fan of pumpkin spice and cinnamon. There is a lot going on with this one, if the spike was a little more balanced this would be getting close to an ideal for me. Both were quite enjoyable. Probably depends on your mood or what you are having it after if by itself. For my palate I would Blue Run the nod simply as I find I less of an oak fan. Its a nice bonus that it also happens to be about $40 less.

  20. Great memories of watching Star Trek as a kid...and adult. She inspired a lot of young women from that generation. The story of how MLK asked her to not quit when she felt the network wasn't treating her fair is worth looking up. He made her realize the impact she was having, and the rest is history.

  28. Winchester 1873, 3rd model. 44-40 cal. (44 WCF). Manufactured in 1888. Full octagon 21” barrel, buckhorn sight, tang sight, original everything and owned with great care- stock intact with original cleaning rod. I got her from a family member last year and have put 20 cowboy rounds through. The rifle is accurate, intact, and the rifling is strong with no pitting. Along with her will be 70 factory cowboy rounds and a leather, sheepskin-lined, vintage gun case. $2,300. .

  29. I don't care what color or sex (or claimed sex) anyone is. If a person has talent, and a body of work in art, sports, and all other professions, they should be honored and saluted for it, period. That said, Salute to Nichelle!

  30. I washed my hands of both parties long ago. Both have gone completely off the rails and headed into crazy town. Both have become insane extremists who won't even discuss other options. I am a conservative and nothing more. I usually end up voting Republican simply because its the lesser of two evils. But its still evil. I hate what politics in this country has become.

  31. Have you ridden the bike the way it's set up and with a full load in the bags? You should know pretty quickly whether or not you're comfortable with it. I'd be VERY concerned about having that weight out back, as it effectively unloads your front tire. If you were to hit a bump in a corner you might find yourself dealing with serious understeer or a wheelie. I'm pretty sure I'd grind that low side bag away in half an hour, too. But again, it's mainly a matter of whether or not you feel comfortable and confident.

  33. I don't doubt that the technology used was the best possible option. That doesn't mean the best possible option is any good. I'll add that many people who've experienced this latest round (me included) have noted that it came, went, and came back before it it was gone.

  39. Seems like there should be a basic test of all candidates for both houses on what the constitution means and what their role is in government, if they get a low grade they can't run. If they break the rules after election automatic removal. If they really want to remove all the guns from the country they better work on repealing the Bill of Rights. Wonder how that would go over. Of course it would still take the military to enforce. I'm not a constitutional scholar, I do keep a pocket version in the drawer by my chair it was a gift from our county clerk of the county I moved from in NY. He supplied our pro gun group cases of them to hand out. When we went to Albany we went door to door in the house and senate office building handing them out.

  44. Selling (or trade towards a 10mm 1911) my Glock 29 customized by Wilson Combat. Awesome woods gun. Shoots great…better than any stock glock. Wilson Combat gave it an action tune so gun has a 3.5-4.5 lb trigger pull with a cleaner break. Internal parts were polished, the factory connector was replaced with an Apex Performance connector and lighter striker and trigger return springs. Front Cocking serrations added, along with a Double high cut trigger guard, and the Slide coated with oxidized Combat Tuff in burnt bronze/ black. Has Truglo Tritium Pro Night Sights and an upgraded heavier recoil spring. Included are 3 glock magazines with pierce grip extensions. Firm at $600. For the price of a new stock Glock 29, you can have a broken in (estimate 750 rounds) custom 29 with over $600 worth of upgrades and accessories. As much as I want to like the Glock platform, I just prefer 1911s, so I will be switching to a 10mm in that platform.
