Up for consideration is this fine Walther Q5 MATCH SF 9MM! You'd be hard pressed to find a more balanced firearm for competition or any other shooting but I just never got around to using it much. This gun has less than 200 rounds fired, comes with 3 total 15 round magazines 1250.002 points

It’s against the law to kill any snake native to TN. Unless you pull the ole “it’s coming right for me”. Most are harmless and want to be left alone. don’t get fancy posting your trophy on social media2 points

Yep! I don’t have a problem with him having nice things, but this FRT thing is his fight. Like so many other wealthy people he’s riling up the blue collar working man to take up his fight.2 points

Comes with flared magwell adapter (polymer) and one Pmag 15rd flush magazine. Extended controls and a 1 degree spacer to gain elevation on the red dot. Suppressor height sights. I haven’t sighted in the red dot. Probably 200-250ish rounds through it. Only budget part is the trybe branded slide, which was still expensive and sourced just like other sales branded parts. The trigger bar, cross bar and comp are zev parts. Runs great but I have two other 9mms to eventually act as dedicated suppressor hosts. Only trades I’m really interested in are pcc’s, handguns in .45 acp, .45 colt, .44 mag etc, big bore rifles or a 7.62x39 bolt gun. No ar’s. Will do multi gun trade with my listings.1 point

I emptied my compost bin on my beds and turned them today. I'll till them in a couple weeks. My wife has lots of seedlings going. She transferred a bunch of peppers and tomatoes from the seed starter to solo cups today as well.1 point

Moped actually the 617 is a K frame size revolver with a 2" brl. If not mistaken, the 627 is a larger frame. I can actually carry the 617 in a pocket holster and do it every day.1 point

Sorry, it's been corrected, my bad. It is not a MOS. That's what I get for copy and paste from another listing I had.1 point

Yeah, he didn't think that thru. Alienating a key demo right up front isn't a great way to get their support. But if they stayed long enough to listen to the rhetoric, they probably didnt notice it at the part he got them foaming at the mouth mad. The only thing I took away was, hell, I want to know what the rest of the house looks like.1 point

There is an amendment forthcoming, hopefully, that corrects some of the unintended results currently in the legislation. I was not privy to the latest iteration and its consequences. suffice it to say the Department of Safety is not a fan of this intent. They like being in charge of our lives. They are immune from responsibility of providing safety to or for us, but they want to control our liberty!1 point

I watched the 3/23 and 3/29 videos, and I'm glad the rep's on the sub-committee brought out the fact that this is actually BAD form, for a law. I don't think "Legal" cared much for having to 'defend' it either...1 point

I moved to TN ten years ago, and I never did understand that whole "intent to go armed" jazz. Love to read an explanation of it someday. Sure hope they eliminate it and clean up the statutes. Although, I came from Ohio, and they JUST NOW got a bill passed to eliminate the requirement that a CCL holder "promptly notify" (whatever that means) an LEO if he is "stopped" while armed. There were some really bad outcomes when some LEO wouldn't let a carrier inform, and then charged them for not informing !!! I was SO happy to get to Tennessee to get out from under that (well, that and no state income tax, school tax, etc., etc.).1 point

I have kept a few handguns in .40SW because the ammo has always been plentiful. People have derided the caliber for not being 9mm or .45ACP, but it saw plenty of actual and effective use by law enforcement and proved that it was a capable round. Law Enforcement trade-in Glock 22 and 23 models are a good purchase, as long as the price is reasonable. For a while there you could snag them for right between $300-400, but I have noticed that the prices are creeping back up as supply begins to wind down. Another reason to like those two Glocks is that all it takes is a drop-in barrel to have a .357SIG option in your collection. That's another round that doesn't get a lot of love these days, but the muzzle velocity and ballistic gel data aren't anything to sneer at.1 point

It is hard to be in front of the camera and know you have to get all the information presented in 4 minutes, did the best I could, bobbled a couple of times, but got it all read into the record.1 point

The vast majority of .38 carriers go for the small frame snubbies due to concealability and/or light weight. Larger revolvers have more or less fallen out of favor. There's just too many small semi-autos these days plus the current focus is on ammo capacity. I rarely carry a 4". However, my favorite carry revolvers are 3" S&W K-frame (medium frame) guns. I have 3" Models 10 & 13 that a carry at times. Although the Model 13 is actually a .357, its usually loaded with .38 Special +P ammo.1 point
