Wow! How about the Ole Miss-Arkansas game?! *I* would've went for 1pt & gone into O/T but the coach didn't seek my opinion. The OK-Texas game was also a last second win. OK scored with about 2 seconds left. UK continues to win, beating LSU. Their coach is working some serious magic, IMO. Looks like next weeks Big Game might be Bama-Miss State? UT-Ole Miss will be exciting as well. Congrats to Al Wilson getting into the College HOF! He seems to be a fine young man, never been in any trouble at all.

I live in Wilson county, not far out of Nashville. From my house to there I have been a member of the Tennessee wildlife resources agency ranges. Strategic Edge in Chapel Hill and Middle Tennessee Sporting Assn. In Dixon Springs. Probably depends which side of town you live on. Don’t mean to be sarcastic but you can google “gun ranges in Tennessee.” Good luck with your search.

Looks pretty good. With a MSRP of $528 it would be a good way for Hi-Power fans to get into the game. As for me, I have 3 variations of the HP already. I don't need one, but I won't say I'm not subject to the occasional spur of the moment buy if I see one and like it.

In a 24 hour time span, the Vols won, Alabama lost, and the Titans won. A rare weekend in TN.

next class will be Nov. 13 at Pellissippi State. Lot of people now understanding the limits of permitless carry. Invest in yourself and learn the law and some basic firearm knowledge. This IS NOT a class to learn how to shoot. One should already be minimially familiar with their firearm and its function.

I hit the lebanon show last minute. For over 10 years the same broad snapping the taser every 3 minutes; is still there. Lots of bone handled knives,over priced ammo and junk. was at one table, saw a seller, sell to one, of a group of individuals that wreaked like they rolled out of a van, as seen in an old cheech and chong movie, and ill leave it at that. In retrospect, i remember a smart dealer that had the same scenario, and wouldnt sell to an individual who wreaked like pot. He smartly considered this to be selling to someone under the influence of a controlled or illegal substance. And did not sell to that person. Not sure if the buyer passed tic. Didnt stick around. Grabbed my ususal ar lower “oh ####” kits and left. 10 years later sos higher prices w the same taser bug zapper crackling in the background… enjoy!

My Dad was a Nike shooter. Zeus, Ajax Herc, Pershings and such. He also let loose some Hawks as well. From White Sands to the Black Forest with 2 stops in The Damn Nam. After he retired out of the Army, he went to work for the Navy as a civvie contractor in the Bahamas, a real tough duty station. He passed a few years back and I sure miss my Old Man. GO ARMY!

I bought one recently and have put over 300 rounds through it and really love this little gun. TBH I did not expect to like this gun so much. I bought it just as a little gun to take new shooters to the range and not have them be freaked out about heavy guns or harsh recoil. To my surprise I really like this gun a lot. For me it is very accurate and so far 100% reliable. I am planning to buy another as I have a disorder that compels me to get 2 (or more) of any gun that I like (common problem in the gun community).

Decided to buy a Glock 20SF 10mm pistol because of price and reputation. I sold it after one trip to the range. The recoil was brutal. Invested in a Sig P220 Hunter 6" 10mm. Totally different felt recoil and now I enjoy shooting the beast, whenever I can find ammo at a reasonable price.

Recently bought a G-45, and then found a sale on Pmags. Today I got around to loading the first one. For some reason I could only get 17 rounds into it, no matter how I tried, despite using a Maglula loader. FINALLY, I realized that they were 17 rounders. Lord, getting old has it's challenges.

I went through this with competition rifles for my daughter. A Savage MkII FVT for a right handed shooter is around $350. For a lefty, $650 and good luck finding one. I found one on Gun Broker. One.

I was there with the Westmoreland Rescue squad. Quite a day & nite. Also at Adolphus,KY. One woman there drowned when her car was washed into a creek. Hartsville was flooded also. I was working in Hartsville. factory was flooded & closed. I headed to Westmoreland & went into rescue mode the rest of the day & nite. Bad business. Bad thing was, RBS was offered to build containment dams to prevent that. They turned it down. Cost them dearly.
