  11. So just recently I picked up this shotgun at an auction and I really don’t know much about it other than, that it was made in Belgium and it is a “Super X Long Range”. I am unable to find any manufacturer stamp on the gun at all and was wondering if anyone else happened to have any more knowledge of this shotgun. Thanks in advance! - These are not my photos, but is identical to the one that I purchased.

  16. I haven’t met anyone with a high round count Gen 5 40 yet. The academy where I am an instructor has seen a fairly large amount of Gen 5 40s come through without a single issue. I am actually considering one myself.

  20. Dealing with my 80 year old mother, now. She has pancreatic cancer and it is terminal. She is taking chemo to extend her life and she is now also dealing with congestive heart failure. I don’t think it will be much longer.

  21. My friend, this is something else that you and I share in common. Dad chose to be buried in his work uniform! I guess it was something he and Mom had discussed, and I remember being caught off guard by it when I first saw him there, but then it was like “of course he wanted to be buried in his work clothes!” Haha….it was all any of us ever saw him wear anyways, except on Sundays. What a comfort it must be, knowing that your sweet Mother has such good neighbors, that they check in on her every day! It put a real smile on my face, friend, just knowing that you have this peace of mind. I appreciate you sharing your memories of this great man with us all here! I sure wish I could’ve known him while he was here with us for a while. I’ll certainly look him up on the flipside! You remain in my thoughts and prayers.

  26. Y'all are correct and the departure from the original BHP was why I wanted the SA-35; Anyway, I went to Murfreesboro this afternoon and picked it up. Picture is below. Feels very good in the hand and I love the trigger (less than 4 lbs). Hope to shoot it early next week.

  27. So am I the only person who’s Instagram feed is full of close-up videos of people popping blackheads, ingrown hairs and other gross things? And why in the name of all that is good, do I keep watching them? They are like a train-wreck, you don’t what to look, but you just have to. I think I need to ask my Dr. to up my meds.
