I'll do a review of this one soon. It arrived yesterday at @sigbrown1297's FFL and I was able to pick it up late in the afternoon. (Many thanks, Jonathan!) I installed the Holosun 407K green-dot optic on it last night and then swapped on the Wilson Combat grip module today. If all goes well, I may get to dial-in the dot and do a little shooting with it Friday or Saturday. Right now all I can offer is that I love the size, weight and the way it feels in hand and on the belt. I wore it around the house today in a new PHLSTER Pro holster and couldn't even tell it was there. I am pretty sure this will be my go-to companion for summertime use and when on duty at church. 12+1 rounds in a slim and small form factor with an optic? Winning! Pretty much stock, with the Holosun 407K optic installed. With the Wilson Combat XL grip module installed. PHLSTER Pro P365XL holster with DCC Monoblock clip.2 points

What's going on. Just a guy from Nashville studying at ETSU. I like to call myself a gun accumulator not a collector lol. Wise man once said you can't have too many guns. But I'm about out of this place so it would be nice to lower the collection (I mean accumulation).2 points

The stock trigger group. Nothing wrong with it. It's not a match gun.2 points

Participation in this Sig conversation can be hazardous to my bank account- On account I sure would like that comp model also- I fear I am going to have to sell something-2 points

That was a big plus for me. As much as I like comp'd guns, I want real iron sights a backup option for my dot.2 points

I also like how the slide on the Spectre Comp moved the optic cut forward a little bit and keeps the rear sight in place.2 points

In great condition. Less than 500 rounds under it. Will come with the box and all factory goodies. Still mounted in the pics until my SRO comes in. Thanks!1 point

Available is a S&W model 360 chambered in 357mag. This j-frame is made of scandium allow with a stainless steel, unfluted cylinder and stainless steel barrel. Round count is unknown, however it came to me from a collector not a shooter. It is in very good to like new condition. This model does have a lock. Comes with box, manual, safariland pocket holster and a very nice leather owb holster. Will also include a 20rd box of Speer Gold Dot .38 spl+p 135gr short barrel ammo. Must be a Tennessee resident legally able to own a firearm. Asking $700 ftf in or around the Murfreesboro area.1 point

Yea, I was just looking at them and saw that the grip is a little larger (and cheaper) than the factory grip. That does appeal to me. I see that Wilso offers tungsten rods to put in the grip to add a little weight.1 point

That 365xl Spectre Comp is a beauty. For my case the 365 fits the need replacing my 380 Body Guard. Love the Sigs.1 point

You can even remove the primer pin from the sizing die and size them without knocking out the primers if you need to.1 point

If you make it to Knoxville, hit up Harvey's. He usually has a selection of Tisas/SDS 1911a1s and some RIAs that start in the $400 range and go up from there. That's where I bought my SDS U.S. Army Model. He also has an auction site, where you can sometimes get a good deal. I've bought several pistols from his auctions. Two examples of great deals from that were my S&W 442 for $302 + tax and a CZ75B for $430+ tax. Both were new. Some of them get crazy though, especially during the COVID panic.1 point

At least you can get parts to repair it. With the current world situation, I'm guessing it'll be hard to obtain parts for my Ural. I have stocked up on some spares, but if anything major breaks it'll be interesting. I've never seen a cam pulley break like that, it's truly remarkable. Rode a friend's Ducati once, nice bike.1 point

I hate to hear this. One of the things about a community the size of TGO that has as many years behind it as we do is that sooner or later we find ourselves saying farewell to friends in this manner. I never gets any easier.1 point

Doesn't get any better than Sig- I have both the X and XL both in the Wilson Module- I used to carry 1911's but not anymore-less weight and easier to shoot with the optics- I also have the Holosun 407K and 507K-1 point

Resize them. It’s part of the standard process. Also, make sure all the case mouth flaring is removed after seating the bullet.1 point

Surely that Sig P-210 won’t last long. I’ve got one of the newer ones and they shoot very tight groups. I’m sure it’s the gun and not me, just like my Browning Highpower.1 point

It comes with an adapter plate that fits it to the Trijicon RMR footprint. You can also buy purpose-made adapter plates for it and various handguns at CHPWS. This is a fantastic dot, by the way. I have several of the red-dot variant and one of this exact one, the green-dot variant, on several of my guns now.1 point

Sir, I have an over/under Savage 24H-DL 22Mag/20 Gauge I would be willing to give your son if he is interested. It is in excellent mechanical shape but has some wear marks, missing bluing, lite receiver pitting etc. (I just shot it today to verify functionality). It has great calibers for small game and bigger varmints. The 20 gauge takes 3 inch shells and there was a scope mount drilled and tapped on the barrel, (have scope mount). The gun is a 1970ish model and I would be proud to pass ownership to your son as a new hunter. I will also include a gun case and ammo. My only requirement is that you and your son test fire and take possession of the gun at my ranch. I will PM you with my # and can send pics.1 point

The low cost further makes me think MIM. Good luck with the rebuild. Setting cam timing on a desmo isn't high on my list of fun things to do on a Saturday.1 point
