  3. Found two puppies abandoned on the side of the road. They need a good home. I believe TN law may require a "rehoming fee", so I'll set that at $1. Please contact Wags & Walks, as they have taken them in to foster until they're adopted. https://www.wagsandwalks.org/available-dogs-nashville

  6. This ^^^^^^ If you buy used, hire a safe company to move it for you. Well worth the cost.

  7. I just stuck it in there to cover my bases. All I know is that every community, forum, or what-have-you, where you can post animals up for adoption require that a rehoming/adoption fee of some amount be charged.

  8. Well, not everyone has the stones AND the scruples to tell the onliest ones like CA government agencies to piss off like Ronnie Barrett did.

  9. sold I bought this from another member about 6 months ago and never shot or carried it. Jut had my first child so I need to clear up some funds. $675 Slide has been milled for aggressive grip angles, slide has been milled for RMR site, Ashley Express big dot tritium sights, Over watch red trigger shoe, the frame has been under cut for a lower/better grip purchase, the trigger guard has been cut for more aggressive grip - the entire G19X has been custom stippled. The G19X comes with a Match bbl and is a superb shooter. All the work is done and as seen on the top of the bbl, it is new with no wear marks. Includes factory grip inserts, 3 extended capacity magazines & Glock box. caseygray25@comcast.net

  11. It was a special Christmas for my son this year. He is 5 and "Santa" brought him his first real gun. Of course it had to be a KSA Crickett: black synthetic stock with stainless barrel. His eyes and face when he saw it were priceless on Christmas morning, so Santa did good! Here is a quick shot of us shooting it for the first time the other day. We went through a couple hundred rounds and had a blast. Hope all you folks had a great holiday season!

  13. Then don’t ever shoot a model 52 Smith and Wesson. You’ll be out some serious money! We we’re at my parents’ house and my dad had just bought a 52 Smith. We were out shooting it when my older son, probably 7 or 8 at the time, wandered out there. I asked if he’d like to shoot it, and he said “sure!”. He shot a mag full at a target about 15 yards away and left one enlarged hole. He said “That’s pretty neat.” and went back inside to play with whatever he was playing with. My father and I just stood there and stared at one another.

  14. (1) An individual can have a FFL in their residence. Few and far between. Unfortunately for me someone in my neighborhood does. I say unfortunately because I can drive over in 3 minutes. Money pit for me. (2) Most transfers amounts depend on the shop. Lots of shops won’t take transfers from internet vendors. My FFL is $30. (3) Depending on how busy TICS is you most likely will walk out with your purchase.

  18. Sad. Makes me really start to feel old (and I am not THAT old). But still. I remember when actors I did not really know would pass and my parents would comment the same way.

  19. Heat of the Night movie with Rod Steiger was excellent and holds up well viewing today. To Sir With Love corny as hell but also excellent, especially his role. He brought a lot of class to his parts and being a black leading man in the 60s? Extra credit Mr. Tibbs! Extra credit indeed. R.I.P.

  20. I sent this to a friend and he said he and his friends hit one with a Nerf football once and it blew up and they ran away. I said ya’ll were idiots, we never played football near a Pinto.

  21. I have a Fatboy Jr. I hate the large safe. I have decided that when the day comes, I will be buying smaller safes in the 24-30ish capacity to expand my storage and safety capacity. It will give me the opportunity to more easily organize items and the smaller safes are easy to hide, less weight on your foundation (if you are on a conventional, slab doesn't matter), and generally easier to get into. you have to leave a lot of room around the safe to open the door of my fatboy jr. The smaller safes require less room.

  25. One other point I forgot, unless you have strong friends buy from someplace that delivers and puts it in place. My downstairs safe was put right where I wanted for an extra $300 and well worth it. I had an easy delivery is why it was that cheap.

  26. If you need the space why not just get a second safe and go fancy on that one?

  33. I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again. Unless it is a structured setting like a professional match or even a martial arts class setting, there are zero winners when grown men fight. It’s always a losing proposition for everyone.

  34. FN makes good stuff. I've still got a FNP-45USG, which is an absolutely awesome gun with 15+1 rounds of .45 ACP goodness,. lol.

  36. Funny that they think FN isn't good enough for citizens to have....like it's a secret security military only weapon

  37. And yet the citizens of California can’t purchase one as it is not on the roster of handguns considered to be safe for the public to own.
